They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us. We dropped it off on September 18, 2026, for a warranty repair. While it was at their shop, we were told the controller also randomly stopped working. Three weeks later, my disabled mother still does not have her scooter back, and they cannot give us a clear answer about when the repairs will be completed. We feel misled by the information we've received, and communication has been poor throughout this process. They never offered a rental or temporary replacement, so my mother had to rent a scooter from another company while she waits. This scooter is essential to her mobility and independence. We understand repairs can take time, but three weeks without a clear timeline, reliable updates, or assistance with a temporary scooter is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
