After speaking to Joe he set up an appointment for his service team to come to my home and check out what could be the problem. This certainly was a big help to come to my home as I depend everyday in using my scooter. The service tech Paz notified me he was on the way the day I scheduled my appointment and was on time. He did an analysis of the problem and determined I needed to replace my batteries. The batteries were replace problem solved. Thanks again to Mobility City's great team.Keep up the good work.

He's a nice enough guy,,, but not nice enough charge me 6x what something normally cost. I asked WHY and he said "hey, its my gas and time." I needed a walker, and Jeff wanted to charge me $156.... VENMO OR CASH ONLY. Said he doesn't bill medicare because they don't pay enough and they are too hard to deal with. Well, I looked up the exact same walker online and it goes for $28. Gave him his walker and asked him to leave. Really great to have "patriots" like Jeff so eagerly trying to rip off America's hardworking infirm and elderly, already suffering the pain of dealing with their illness and and a medical system that favors people who never paid into it. NEVER AGAIN.

I could not use the equipment because I have severe arthritis in my right knee. So after they left I called them that night and told them so. I followed up the following morning and talked to Jeffrey about the problem. His answer was, "well you said you wanted to try it out for one week" I said NO why would I tell you that since I couldn't even use it the first night. So now they are now billing me for 243.76 saying they have a policy a 2 week minimum on all rental an lift chairs, no refunds. I was still just out of surgery an non of that was told to me. I have called them 3 times and they won't return my calls. I told them I'm willing to pay the drop off charge $35.00 and 62 milage charge $35.00 but no return call. I'm a senior citizen retired and they don't care. So to make a long story a little shorter DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. TWO BROTHERS ACCORDING TO JEFFREY OPERATE OUT OF A GARAGE. Well that explains their business and how they run it.

They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us.
