I don't find myself in malls often, but when I'm at Chandler Fashion Center I always need to check out the items in Box Lunch! Box Lunch is your pop culture and fandom universe, carrying licensed products from Disney, Harry Potter, Peanuts, Sanrio, Pokemon, Stranger Things, Studio Ghibli and more. It's a mix of nostalgia (many items for us 80s kids in here) with the latest trends and fashion. This smaller space is packed with shirts/jerseys, backpacks, toys, collectibles and more. It's a great place for buying gifts for others, or a guilty pleasure for yourself! The workers here are helpful and knowledgeable so I don't feel guilty for asking questions. The items here are top quality and while you're paying mall prices, I've never felt guilty from a purchase. I also like knowing my money spent is going towards Feeding America, our nation's largest hunger-relief charitable organization. This store not only have Disney stuff but everything else and beyond. It's for kids, teenagers and adult. Everything here are for the fans of one of the characters they carried. They have Collectibles for every fans of your most favorite characters to funky pop, it's really cool stuff. You can buy things here for yourself or for gifts. It's difficult to walk out of here without buying anything. It's just one of those store that really make you look at everything, because it's very interesting. I recommend this store to anyone that loves characters from Disney, tv show or anime characters to come and check it out. There's plenty of things for everyone. Hands down the coolest place to shop in the Chandler mall. If you're a fan of pop culture or cute quirky items this is your place. Get ready for a nerdgasm as you pore through Doctor Who, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Bob's Burgers merchandise. I spied so many cool things I wanted to get and especially loved that there were Badtz Maru and Pusheen items for sale. They are also civic minded in donating a portion of your proceeds to charity (For every $10 spent) which is cool. Additionally they have a points system if you sign up to be on their list with discounts after a certain amount of points. Service here was excellent. I'll definitely be back! read more

Reminded me of Hot Topic but less rock and roll, less goth, and less emo. But more cute and trendy. You got your pop culture stuff and your anime stuff which is great and they are all licensed and official merchandise. A little pricey but that's what it is with official stuff. Even if you don't shop and buy things, I think you'll have a good time looking at the products. I would recommend checking it out if there is no line to get in. They also have a kiosk outside the store if you want by to buy from there instead. read more

Came in looking for some Sonic gifts for my seven year old daughter at the recommendation of an employee at Hot Topic. They did not, unfortunately, have anything Sonic related in children's sizes, but this was still a cool little shop. Lots of character merchandise, and friendly employees. read more

We appreciate BoxLunch for the specialty merchandise it carries, specifically the Disney and Loungefly collections. The people working here are always friendly and helpful and every now and then they have a great special or sale that makes it easier to justify the not-needed-but-really-want items. The store has a lot and sometimes what you want is way up high, but other than that there's no complaints. Great stuff and great staff! read more

I find it very hard to walk out of Box Lunch without buying something! They have so many cute things! I'm a Disney girl and stocked up on t-shirts, hats, and bags before my recent trip to Disney World. Their customer service is excellent as well. They have ordered me product that they did not have in the store. I did a return of a birthday gift easily. The associates have even looked through the giant bowls of pins to find the one I wanted. The shipping company you go through is horrible, OnTrac. I have been waiting on an order from 11/28 and they still haven't updated anything other than it wasn't deliverable. No other attempts to deliver and no return. I'm tired of waiting, no one is giving me a resolve and Christmas is around the corner so I'm filing a dispute and getting my money back because of your shitty distributor. This company needs to make better business decisions as far as who you decide to ship/distribute with to make sure your customers get their product. Not pinch some pennies. read more

This store is very dangerous for me. They have merchandise for all kind of geek couture. Disney, Harry Potter, the office and anime are all represented. I have to give my self a budget before I walk in otherwise I could spend a fortune. Their Disney exclusives are probably my favorite.
