The staff was friendly and helpful. The bikes were in great condition, fully charged, and very comfortable to ride around. The location is ideal as it is steps from the green belt which is a beautiful and easy ride. We stopped by old town for some coffee before making our ride back to the shop. The price for a 3 hour rental was very reasonable, especially for the quality of bikes we were given. I would highly recommend making an afternoon out of this!

I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease. On day 2, I checked with the company that delivered the scooter, and they would have charged me just $180. A 20% markup or $40, and Cloud of Goods did nothing. Save your money and search local companies. Save the 20% with a 3-minute Google search. Would love to be contacted by Cloud of Goods for a 10% refund. Don't see that happening. Mango Rentals was the company that fulfilled the order, AND THEY WERE AWESOME! Go straight to them if you need a scooter while in Phoenix. Ed B

This is for the experience we had in Anaheim: The ultralight…read morescooter we rented fell apart when it was transported on a cargo carrier between our hotel and Disneyland, a distance of about 2 miles. The throttle lever fell off somewhere during that drive. We spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get help from the company. Their only offer was to leave the park and meet a driver, who would deliver a different product that we couldn't put on the cargo carrier (to heavy), then do the same thing at the end of the day. Repeat every day. We were offered the chance to cancel the remainder of the contract. At the end of the day, we took the useless scooter back to the hotel, who graciously agreed to keep it in the lobby for the company to pick up. We rented a scooter from Disney every remaining day. On the drive back to our home state, we again attempted to contact the company about a refund. It took three calls and 2 hours to get any answers. They refunded me an amount that left me with a charge of $98 for what amounted to half a day's use. The "damage waiver" is non-refundable, even if the damage is caused by defective merchandise. The customer service is terrible, the product was shoddy, and I would never rent from them again.
