Need repair on mobility scooter I purchased 2 years ago from them. 15 minutes on hold while lady tried to transfer or call one if their service partners. Finally I gave up. If it takes 15 minutes to even talk to someone about the repair, I don't have much confidence with it getting repaired in a timely manner. In addition lady on phone had a lisp, I think. Mobility City is everything you want in a service company. They are fair in pricing for repairs on mobility scooter. I had a problem with my relatively new scooter. After speaking to Joe he set up an appointment for his service team to come to my home and check out what could be the problem. This certainly was a big help to come to my home as I depend everyday in using my scooter. The service tech Paz notified me he was on the way the day I scheduled my appointment and was on time. He did an analysis of the problem and determined I needed to replace my batteries. The batteries were replace problem solved. Very very disappointed with their customer service and time to repair. Was lied to on several occasions. Needed a new joystick and took 17 days to be repaired . Was told it would be $75.00 Just to diagnose even though we have an extended warranty. Very poorly managed business. We will never use them again. read more

Mobility scooter has been out twice to my home an I have to say they are the most courteous workers I have dealt with in a long time! They were able to help me with my scooter and taught me a few new things I hadn't learned yet. When I called to ask when my delivery was, the person I spoke to both times was respectful and very caring. I would definitely use them again. read more

I purchased a $150 dollar Roho AirLite cushion. The foam in the cushion is obviously defective, as I was riding on plastic. The manager who is not in a wheelchair, sat on it and told my wife that is how it's supposed to feel. It was apparent that he was never going to take it back in the first place. Yes they have an all sales are final policy, so do yourself a favor and don't buy here. Because if anything is wrong, they don't care. The cushion is obviously defective. On the right side the foam has less support, and even the owners manual says it is supposed to have an air pocket insert. I will call Roho directly and explain our situation, but be smart, stay far away from here. We even checked the manual that came with the chair, it specifically says there is an air insert. The manager basically suggested I didn't know what I was I talking about and that he wouldn't argue about it. my wife went in to show him the manual and asked for an explanation of where the air pocket is, and why it's not working. Rick would not be bothered and left it to the associate Elizabeth who helped us at first. She called Permobile herself at least, but even she agreed that the cushion was leaking air and the cushion was defective. She agreed that you could feel where there should be air but there was none. So at this point the manager has sat in a cushion, said that is how it's supposed to feel, and a member of his own staff said it was defective. The manager himself is a blatant liar. This was the worst experience I have ever had, Elizabeth went above and beyond and since Permobile agreed to send a warranty replacement after an hour of explaining what was wrong to a manager that wasn't hearing it and had his mind made up when I called him about the cushion not working. Manager lied, deflected, and really didn't care. Elizabeth explained to him that his profit was safe and at that point he allowed the refund, but my wife and Elizabeth had to figure out how to get the computer to do it. At the time of this posting, the manager could have apologized, and he certainly could have helped with the refund process. When he was asked for help, remember he is the manager, he said he didn't know how to process a return. One can easily deduce at that point that he never does returns, and obviously never has. A 100% perfect product rate... not likely. Elizabeth should be commended and considered for promotion. She listened, took ownership of the issue, and went above and beyond to fix the problem, even calling another store to figure out how to process the refund. Rick, the manager was dismissive, deflective, dishonest, petty, rude, condescending and did absolutely nothing to help. The item was OBVIOUSLY defective and had no air in the air pockets inside it. Furthermore he showed a complete disregard for the product and future customers saying "he can't resell it so he isn't taking it back." ITS DEFECTIVE, WHY WOULD YOU RESELL IT? You send it back as an authorized Permobile retailer. He didn't offer an exchange, he didn't offer ANY resolution, simply didn't care he sold a defective product or how to fix it. Maybe Permobile/Roho needs to rethink who they are certifying, frankly maybe all the retailers from Whil to Drive should think about who they attach their names to. Stay away from mobility city, the manager shouldn't be involved in any level of customer service. At the time of posting it has taken over 2 hours just to figure out how to process the refund, and it still isn't done. To be clear , 2 hours ago they said it was defective and they would refund it, and as far as can be found, they have no way of taking items back or processing returns and refunds. read more

'This business, I hate to say, is staffed and owned by incompetent folks which is normally all right, God bless them unless you're looking for something of a technical nature such as medical supplies. The Mobility City, in Gilbert is just such a place. I would suggest that you go anywhere else for your medical supplies. I spent over $1900 only to find that they do not allow returns nor do they give refunds. My husband and I were stunned! And now we have nowhere to turn, and we are stuck with equipment that will not work for us at all! I don't know what to do - I don't know who to call or who to turn to! Mobility City, thank you Alex,Vicor & Michel. Recently I bought a new Go-Go Scooter from Med-Mart. When purchasing the scooter the experiance was great, in the sales department! You know what they say is, Service after the sale is what I should have expected from Med-Mart. That is not what I got. However I did get a damaged scooter After multiple phone attempts and 4 representatives over the phone in different departments I was unable to get someone to admit the scooter was defective. Med-Mart finally agreed to send there 3rd party/vendor Mobility City to my home to repair the scooter. Unfortunatley Victor & Michael came to the conclusion it had a bad motor and they would inform Med-Mart with the video and information to get the new motor. Not the perfect ending except suddenly last week the doorbell rang and a new scooter appeared. Thank you Victor & Michael for your time and your expeertise in getting Med-Mart to agree their was something wrong. read more

This is the only business I have ever reviewed and given it such a negative review. And it's not because I'm so angry or anything like that, it's just that I want to keep people from wasting their money the way I did. mobility City is selling second rate products that are marked up about five times! So let me warn you, the products, the chairs everything may look OK in the show room, but wait until it gets to your house and you've used it for a day or two days or a week... Things change real real fast! And it's only then that you discover that they don't allow returns, nor do they give refunds! Not even partial refunds! There's a reason for this, if you think about it! Go somewhere else, anywhere else! You may find a better price, and I know for certain you'll find better products than what Mobility City is retailing. Do your research! Take some time and look at reviews for these brands of products that are sold at Mobility City. Look at other businesses that are similar and see what brands they are selling. See which retailers offer a full refund for 90 days no questions asked! I threw away $3200 and I cannot get it back. I am just hoping to keep others from making this mistake as I did! My manual wheelchair need a new brake. Called Mobility City to inquire on fixing the brakes and how soon could they be here. I decided to get maintenance which included the brakes, she told me $99 and the tech could be @ my house in an hour or so. Anthony was here 15 min. later! He was here less than an hour.
