The other Kohls that I usually go to have a long line. I asked the staff and he said that it is usually pretty quiet on week nights! I saw a lot of clearance sales when I walked around the store, but I was in a rush and didn't have time to shop. I will be back to check out their selection! Great store! Every time I've been to a Kohl's it's organized, clean, well played out and the employees are always helpful. The racks are never in a state of disarray where the sizes are all mixed everywhere and craziness to try and sort through. I went in yesterday to find some pants for work. I'm 5'0". So, I already have a hard time finding ANYTHING in my size for length. Found the Petite sign...but there was NO SECTION. Stuffed between the women's clearance & Plus size was literally a row or 2 racks. Nothing. I managed to find a pair in the regular women section that were short enough. Ok my wife and I were in the neighborhood and I decided to visit while we close by. I need dress shoes for work so I thought we should drop in and look at their selection. Probably around 10:50am today. Like I said I was there for dress shoes only and the ones that I needed to look at were on their back wall of the shoe area. The wall that spans the entire Shoe Dept. When I got to where I needed there were two employees bickering about putting stock away, complaining about how much they had to do, and why each other weren't doing their share. I listened to it for about a minute when one of them said something SMART and I chuckled. They were both in my way the entire time and as I approached them, one up them rudely snapped and me and asked "Do you need anything.". I admit that I shouldn't have chuckled but under any circumstance the lack of professionalism wasn't ok. I decided to go to another area of the store and look at Polo shirts, hoping they would be gone when I returned. About 10ish minutes later I was heading back to the Shoe Dept. when my wife approached me and said let's go. She was upset and when I asked her what was wrong she said the ladies in the Shoe Dept. were rude to her. I couldn't believe it, I may have deserved it but there is no way both of us did something wrong to merit the amount of unprofessionalism displayed. read more

This location is relatively clean and everyone there is super helpful--some racks or clearance areas can be disorganized but someone will usually be able to help you find what you need. After I made a few purchases and went home I checked my email and realized I had an even greater discount available. I returned it was a fairly quick and painless process to get my money back--I probably didnt even need to bring back all my merchandise. read more

Hello, Back on December 14th, 2023 there were fraudulent charges on my kohl's account for two orders going to Indiana (we don't live in Indiana). I tried to call to resolve these issues and ended up talking to a bunch of moron service people. Half of them couldn't understand what I was trying to say. I spent at least a couple of days calling to get this matter resolved and it went nowhere. Now my account is locked and I can't do any last minute Christmas shopping. Thanks Kohl's. Kohl's has by far the worst customer care department. Most customer care is garbage and doesn't care about their customers. This is horrible. Thanks for the crappy help. I am not a department store regular but I have scored some good deals here in the past. With regard to pricing things can be hit-or-miss but on occasion there can be a good sale on items. I think the household wares are decent and the men's clothing provides some good brand names. read more

I went into Kohl's to find a pair of tennis shoes. Unfortunately they did not have the pair I was looking for in Store. That's when a sales associate, Debbie, showed me how to order them using the kiosk so I could get free shipping. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Kohls app and the brand of shoe I was ordering. She stayed with me through my whole order to make sure I got what I wanted and used all my discounts. I don't frequent this Kohl's often and honestly probably haven't been here in more than two years. I think I stopped coming because the store was cluttered, felt unattended to, and the service wasn't exactly stellar. I stopped in yesterday to see if maybe that had changed and based on this single visit, I would say that it has. We were specifically on the search for shorts for my daughter so did not walk the entire store, but we were extremely pleased with the wide selection of options. The store was tidy and the dressing room (the real test) was as well. Some customer before us had left a number of items in the dressing room, but we moved those out and by the time we came out of the dressing room, an employee had put the items away. The dressing room doors don't lock though, which I found odd. The checkout process was efficient although a touch slow. There were only two people working the registers and with a couple of high-maintenance customers in front of us, it took a little bit. My daughter is currently on crutches and there were wheelchairs available at the entrance to the store which I very much appreciated. Not something I expected, but oh so happy to have them available! No wonder retail is in the current state it's in these days. The selection here was good, actually better than expected, and I like the idea of Kohls cash. This has been very beneficial in the past. I went here yesterday to get a shirt and ended up waiting in line around 10 minutes to check out. Just looking around, everyone in line had the same frustrated look I had. Once we finally got to the register, I was greeted by a very disinterested face that could have probably cared less if I waited an hour. Kohls is a great store and I've been shopping there since a lot of the employees were probably born, but I think I'll have to check out kohls.com for my next purchase there. read more

