It was 5:40 when I realized my blunder and I raced to the new store. I made it there at 6:05. Dave opened the doors and helped bring in all my heavy furniture with a smile. I was so impressed with his strength, kindness, and professionalism. He knows his furniture! Also, he explained why he wasn't accepting certain items and what they were looking for. Thank you Dave! I parked in one and called the number that was posted. No one answered, so after trying to call twice, I parked and went inside. The gentleman at the pick up counter was nice. He went to the back to get my package after scanning the code from my phone. Although I was glad that my new tops fit me, it would have been great of they actually made use of the drive up feature.
