Today, Roselia completely changed my mind. As soon as she looked at my feet, she noticed how narrow they are and explained that the sandals simply needed to be adjusted properly. She took the time to carefully adjust every strap until they fit exactly as they should. The difference was incredible. Once everything was adjusted, they were as comfortable as everyone says they are. I ended up purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks, and thanks to Roselia, I know they won't be my last. Roselia never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right fit. She is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive--exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have. One employee helped me locate a product, and she knew the store layout so well it was like she personally designed it herself. That kind of knowledge and customer service really stands out. Karen at checkout was awesome too and friendly, efficient, and just pleasant to deal with. Now... my only complaint (and it has nothing to do with the staff) is this new store layout. Whoever redesigned it might want to reconsider their career path It feels like someone handed out Legos and said, "Go wild." It reminds me of the new layout at Walgreens confusing and not exactly shopper-friendly. That said, the team inside made up for it completely. Plus, there's plenty of parking onsite, which is always a bonus. Overall: great people, great service... just please rethink the maze layout!
