The reusable bags are stocked near the register (you get charged for plastic bags, and a reusable bag is only 35 cents). Service is good. There's someone to greet you at the door and help at the registers. I'd recommend this location for people looking for thrift stores.

I would understand if the other registers were down but to be on your phone at the front of the store with a line of customers for about 15 minutes is insane and awful work etiquette. She did not help once, and walked away to "stock" where she stood for another ten minutes on her phone. Very disrespectful not only to coworkers but to the customers in the store.
