While the…read moreparking situation can sometimes be a bit frustrating and crowded, the mall itself is generally well maintained and family friendly. One feature I particularly appreciate is the children's play area. It is usually kept very clean, and unlike many mall play spaces, the equipment does not appear overly worn out or neglected. It creates a comfortable environment for families and gives kids a nice place to enjoy themselves during a shopping trip. The food court used to offer a stronger variety of dining options in the past, which I do miss, but the mall still has a solid selection of stores and remains one of the better places in the area for shopping and spending an afternoon with family.

Not only are many of our preferred stores there, but some fantastic dining options too. The anchors give everyone the large worthy retailers, and the inner shops run a diverse and voluminous shopping options. Plus, the place is chalk full of independents running the gamut of services and products. The only thing that irks me about Chandler Fashion Center is its cockamamie layout and the lack of more accessible menu boards to tell you where to go or not to go! Otherwise... we're good.

It's clean, organized and beautiful. They always have great merchandise and it's super easy to navigate. Whoever manages this location is a rockstar! They seriously need to train the other managers on how to run a successful organized store. Also, everybody is very friendly here. I work in Arcadia and have been to so many HomeGoods up there as well. Scottsdale all locations, Camelback Road, nothing compares to the Chandler location. Best HomeGoods ever.

So much that sometimes the aisles feel like they're closing in on you and the shelves and racks practically spilling over with products. I wouldn't be surprised if you fund yourself at the checkout with an item or two you don't recall putting in your shopping cart. Garden decor, patio, landscape, food, cocktail, cooking, serving, decor, gifts, greeting cards, gift wrap, bedding, bathroom, pet toys, treats, seasonal, OMG, like I said. They have so much. Prices are competitive. Products available might prevent you from continuing to support Amazon.

The dressing room doors were wide open when I went in and I didn't see the sign on the inside of the door until I had already undressed. Employee rapped on the door to ask how many items I had. I told her a dozen, she said only 6! and asked me to give her the ones I didn't want. So on the spot, I re-dressed to open the door and hand her items. Later, I was on the other side of the store when she yelled MAM, are these your clothes in the dressing room? They weren't. I had mine in a cart or had hung any leftovers on the return rack. When I went back to the dressing room a 2nd time, she told me to put my cart in a certain spot, then she moved it further after I went in the dressing room! When I checked out at the register, she approached the counter and turned attendants attention to her, as a result he had his back to me and carried on a conversation about items left on the back shelf ; a yellow ticket and employee purchase. I stood there waiting for him to continue ringing up my items and then as it turned out, he forgot to ring up my 2 pairs of shoes after I had already paid and needed to do another transaction, (because he had been distracted). When I left she called out, Bye mam, thanks for coming in, have a nice day! I just felt harassed by this employee. I spent $200 there today but I won't shop there again if I see that she's on duty.

I like this store & generally the ladies working are fine. But the supervisor Carrie is a problem…read more Every time I see her working her mask is down below her nose. I have asked her to to put it up each time & said we are not protected if she doesn't wear it right & thats why the store asks that masks be worn. Carrie says "I have one on & I'm 6 feet away from you.' I don't agree!!!!! Customers wear masks, employees wear a mask. What is it with Carrie that she can't wear a mask properly??? I will no longer shop there when she is working.
