Wow!!! It's been a few years( just before Covid times) since I've been in here. It's changed alot!!! I miss the corner area with all of the good clearance items .They still have a clearance area but it's loaded with Christmas items. Perfect time to grab Christmas decorations for sure! I stopped in for sheets and in hopes of finding a nice bed in a bag set but, there were none on sale and the ones I like were a 3pc in which, ì like the bigger sets. I was able to find my Mom mask and myself a cell phone holder so, it wasn't a wasted trip. The staff were fun and very helpful. A couple of them had on dinosaur costumes, in which, I totally forgot to go take a photo with them after the cashier asked me if I wanted one. I was in another world when he asked though. (A lot on my mind). There's plenty of parking and it's very close to other businesses. I hope that all of the news reports that they are closing all stores... are just rumors. First time here and possibly the last. This is a pretty small location and the merchandise is laid out badly, what they do have. They were low on stock. I asked two different staff for assistance and you would have thought I asked them for a limb. The customer service is definitely missing. I have never had such a poor experience. And the associate refused to help me...instead suggested that I either drive home (15 miles) to get it...OR pay the full amount, go home, pay $30 membership fee and come BACK to the store for the 20% discount (that would NOT cover the membership fee). My favorite Egyptian cotton sheets, which I bought 11 years ago, finally sprung a non-fixable hole. I had a short memorial service for my beloved sheets, but then had to hurry off to find a new set. While in the Chandler area this weekend, the Yelp app told me I was near a Bed Bath & Beyond so I popped over. I liked this location immediately because the parking lot wasn't packed, unlike the BB&B near where I live. It was easy to get in, and an employee greeted me as soon as I walked in. I found the sheets and set about choosing a suitable replacement. I love how they have samples out for you to feel, without opening any packages. I did find a new set which I like pretty well so far. BB&B has all sorts of things for your home, from kitchen pots/pans/utensils/tools, to bath shower curtains and decor, to candles, to bedroom needs, cleaning needs, picture frames, and small general home tchotchkes and novelties. I believe they have a wedding registry option. I'll definitely consider coming back to this location instead of the one near me. read more

I'm not normally one to write reviews on chain retail stores but wanted to just comment that I had a pretty good experience here the other day. I was in to buy a tri-ply calphalon set for my new induction range the other day and they had a bonus going on where you got 2 extra pans if you spent over a certain amount (I did) but they were aluminum pans that both didn't match and wouldn't work on my stove (induction is picky). Even though the pans were a manufactuerer deal I was able to point out the aluminum pans were more expensive than my matching ones and a very nice manager worked with me to get me the right pans that worked for me. It took a bit of waiting to get it sorted out because if was packed (sunday after black friday) but in the end I went home happy. The reason this isn't 5 star is because Bed Bath corporate and Calphalon should have planned ahead for that situation and just made the deal for the matching pans to begin with, save everyone the trouble. read more

I love this place. This location is my go-to when I need to peruse or get something that I know they will have. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the place itself is well organized and clean. I love that they will take the mail coupons even after they have expired (I have a stack of them at home). The place always smells good, the staff is usually pleasant and if they dont have something you need, chances are another location will have it. I'd say BBB is pretty hot or miss. Every now and then I'll be helping a friend redo a room and I'll have something very specific in mind so I'll come here because of their large selection, but I don't always find what I need. I think I just have a different taste than the BBB buyers. On the upside, I had a nice soap pump for about a year and it kind of rusted and deteriorated so I brought it back and even though they didn't have it in stock they found me a replacement and swapped it out. Most Bed, Bath & Beyond stores tend to be pretty alike to me, kind of overpriced for what it is, decent selection on housewares. DO NOT order from bed bath beyond! I ordered 2 lounge chairs at the store on 54th street in the amount of $345 to be delivered to my home in 7 days. The employee assured me if I didn't like the chairs I could return them to the store or refuse shipment and I would be immediately refunded. Before the shipment arrived I realized the chairs would not work. I called customer service and was told they were already on the way so I should refuse shipment when they arrive and I would be refunded. Luckily I was home on July 18th when Fed Ex arrived with the shipment. I signed "shipment refused" and assumed I would see the refund on my credit card in a few days. 10 days later the credit had not arrived so I called customer service. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks for the credit. 10 more days later the credit had not arrived. I called customer service and was told the refund was requested and I should have it in 2 business days. 7 days later the credit has not arrived. I called customer service and was told I will receive the refund in 8 to 10 business days. Still waiting! read more

Had a wonderful experience today: looking last-minute for a panini maker for my mom for Christmas. The good ones were sold out online and pretty much at any other website (who knew they were so dang popular). I called the store to see if they could ship from the store. The manager I spoke with said that they didn't have any in store, but she had magical powers (my words, not hers) and somehow could send my mom the panini maker. She even asked if I had a coupon!
