This store is tucked away in the mall, but you won't want to miss it. It is delightful and fun and the customer service is top notch! On this occasion I wandered in and looked around like I always do. There is so much fun stuff you will want to buy everything. I found a couple of really cute pairs of earrings that I decided I couldn't live without. I was greeted by several very nice employees including Paris who went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a great one. She showed me so many different things that were all so adorable! We have not had any issues in this store. It has an interesting variety of merchandise, some of it is political so if that's a trigger for you please beware. We have found the service to be friendly and not pushy. You are free to browse the wide selection of merchandise without any pressure. The store is well organized and well maintained. There's also elbow room so you aren't squeezing past people trying to get to the next aisle. Thumbs up here. read more

I suppose if you are very easily offended this might not be the shop for you but I didn't find anything too bad here so I don't think we need to contact the Pottymouth Police quite yet! This is a quirky little store selling all that is cute, funny and zany. Looking for a pineapple dress? Pusheen ID holder? Any number of ironic T-shirts? Sloth and pug merchandise? They can all be found here. I had fun browsing through the store. Some of the dresses for sale were very cute and I would have been tempted to try some on had I not already bought a lot of stuff before coming into this shop. Love this store! So many unique items and clothes here you can't find anywhere else! There's a quirkiness with some sass mixed into the whole feel of the store. You can find some funny anti-Trump and feminist items and shirts here. They also have truly good gifts here as well, like books to pump yourself up or unique pieces of jewelry. I bought a women's empowerment book here and a funny countdown to the end of Trump's presidency calendar here too. I spent an hour in here, but it seemed like way less because they have such neat stuff everywhere you look. Unique coffee mugs, sequin backpacks, mermaid tail blankets and much more !! Another nice thing is they carry XL and XXL sizes too!! I will for sure come back, but just a piece of feedback is that I went to ask for a shirt they had displayed and they were out of stock. If the staff can be on top of that with inventory and taking down displays for items they're sold out of that would be easier on the staff and customer. read more

I noticed this shop only had 2 previous reviews, as I believe it has only been open for a short time. In addition, I noticed the reviews that have been posted were not so good, and in my opinion the individuals who wrote the 2 previous reviews just don't get this store! One of the reviewers complained of the language on the socks, t-shirts, and other gift items. This is not a shop to take your young children into obviously. Furthermore, this is not anything most teenagers have not already seen or read. I mean come on-this is 2017. This store is similar to a Hot Topic only better. The store really is in my opinion a great gift shop. As a matter a fact, I have purchased 2 t-shirts there now. If you want to laugh, and you are, "Cut of the quirky cloth" you will probably really enjoy this shop! Also, everything is really reasonably priced. Anyone who thinks you may be offended or appalled by the funny t-shirts, socks, and cool gifts please save us all and don't enter the shop-the rest of us could do without the buzz kill! My husband and I walked in here to browse since it's a pretty new store. The owner greeted us right away, and then said to my husband, "Oh, we don't carry 3x! Or 4x!" When my husband said he wore a 2x, she said "You would definitely be a 3x here. I'm working on it though." He left right away after her extreme rudeness. I should have done the same. She wouldn't let me browse on my own and kept pestering me. I just can't believe what she said to my husband. We never even said who or what we were shopping for. Purchased 2 more and gave to my adult clients working on trauma. 1st one broke after 1 hour. 2nd broke two weeks later. My peeps were sad. Everyone loves these things. Took it back week and half later to exchange or return it, only to be told by the clerk (store manager-on phone) that there are no returns on the stress ball, and that I was told that when I purchased them (NOPE). Sorry, nothing we can do for you. I left the store so upset. Shame on you Attic Salt / Fuego for your "HORRENDOUS" customer service. I will never shop here again. I received a birthday present of 2 t-shirts from attic salt that didn't fit right. I got the receipt along with the shirts so I figured I would be able to change them for something else... WRONG! I went in to do an exchange and I was only allowed to exchange for a t-shirt of the exact same prices... well I didn't like the fit of the t-shirt so why would I get the same thing again... I tried to get store credit or even exchange for an item double the price but I was told no. The cashier had to keep going to the back to talk to the manager (which was annoying) until I finally just asked for the manager (Abby) to come up so we didn't have a middle person in the conversation. It is such a shame that this unique and fun store has such horrible customer service. read more

Bought our daughter a lovely necklace at Attic Salt in Chandler Mall for her graduation. Not on clearance, just FYI. Soon as she took it out of the box the chain broke. Never even got a chance to wear it. Took it back today to exchange or return it, only to be told by the store manager that there are no returns on jewelry, and that I was told that when I purchased it (incorrect). Sorry, nothing we can do for you, it wasn't broken when we sold it to you. Well duh, who would buy a broken necklace. Shame on you Attic Salt / Fuego for selling ridiculously marked-up rubbish, and shame on you tenfold for your horrendous customer service. I really liked this store and bought a ton of cute things there. However, as I went to check out one of the cashiers was stomping around and yelling curse words about her personal situation. She almost ran in to me as she stormed passed yelling profanity. The other cashier was taking selfies while I approached but thankfully there was one girl there actually willing to help and do her job. I NEVER review and have never spoken out like this but I feel that it's important to maintain a professional workplace. Whatever that employee was going through I hope she is alright, but the scene she displayed in the store was inexcusable. It's a cult classic in the making. They have socks with funny sayings as well as shirts and coffee mugs. A little bit of everything with whatever little popular thing you're trying to find that day. I like the energy of the store and like finding cute little nic nacs you probably wouldn't find somewhere else. I'm hoping to reach my 6 pairs of socks soon to get a free pair! . It is located in Chandler mall and is a bit expensive, but the idea is wonderful and I will return soon to find a gift for someone (or purchase myself) a little something. This store is awesome for random gifts. Great for white elephant, or for when you don't really know what to get someone. The staff is like other employees in retail stores.... I have not had bad or exceptional service, but the items they have for sale are unique. It's fun to browse through. I like this store. read more

The stuff did in this store is pretty cute and funny, but I was upset too find out that they would not allow me to return two books that I bought. This would be fine had they told me upfront when I asked before buying them, but it was a new rule implemented by the manager because they were concerned about books being read then returned... So they would not allow me to return a book that is for writing lists and one for logging bathroom visits, neither for reading, but rather for writing. It was be obviously damaged and used had I benefited from the books before returning them. I simply realize I did not have time to enjoy these items and wanted to buy a shirt instead and they would not accept it. read more
