    I was worried about the reviews. But every time I've gone to this store, I have a great time. Maybe because I love shopping LOL The cashier was happy to be there and helped me out quickly.

    I am extremely disappointed with Zara's customer service and policies. First, I went to the store during posted business hours, only to find it closed, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Second, I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be defective, and when I tried to return them (unworn with tags), I was denied because I was outside the 30-day return window. I didn't need a refund as I always shop there so a store credit would've been okay by me. The sales associate was unhelpful and told me to call customer service, which I did. However, customer service told me I needed to go back to the store to speak with a manager. This back-and-forth is unacceptable, especially since the store is 40 minutes away from my home. I was sold a faulty product, yet Zara gave me no viable solution and left me with misinformation and wasted time. Lastly, every experience seems to be right in par with this one. It's hard to find a sales rep and if you do they are so unfriendly and not helpful. I dread when I need assistance. I return because I do like the brand but I think this may be my last time. I expect better from a brand like Zara and will think twice before shopping here again. Poor customer service and rigid policies like this are a recipe for losing loyal customers.

    Well my YELPies, ZARA has done it AGAIN! I was browsing online and BOOM.. these pants spoke to me. I decided to do a mobile order and pick up in the store. It took less than a week and Zara was emailing me that my item was in. The email gives you a barcode and directions to the 2nd floor to mobile pickup. I was greeted by this beautiful human who asked for the bar code and quickly went to retrieve my item. I was asked if I wanted to try them on before leaving the store if so, they would make sure I got a fitting room. THIS is AMAZING customer service. When I tell you.. I ALWAYS love my shopping experience in Zara but, this experience solidified why they will continue to get my business and why I purchased other items while there. The quality of clothing and the aesthetic of the store is top notch and the prices aren't bad either. If you haven't stopped in Zara, you need to. If you're looking for the men in your life ,the Zara Men selection is EVERYTHING! YELPies..run on into ZARA and shop to your YELPS desire, you won't regret it !

    I'm not sure why there are so many low rated reviews, but every time I've stepped into this store, it has been a decent experience. I will say that it's not customer service friendly with being greeted or helped, but their quality seems decent with some great textures and unique fabrics. Consider it being left alone to actually shop. Price is a but expensive, but that's moving into the middle/higher end of materials and designs. Summer line is released with a lot of natural and bright colors, definitely a lot of crochet items. They did have some broken glass in the front of their store on the men's side, but imagining someone got upset.

    This is the GM of Zara Scottsdale who was extremely rude and not helpful after they made a mistake.

    The customer service here is awful and it all starts with poor management. First of all, you can't tell who works there because they don't do anything to offer help or any type of customer service and those who were wearing uniforms were just in white t shirts and navy pants. No name tags or anything to make them stand out. Second, when we went to go try on clothes, the staff all talks to each other in another language and doesn't acknowledge the customer Red until it's time to tell them a room is open. No help whatsoever with different sizes or anything. My daughter finally walked out of her room to go find someone to help her and she asked if they could get her another size. The gal looked at the rack of returned items from the dressing room and told her no! That was it. She didn't even look in the store - only the dressing g room returned items. ‍. We ended up buying several items and after looking on our own for different sizes, we had to order one thing online at the register. Well, the gal ordered the size we gave her for reference instead of the correct size. We noticed it after we looked at the receipt a few minutes after leaving the store. My daughter went back and no one would help her so she called me and I went in. After talking to the gal who did the order (which by the way, she was the only nice person there) she needed help from her manager. The GM came over and said we couldn't get a refund and exchange for the correct size. We had to call a number to do it and when we did, they were closed. Then we were told we would have to get the item and return it back yo a store and try to cancel the order the next day. The issue was that we don't live near a Zara as we were traveling. They were not willing g to help us at all. I asked if they could order her the correct size and cancel the order themselves since it was their mistake and again, no help and extremely rude. The GM said she was confident we could still cancel it the next day and again I asked her since she was do sure, can they just reorder the correct size and cancel it - again it was their mistake and we caught it within minutes of our purchase! Nope! So I asked for her name so when I dud call, we could let them know is sho we talked to and she refused and said she is the GM and that's all I needed to know. We could not believe how rude she was. I snapped a pic of her so we could show corporate or whoever who we were talking to and she lost it and told us to get out of the store. We have never, ever had such a terrible customer service experience anywhere! We shop here in Cancun and other places our travels have taken us over the years and this was awful. We called the next day as told to go and of course, it was too late. The item is getting g shipped out in the wrong size and it's against policy to return it by mail. In store only. So now she's stuck with a purchase that she saved up for that won't fit! And she didn't have enough to purchase another. Zara this is terrible service!!!!

    Mmmm.. the store seemed like it was being run by young high school girls or college students. It was dirty.. a lot of clothes lying around, unfolded, on the floors, so it gave the look of there being a recent stampede and no one had time to straighten out the store. There was a long line, that moved fast.. when I got to the head of the line to make my purchase, I instantly felt old LOL. They had a computer/robot like thing checking me out. I was confused and someone else in line had to help, the young lady who worked there seemed exasperated by my lack of knowledge. LOL Anyway, I did leave with a cute green dress. This was my first time at a Zara store, as I've shopped on line. Lots of things on sale. I'd shop at Zara again, just maybe on line.

    Employees are so rude. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Communication is horrible. No manners whatsoever.