I really do love Kohl's and I buy 99% of my clothes from here. I usually go to the Kohl's on Williams Field Rd (I recommend this one!) but today I decided to try a new location that's slightly closer to my house on Arizona Ave. Here's my problems with this location: 1.) No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, and not even a smile. This was at noon during the week and they were not super busy. 2.) I was trying on clothes in the dressing room and the lights shut off multiple times putting me in total darkness so I had to open the door and walk out to trigger the lights to come back on. Ridiculous. 3.) They had 1 cashier open and she kept calling for other associates to physically go check prices on what seemed to be like every item the customer had. I was in line roughly 15 minutes before she called for another cashier to come up. Thank goodness I brought my coffee in! Lol 4.) I'm usually not this picky but their carts are horrible here. They are small with no cup holder like the Kohl's on Williams Field Rd has. Just a small inconvenience. read more

Not enforcing mask rule. Incredibly rude staff members. Entitled staff members that cannot communication effectively. Had an issue that they caused and they pinned it on me- that it was my problem. I kept asking all the ways I could fix the issue so I could just get my sh*t and leave. I asked every question of everything I could do- but they kept saying "no we don't do that, no you can't do that" without letting me know what I *could* do. I had to try to solve the problem 100% me and -1000% them. They didn't help me at all with how I could fix the problem except for "get your own koles card" and saying this multiple times saying it was the only way basically. They tricked my bf who was there to say that he was just gonna get a koles card. The blond lady then say "wait are you 18" very abrubltly, and then I realized that this is a credit card they are trying to get my 18 year old bf to get! I say "is this the credit card" and very quietly they were like "yeah.." and I told my bf "no no your not getting your self a credit card from f*kin koles and ruining ur life over this. They tried to take advantage of two 18 year olds that just wanted some clothes for senior pictures. Extreme predatory behavior, Disgraceful and disgusting. This was first trip to koles and 100% my LAST time. Never going back to this damn place. Also- I know it's covid, but like, seriously, your fitting room and STILL closed??? I have been to Plenty of other stores who's fitting room are OPEN and safer than your whole damn store. They are just closed because your workers are to lazy to work them and clean them smh. Bought something online at kohl's in March during COVID. Went to return an item that did t fit at the store, but they were still closed. Finally ended up returning this week and I was told that the return policy changed and I was past the date for cash back. I asked for a store credit instead then and was refused that as well. Instead of adjusting the return policy to help customers that aren't comfortable going out like other companies, Kohl's instead changes their policy in favor of themselves. Tonight I do admit I came in right before close at 9:45 to return an amazon package. I revived a $5 kohls cash and was looking to spend something quickly when i was approached by who i later found out the manager named "Lisa". Instead of coming up to me and my girlfriend politely and telling us that they were about to close she yelled across the store in a very rude tone " can i help you with anything?? store is closing can't have anyone in here " at 9:58 pm . then we said "sorry" * put our items down and walked to the exit which then she yelled "wrong way" it this way with a horrible attitude. I asked the embarrassed staff what her name was and they told me and that's why I came on here to leave a review. Absolutely horrible character and attitude. I agree with dam near every review for this place. Employees look miserable, and by selling over priced items made by b list celebs like "marc anthony", they give the illusion of a great sale. There dress shoes are priced around 90, worth about 40, and hit "sale" for 59.99. Its very hit and miss when it comes to sizes, esp. At this location. It seems like theyre answer for everything is online delivery, instead of directing me to a store that has my size by doing a simple stock check. Then again how much can one really expect from a department store as old as jc pennys. There only saving grace is the coupon stacking that someone mentioned earlier. Most places restrict a single coupon per purchase, but ive stacked and left paying 25 bucks for a pretty decent pait of work boots. If you dont have coupons, id go somewhere else. read more

