Marco and Robert did an excellent job. They put the shower in and heavy duty shower curtain. It looks like a brand new bathroom. Every day they let me know what they did, and what they had to do the next day. My family member who is disabled kept saying "I love my shower". I had no trouble wheeling him into the shower. I knew nothing about mobility vans or what my options were. After doing a little online research, I placed a call to AZ Mobility and spoke with a man named Scott. He was so patient and asked me all the right questions to help me understand what it was that I wanted and needed. Scott was super sensitive to my anguish and fear of the unknown. He took a lot of time explaining everything and matched me to a very affordable option that fit my budget. He even explained things I hadn't thought of, like how to get another key fob on eBay and having the auto dealer reprogram it. I went home a lot less stressed and confident that I found a company and a salesman who actually cared about me being a happy customer. They provided me with all the straps and restraints necessary and after a few weeks, I went back and they gave me a shoulder restraint to help my guy feel safer.
