John got me right in and my van was completed the very next day. The level of customer service that i was provided is hard to find anywhere. This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. I took a chance and drove to the business and I was greeted with a friendly smile (Karin). She told me that they primarily repair electric wheel chairs but she would take a look at my scooter. She saw the defeated look on my face and suggested that I drive around back and the tech (John) would take a look. After helping me unload it, he assured me that he could repair it. It was repaired before the end of business the same day. I was elated when I got the call and I was not charged for what they said was a minor repair. When I picked it up I was again greeted by friendly hellos from the staff and Eric helped me load it in my truck. I'm glad that there are kind people in the world that do great work. I'm a customer for life and I highly recommend this repair shop for mobility repairs!

This is specifically designed to soak your insurance and put more money in their pocket. They don't give a crap about the customer.
