This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. The install came out beautifully with minimum modifications to the truck. This is now my new scooter service / lift service repair facility. If you need your lift fixed or scooter fixed definitely choose them it's worth the drive wherever you are in the valley.

He didn't try to steer me toward the more expensive mask, in fact, I asked for the more expensive mask, and he pointed out another mask that was very similar, and cost $50 less. I liked both of them so much I bought one of each. This way I'll have an extra when one wears out, and won't need to get another prescription. We dropped it off on September 18, 2026, for a warranty repair. While it was at their shop, we were told the controller also randomly stopped working. Three weeks later, my disabled mother still does not have her scooter back, and they cannot give us a clear answer about when the repairs will be completed. We feel misled by the information we've received, and communication has been poor throughout this process. They never offered a rental or temporary replacement, so my mother had to rent a scooter from another company while she waits. This scooter is essential to her mobility and independence. We understand repairs can take time, but three weeks without a clear timeline, reliable updates, or assistance with a temporary scooter is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease.