The boyfriend and I adopted a family of 5 through the City of Phoenix Adopt-A-Family program, and I immediately thought of Kohl's for the more bang for our buck experience. The store is always clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Plus, everyone knows they are always having a sale! We were able to purchase clothing, shoes (Nike, Addidas, Reebok), and a couple games for the family of 5 for $411. Then, after applying for a credit card that didn't have to be our payment of choice for our purchases that day, we saved 20%....bringing us toooooo.....$330!! PLUS, on TOP of that, we received $60 in Kohl's Cash - holla!!!!! Overall, a great discount for those that are looking to save some money. read more

Went in Dec 18th around 2 pm to purchase a necklace for my daughter. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes watching two women help 3 customers who were browsing different items in the case. After sometime the woman with short brown hair went over to a cart with jewelry returns that needed to be reboxed during which she was not talking or helping anyone. I went over to her to asked politely if I could have an item for purchase and she said " there are 15 people before you...sorry". I saw 4 total people at the counter. I also was never acknowledged or greeted in any manner while standing at the counter for that time. I will not be back. read more

I ordered some waterproof bed linens because after my move here, it appears we have bedbugs. After a sleepless night during which I woke up with three more bites in a delicate area I was anxious to pick up my stuff and commence ridding my new home of said invaders. I get to Kohl's and pick up my items from customer service during which I noticed the pillowcase bag felt like it was missing one. "No, it's in there," says the customer service rep. I get home and of course it's missing so I call the store. 23 minutes and several people whom I have to keep repeating what happened later I get a call back from an employee who says she found it on the shelf. On the shelf. Asking when I can come pick it up. This is an allergenic pillowcase which has been sitting on a shelf for who knows how long without being in its packaging. Someone put three pillowcases and an EMPTY package in a bag for my pick up. It is so obviously empty a two year old would have noticed. So I tell the person no, I will not be picking up this contaminated unprotected allergenic prevention pillowcase, I want a new one. In the damn case!!!! So now I'm waiting another hour for this person to see if she can find one in another store because of course they're out. I will never shop in this store again because on top of the debacle the employees act like you're putting them out when they need to do their jobs. No thanks, I'll go to a better Kohl's. read more

Nothing special about this Kohls, just like every other Kohls that I have ever been to. Sure it is a little messy but I don't have high expectations. Great for a last minute clothing need, quality is fine for what you pay for the items. Usually can find a pretty good deal on something. I have a love hate relationship with Kohl's. Love: Good sales with extra discounts on top Kohl's cash with every $50 spent you get $10 back (Only limited times) Cute accessories at decent prices including, earrings, sunglasses, purses etc... Good prices on home goods including bedding and kitchen accessories Hate: Unorganized shopping racks with clothes strewn about the racks The quality of clothing has gone down a lot in the last few years The service is hit or miss, mostly miss and you can never find an associate while browsing if you have a question They constantly push the Kohl's credit card at the register even after you say no This location is pretty much like all of the other Kohl's I have been in. These stores are very cookie cutter and mostly the same. The management must have a corporate guide they go by because mostly every Kohl's store is plagued with these same problems. I still enjoy shopping here from time to time but I have to be in a get ready to look through racks of junk until you find a gem kind of mood, if you know what I mean. read more

And when my exchange ring up a different price than the rack it was wrong she didn't check. She just basically said I was wrong. This is the absolute worst Kohl's store experience. They have no carts available on a Sunday. This is just a regular Sunday. What in the world are they going to do when the holidays come? A normal person cannot carry all of their items around the store. Especially the large items like rugs and home items. Heaven forbid you have a handicap of some sort or are elderly. They need to do something to change this soon. I know I'm just a little fish in a big pond but they lost out on about an $800 sale today because I needed so many items for our recent move and cannot carry that around.
