They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us. After speaking to Joe he set up an appointment for his service team to come to my home and check out what could be the problem. This certainly was a big help to come to my home as I depend everyday in using my scooter. The service tech Paz notified me he was on the way the day I scheduled my appointment and was on time. He did an analysis of the problem and determined I needed to replace my batteries. The batteries were replace problem solved. Thanks again to Mobility City's great team.Keep up the good work.
