I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease. I called and checked availability for service and although Performance mobility was busy, they made me feel like i was the most important. John got me right in and my van was completed the very next day. The level of customer service that i was provided is hard to find anywhere.
