Thank you so much! My mom came in to visit for the weekend and needed a wheelchair since she has a bad hip. The ladies here made the process super quick! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes which was great because we were pressed on time. Returning the wheelchair was just as easy. They have various wheelchair styles that you can rent out, just check their website or give them a call to find something that suits your needs. read more

I found the EZ Medical Store online after my parents confirmed they'd be visiting, and I knew I'd need a wheelchair for my Dad. Located conveniently near Hwy 60 and Cooper Road, it is in a small industrial building across the street from a nice shopping complex. I was relieved to learn that EZ Medical Store offers medical equipment for rent or purchase, and that the rental fees for a wheelchair were convenient and reasonable ($35 for a week). Even better, they had so many wheelchairs in stock that it was not even necessary for me to reserve a wheelchair in advance. The first time I rented a wheelchair, I walked into the Store, provided my personal information and credit card, and walked out with a wheelchair. One of the helpful attendants showed me how to open and close the wheelchair for storage, and then carried the wheelchair out to my car for me and placed it into the car (THANK YOU!). I was happy enough with the service to rent from them a second time, and this time, one of the managers suggested a scooter rental instead of a wheelchair and so I took home a scooter instead. At first, I had been concerned that there would be no way I could get a scooter into my small car, but the manager showed me how easy it was to take apart, and how difficult to break (Ms. Fumbly Fingers here.). He showed me how to use it, and then with his guidance I took it apart and put it into the trunk of my car (small Toyota) myself so I'd remember how to break it down for transport. The real win, the real reason I went to Easy Medical Store made itself apparent when I surprised my Dad with a scooter instead of a wheelchair. His eyes literally lit up, and the next day, he asked if he could take the scooter for a spin outside, and spend time outside walking with our family. What a huge relief. He proceeded to use the scooter nearly every day, which was a relief to our family. Seeing him active, feeling empowered driving a scooter instead of a wheelchair, and having him get some sun on his face for a couple of days was very important for all of us. Had it not been for Easy Medical Store, I would never have considered a scooter, because I thought it would be too big and too expensive for us to manage. But, it made a big difference for my Dad and my family. You can't buy moments like that - Thanks Easy Medical Store. read more

This was the only medical supply location near me that was open before 9:00 am so I was able to get a transport wheelchair for my husband's surgery recovery with no stress. The wheelchair was in great condition and very clean. The lady that worked there was very nice and helpful and showed me how the wheelchair folded etc before I left. The cost for the week rental was very reasonable. The return was easy peezy. If you need to rent a wheelchair or other medical supplies I highly recommend. read more

I was in need of a wheelchair rental for my aunt who has Alzheimer's. I wanted her to be comfortable for her doctor's appointment. I called Easy Medical Store, and was advised I could rent or buy wheelchairs at their location. I decided to rent a wheelchair for the weekend, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I was given a brand new wheelchair, and the staff showed me how to put on the foot rest properly. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about their medical equipment rentals. The rental process was quick, and returning it was just as easy. I would highly recommend Easy Medical Store. read more

Linda was super helpful and very responsive; as I was trying to pull off a miracle and get a full hospital set-up inside my besties house in one day for her daughter that was in a horrible car crash. The products are all as pictured/described and the customer service has been very good. Only hiccup has been trying to get all the pieces ordered (but they did deliver as they could). I would definitely reach out to this helpful and reasonably priced company for your medical equipment/supply needs in the East Valley! read more

I can't even begin to express my gratitude for this company and management. I was stuck in a bind after my portable oxygen concentrator that was rented from a different company, failed on me 20 minutes into my flight from Houston to Phoenix. Disappointingly that said company did NOTHING to get me a replacement POC in time for my return flight, so I was lucky enough to come in contact with Mike Foster and this company. Mike was gracious enough to go out of his way to help me (a complete stranger) so that I could return to Houston as planned. I would highly recommend this company. The customer service was outstanding and had it not been for them/Mike, I would still be stuck in Phoenix with a broken POC. Definitely a 5 star, you will be well taken care of!!! read more

First off let me give a shout out to Matt and Lisa. They are amazing. At a time of stress in my life because my sister is very ill these two helped put a smile back on my face. They understand how to give great customer service. Both of these employees are an asset to this company. If you are looking for medical supplies don't hesitate to use Easy Medical. They are helpful and always suggest ways for you to save on your rentals. I cannot thank them enough for making this stressful situation easier to handle. read more

Mike will do his best to get you the right equipment for the best price. Reliable and honest. Recommended.

