We dropped it off on September 18, 2026, for a warranty repair. While it was at their shop, we were told the controller also randomly stopped working. Three weeks later, my disabled mother still does not have her scooter back, and they cannot give us a clear answer about when the repairs will be completed. We feel misled by the information we've received, and communication has been poor throughout this process. They never offered a rental or temporary replacement, so my mother had to rent a scooter from another company while she waits. This scooter is essential to her mobility and independence. We understand repairs can take time, but three weeks without a clear timeline, reliable updates, or assistance with a temporary scooter is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us. Had them install a Bruno lift in the back of my truck for my mobility scooter. They were able to knock it out in one day and on budget. This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. The install came out beautifully with minimum modifications to the truck. This is now my new scooter service / lift service repair facility. If you need your lift fixed or scooter fixed definitely choose them it's worth the drive wherever you are in the valley.
