We came to a fair agreement on price, no bullshit, and got paperwork started. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying something brand new. Should be an easy process right ? I show up and the ridenow salesman decides to try to quote me 3k more than the deal I made over the phone (bait and switch/greedy) Took me 4.5 hours to get them to match their original quote AND they refused to honor their advertisement pictures showing the saddlebags I love the bike and the Indian motorcycle rep. But I won't be back to buy another bike and will continue to share my story
