I have been trying to successfully connect with the employees of NSM office to complete the original order. As of today 7/30/2025, my client is still without a functioning wheelchair. He is is 78 years old, quadriplegic, has used wheelchairs for the last 50 years, and this is completely unacceptable. This company is so bad that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They are also a vendor from Humana, and Humana is actually very upset with this company.

We have purchased numerous vans from this company before and have always had good service and good…read morecontacts. Since moving to Phoenix and setting up shop here, it has not been good. I wrote last year abut some of the troubles our van was having. We purchase our first brand new van from them and have over the last year and a half spent thousands on car rentals because it is always in the shop and they do not provide any services. Our complete electrical system is shot and will tell us all kinds of things. Sometimes we cannot get the van to start; sometimes no lights; no back up camera; doors don't shut and so on. No one has offered an apology; no one has offered to replace this van that I hate so much by now. I believe that the lemon law would apply in our case but I suppose that unless we initiate and hire a lawyer they do not have the kindness in them to do the right thing. I just know how much money this van has cost us in lost work time and car rental, Ubers and Lyfts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called and checked availability for service and although Performance mobility was busy, they made me feel like i was the most important. John got me right in and my van was completed the very next day. The level of customer service that i was provided is hard to find anywhere. My old 2006 van and a lift i did not buy from them and they still rolled out the red carpet. I highly recommend this company and will continue to send others i know for all their mobility needs.
