But Im here to complain about the service, or lack thereof, tonight. Marissa was the cashier. No friendly greeting, smile, nothing. When it came time to pay I wanted to use my rewards. Which at that time I had the shocking discovery my rewards account had been compromised. I had recently had some fishy email activity so immediately this lined up with that. She could tell I was bothered and worried about finding out my account has been compromised. She did not offer to call customer service to see if theres anything they can find about how/when it was hacked or what not. Zero effort given to help me. And zero pleasantries on her part at all. She asked me the same question 5 times. I told her repeatedly I never had the dsw app downloaded so I could not give her my shoe lover reward number or whatever. All I know was my account was linked to my email and phone number which apparently the hackers have changed. Left a bad taste about this location. No empathy. No problem solving skills. No friendly free smiles. Just basic retail workers that have no common sense on how to troubleshoot or provide service. They only know how to click a few buttons, rinse, repeat. I did not expect her to solve anything bur just her lack of initiative to call customer service or act like she cared.
