What I love most is the incredible variety. There's an impressive collection of upscale shops and luxury retailers, along with plenty of familiar favorites, boutiques, beauty destinations, and everything in between. Whether I'm browsing the latest designer pieces, treating myself to something special, or simply enjoying a little retail therapy, there's always something that catches my eye. The dining scene is another major highlight. There are so many amazing restaurants and places to grab a bite, making it easy to turn a shopping trip into an entire afternoon or evening out. I love that you can come for a little shopping and end up staying for dinner, drinks, or dessert. The mall itself has that polished Scottsdale atmosphere that makes the experience feel elevated, and there's always a sense of energy and sophistication without it feeling overly formal. It has changed quite a bit since I was younger, but somehow it has maintained the charm that keeps me coming back. If there's one consistent downside, it's the parking. Depending on the day and time, navigating the parking areas can be frustrating, and finding a convenient spot can definitely require some patience. Still, after all these years, Scottsdale Fashion Square remains one of my favorite places to shop, dine, browse, and simply enjoy the Scottsdale experience. We got lucky and found a space right away. The escalator going up and down was out of service. The two elevators were operational so all was good. The plaza features many familiar named stores, a Harkins Theater, food court, sit down restaurants, high end designer stores and many boutiques. Stairs and escalators will take you to various floors. Clean restrooms are scattered throughout the plaza. Be ready to shop until you drop. You'll also find valet parking and WiFi in the plaza.

This location in Apache Junction is just 4.7 miles to my east is my go to. It is extremely clean, very well maintained and stocked. If I have a need to visit a Supercenter I'll go the extra mile or two to feel comfortable shopping. Hands down this is my Walmart Supercenter. My friend found an extremely fashionable and cozy warm jacket for under 15 dollars and it wasn't even on the sales rack! I got the cutest pair of black sweatpants from the sales rack for 7 dollars and they fit like a glove. Tight in all the right places and loose in all the right places. They make you feel like a queen the second you walk in with hellos and don't bombard you with sales or just to let you knows. Cashiers are always visible and willing to help you.
