Mom was legally blind and did not know it was in error mode. She was deprived of oxygen for 2 weeks. She had a drastic decline at that time. We were told 2-3 weeks to repair or replace.... Nope it was 4-6. Today I got a call that it's fixed. It's 5 months old... they said routine repair. Cami did not call but had someone from the store call me. Well... mom died a week ago... I'd NEVER tell anyone to use Cami or this company. I'm heartbroken and this was so unkind of her. PCP felt and requested that it be simply returned and reimbursed. They refuse. It's not right.

I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease.
