VENMO OR CASH ONLY. Said he doesn't bill medicare because they don't pay enough and they are too hard to deal with. Well, I looked up the exact same walker online and it goes for $28. Gave him his walker and asked him to leave. Really great to have "patriots" like Jeff so eagerly trying to rip off America's hardworking infirm and elderly, already suffering the pain of dealing with their illness and and a medical system that favors people who never paid into it. NEVER AGAIN.

I could not use the equipment because I have severe arthritis in my right knee. So after they left I called them that night and told them so. I followed up the following morning and talked to Jeffrey about the problem. His answer was, "well you said you wanted to try it out for one week" I said NO why would I tell you that since I couldn't even use it the first night. So now they are now billing me for 243.76 saying they have a policy a 2 week minimum on all rental an lift chairs, no refunds. I was still just out of surgery an non of that was told to me. I have called them 3 times and they won't return my calls. I told them I'm willing to pay the drop off charge $35.00 and 62 milage charge $35.00 but no return call. I'm a senior citizen retired and they don't care. So to make a long story a little shorter DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. TWO BROTHERS ACCORDING TO JEFFREY OPERATE OUT OF A GARAGE. Considering the clientele of healthcare workers she is serving, it's flat out rude to not have the decency to wear a mask. Perhaps she's unclear on what our days look like caring for sick patients day in and out? Put a mask on it isn't going to hurt you! We won't be back. Rules should be enforced. Masks, sanitizer on the counter and wipe down in between customers.
