When you need the pills sooner than later they understand the urgency and will act with urgency. We get medications timely. The few times they didnt come its because they were out of stock BUT we got them ASAP when they were back in stock (next day!) The drivers are always nice. Every day they let me know what they did, and what they had to do the next day. My family member who is disabled kept saying "I love my shower". I had no trouble wheeling him into the shower. A year ago, I hired ADL Solutions to remodel the shower to be wheelchair accessible. Part of the design was to have a short wall with glass blocks. It is a very pretty design and it became the best feature of the house. Eleven months after, I began noticing some internal cracks of some of the glass blocks. I think it was the materials they used at that time instead of workmanship. I contacted the company and they honored the warranty without giving me any hassle. The work involved dismantling and rebuilding the wall. I know it was an expansive repair project. Anyway, they did it. I have my beautiful shower wall again. Thank you!
