There's so much offered here and really convenient and centrally located. Many different retail stores and restaurants. From clothing to novelty, to toys, shoes, to department stores, it's all here. Plus lots of eateries of all kinds, esp. in the food court area. Several clearance/"outlet" type stores for brand names like Nike too. There are also the movies, a Rainforest Cafe, a Legoland mini-theme-park, plus the Arizona SeaLife Aquarium, so you can definitely spend the whole day here and have so much fun, and find all kinds of goodies that'll lighten your heart and your wallet. Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. I couldn't understand why it wasn't working, especially since I had just used it. During a previous visit to another Marshalls location, the manager was unable to offer any assistance beyond telling me to call the customer service number. I left feeling frustrated because I was missing out on earning points, which was one of the main reasons I came into the store that day. This is where Alyssa R. truly went above and beyond. She noticed that my card wasn't working, and when I explained what had happened at the other store, she immediately recognized the issue. She explained that this had happened before and confidently suggested adding the card to my digital wallet. Although I initially had trouble figuring out how to do it, Alyssa patiently walked me through the process, and it worked! Her knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. These are her words: "I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at this Walmart as a spark shopper and delivery driver. I understand and fully support Walmart employees, following security procedures, including car checks when required. My concern is not that my card is checked. It is the apparent inconsistency and how these procedures are being applied. Without fail, I am stopped in my car is reviewed even in situations where the spark app does not require an employee car check. At the same time, I have repeatedly observed other spark shoppers of different races, completing their orders without being stopped or subjected to the same additional scrutiny. This hads happened often enough that it no longer feels like an isolated incident. My husband has previously spoken with the manager about our concerns, yet the treatment has continued. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for equal treatment. If Walmart policies is to check every spark shoppers cart, then every spark shopper should be treated consistently. If Spark checks are only require when prompted by the spark system, then employees should not repeatedly single out certain shoppers for additional scrutiny.