We are snowbirds from Colorado spending the cold months in Arizona. My wife needed some "air" equipment. We found Easy Medical Store thru the internet. The store itself is small and rather obscure. But once inside we were met by a warm and welcoming staff member. She readily answered our questions and showed us a few options. The prices were the best that we had seen and the service was superb. We would highly recommend this store. read more

Absolutely the nicest people you will ever work with! I rented a wheelchair for my father who was visiting and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was right. Price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

This place has some of the WORST customer service. First, don't buy from them because they rip you off on their prices. You can buy the exact same knee scooter from Amazon for almost $150 cheaper And if your a Prime Member you can get it delivered in 48 hours free. I called 5 days after we ordered because I'd figured this out (keep in mind when you need them you're in the middle of a crisis. For me, my mother was in a horrible car accident so shopping around didn't happen in panic mode) I told Erin the situation and asked if we could cancel the order. She then was rude and said there probably wasn't anything she could do but she'd contact the manager and get back with me. She did so and when she returned my call she explained that she'd spoken with the manager and in order to cancel they'd charge us for the loaner that we'd had 5 days (which I'd expected) and that we'd need to pay half for a restocking fee on the one we ordered. I asked how that made any sense given that we haven't even received it. Then this horrible person became rude again and said that it was what it was, so instead of speaking with her any longer and having a battle of wits with a person who clearly had none, I asked to speak with a manager and she responds by telling me that she's not the manager and that's what he told her. (See? I don't know what I was thinking even speaking with her) I asked then that she have him call me back. That of course never happened. My dad was so upset about the whole situation I chose to drop it. It has now been 3 weeks since our initial order and I had to call them to see if the scooter was in and low and behold, who answers the phone? None other than Erin herself... Oh good. I started off like a normal person asking if the scooter was in and Erin said she'd left a message about the refund. (The previous conversation we'd had)It was a long conversation that she finally agreed that she called and then she said she'd given the manager a message to call me about the refund NOT that the scooter was in. Not that I believe that she gave the manager the message, but if it were true it just stands par for the way their customer service had been... GOOD ADVICE: Check Amazon first because even with slow shipping you'll get it sooner and the customer service will be a thousand times better which is sad because from what I've seen there's only a few people who work at this rinky dink shop and they never seem busy so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. After reading reviews looks like I should have dealt with Mike... Sad **Update** Seeing that I wasn't able to comment back due to the format of Yelp I want make sure and clarify. The ONLY person whom I spoke with and/or received a call from was Erin. When speaking with her I used NO foul language, called anyone names (unless stating that Erin was clearly not the manager is your definition of name calling), threatened to write a terrible review(this was an after thought), or hung up but I did not hide my dissatisfaction with your company and emphatically asked to speak with a manager. The call to your company was on December 17th when the order was placed Monday December 14th which was actually 3 days after the order was placed and if the knee scooter was in then Erin seriously had no idea what was going on because she actually said that it wasn't. As for the care for your customers we weren't told that free shipping was from you all, however we were told that it was your practice to give the loaner when shipping would take so long. I'm glad to hear as well that you have had a staff meeting in regards to this in order to better your business practices however this response doesn't fill me with much hope. To add insult to injury here the product that we received needs to be fixed because the handle will not stay straight with the front axel and hasn't since we picked it up and seeing how well we've been treated we all dread bringing it in to have it in working condition. read more

Thank you Erin for helping us out today! My mother-in-law had foot surgery this morning and we didn't even think about how she would get around until on the way home from the hospital today. I called up Easy Medical Store and Erin was GREAT at helping us out with a wheelchair rental for the week. My husband was in and out with the rental. We appreciate the help! read more

I did a lot of research to find a medical equipment store that was able to accommodate my mom's needs. Erin was the person that listened to what my mom had gone thru so far to get to Arizona. She was patient with me because i too was going to a difficult time. My sister had passed just a few weeks earlier when i started looking for information. The other thing Erin did was remember me when i called back. Nowadays you are just a number but she remembered my mom and me and had the quote she had given me and it was the same. Delivery service was awesome and very helpful as well. On time and prompt delivery. read more
