We dropped it off on September 18, 2026, for a warranty repair. While it was at their shop, we were told the controller also randomly stopped working. Three weeks later, my disabled mother still does not have her scooter back, and they cannot give us a clear answer about when the repairs will be completed. We feel misled by the information we've received, and communication has been poor throughout this process. They never offered a rental or temporary replacement, so my mother had to rent a scooter from another company while she waits. This scooter is essential to her mobility and independence. We understand repairs can take time, but three weeks without a clear timeline, reliable updates, or assistance with a temporary scooter is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

He's a nice enough guy,,, but not nice enough charge me 6x what something normally cost. I asked WHY and he said "hey, its my gas and time." I needed a walker, and Jeff wanted to charge me $156.... VENMO OR CASH ONLY. Said he doesn't bill medicare because they don't pay enough and they are too hard to deal with. Well, I looked up the exact same walker online and it goes for $28. Gave him his walker and asked him to leave. Really great to have "patriots" like Jeff so eagerly trying to rip off America's hardworking infirm and elderly, already suffering the pain of dealing with their illness and and a medical system that favors people who never paid into it. NEVER AGAIN.

I could not use the equipment because I have severe arthritis in my right knee. So after they left I called them that night and told them so. His answer was, "well you said you wanted to try it out for one week" I said NO why would I tell you that since I couldn't even use it the first night. So now they are now billing me for 243.76 saying they have a policy a 2 week minimum on all rental an lift chairs, no refunds. I was still just out of surgery an non of that was told to me. I have called them 3 times and they won't return my calls. I told them I'm willing to pay the drop off charge $35.00 and 62 milage charge $35.00 but no return call. I'm a senior citizen retired and they don't care. So to make a long story a little shorter DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. TWO BROTHERS ACCORDING TO JEFFREY OPERATE OUT OF A GARAGE. They were so helpful and kind working with my Mom to help her try out and decide which model would work for her and for me to put it in my car. The salesman was very knowledgeable. They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us. We had a great experience and Mom took the one she liked for a spin in their large parking lot which was away from traffic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a scooter.

Had them install a Bruno lift in the back of my truck for my mobility scooter. They were able to knock it out in one day and on budget. This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. The install came out beautifully with minimum modifications to the truck. This is now my new scooter service / lift service repair facility. If you need your lift fixed or scooter fixed definitely choose them it's worth the drive wherever you are in the valley.
