I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home…read more The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it's good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs.

Walked in with the hopes that covid being semi over and folks are going back to commercial gyms,…read morethat I'd find some gym equipment like leg machines and benches. Etc. Unfortunately, they only had a handful of functional trainers and no stand-alone leg machines. Perhaps my search for equipment is specific to me as it's possible not everyone is lolkong for commercial-like leg machines for home gyms. Otherwise, 70% of the store was cardio machines, treadmills with huge screens, stairclimbers, massage chairs, and bikes. I wasn't able to get help as the gentleman working was on the phone with a customer, but perhaps they might have options to order leg machines and have them ship directly to the house.

Consumers Beware: If You Value Your Money, Stay Away!…read more My wife and I are local gym owners and personal trainers, we have purchased and assembled tens of thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment in our careers. Sports and Fitness Exchange is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought one of their own home brand machines that was defective, returned it, and paid them another $300 for a different leg press--also their home brand--only to get another defective product missing parts. They ignored my calls and emails for a week, so I had to drive down there myself with the machine. Instead of making it right, they blamed me for the missing pieces and said "they get this all the time, where customers say they are missing parts" and I should've paid $399 for "expert assembly." That's nothing but an excuse to dodge responsibility and squeeze more money out of customers. This wasn't some used or third-party product--they sell and represent this brand as their own, yet still refuse to stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Sports & Fitness Exchange. Absolute nightmare.
