Based on the reviews I contacted them about work on my 2002 Honda Valkyrie. They were very responsive and courteous. I stopped by and talked to Mike and we agreed that it would probably need the carburetors rebuilt, all six of them-ouch. He was very straightforward and said I would get a quote via e-mail, but it might be a day or two. That afternoon I received the quote, no surprises. They did a great job and my bike is running better than it has for years! I have found my shop for any work in the future. read more

Great communication, prices were prominently listed and any work that was done was given a reasonable fee quote--no hidden fees and all proposed work was completed in a reasonable time/proposed time. I was surprised when I first brought my bike in as the owner dropped to the ground and gave a ground up inspection right there and then. My entire bike was inspected and work recommended within a day--had to have been a good look over cause it had been completely wiped down when I got it back! I purchased my first bike and had no idea what I was doing. The bike needed a lot of love and parts were scarce. I am new to the area so didn't know where to go. I looked up Arizona Motorcycle and crossed my fingers that these guys could help me out. Upon arrival I met Mike. Talk about someone that knows his shit. He had my best interest at heart. He told me like it was and didn't bull crap me around. Turns out the suspension on my bike was no longer available so Mike had to figure out how to modify it for a rebuild. Bottom line is these guys treated me well and they will be the only hands touching this bike as they have earned my trust. It is no wonder why these guys are so busy. Be patient with them. I initially texted and then spoke to Jaden about having two tires and crash bars bought from eBay installed. Due to family issues, I arrived one hour late for 9 am appointment. Jaden was friendly and explained everything thoroughly with pricing. I also had the pleasure to talk to Mike, who explained that the crash bar installation would not be straightforward but could be done. As I shopped and had lunch with my family, the bike was ready by 2:30. By the way, the back tire was two sizes up from stock and not recommended, but was told it could be done. Mike, the owner and master motorcycle mechanic, explained that the tolerances were paper thin for the back tire and that the crash bars were installed correctly according to the provided equipment with slight bending and modifications but were not fully secured properly like crash bars should be. Anyways, the new tires look great (especially the fat back one like the "Batman" bike). Crash bars look great as well. 100% satisfied. Thank you, Mike and Jaden! read more

A friend turned me onto this place because I was having a hard time finding a cycle maintenance shop that was not part of Ride Now Motorsports which I don't care for. I called them and asked if they could squeeze me in for an oil change and was told they were busy but to bring my bike down and they would see what they could do. Ten minutes after getting there they had my bike up on a lift. The price was right and no worries so I was very pleased. Keeping in mind that this was just an oil change, so I will definitely go back the next time I need a full service. Very respectful shop employees who do not look down at you for brining in a bike for 'simple stuff'. Much appreciated. read more

Had my valves adjusted here on my 06 SV650 which is kind of a pain in the ass. They did it for a reasonable rate, communicated well, and were able to turn things around fairly quickly once parts came in. The bike came back as clean as it arrived and everything was put back in its place perfectly. Once again went to Arizona Motorcycle and had 2 tires installed on my second Vulcan. This time they had the tires and installed and balanced them, looked over the bike, and gave it the safe checks. They are still very respectful and in my opinion they are honest and affordable. I can't say enough good about this company. I keep coming back as my first choice for service and never disappointed with them. Although he seems frustrated at times with some repairs, he stays respectful and nice. I chose this motorcycle mechanic because of their five star reviews and excellent customer service. I was going to ride my motorcycle to the shop and then hoping they could give me a ride back home or maybe just a tow considering I would've been giving him $4000+ dollars for an insurance repair. So sad that a five star rated company does not have a pick up service. My Allstate insurance is a terrible company. They screwed me and lied to me when I signed up for them so I do not have a rental car nor the money to pay for Uber or this places $80 tow. This comment is based not off their work and only on the lack of shuttle service. I figured this place has 60 bikes in the front of it. Which means they are very successful. It's a surprise that a company that makes over $50,000 a month take home cannot have an employee give a customer a ride. read more

Had service a while ago and will be back again. Brought my bike in for an oil change and have them check out another issue I was having. They were fast inexpensive and were able to help me understand what was going on with my bike. I ended up having them work on my brakes a few weeks later and once again they exceeded my expectations! They pick up and dropped off my bike at the times they said they would and had the work done quickly, the communicated the issues and pricing clearly without surprises. These guys are 5 stars for a reason. They installed new forks and a new lower tree for me in a single day, and even topped off my fluids. I dropped off my bike Saturday morning at 10:00 with a scheduled appointment and got my bike back surprisingly fast, unexpectedly the same day at 4:30. Mike has worked on My Suzuki s40 since I bought it New in 2013. He has done everything I have asked and more, have 17500 miles on the bike.. It's nice to have an option other than a dealer and not having to pay theire rates. Most small shops in the area only work on Harleys, so if you don't have or can't afford a Harley, your options are limited. So I bought a bike that needed some carb work and a tune-up after going to ones of the big dealerships looking for service unfortunately my bike was older then 10 years they wouldn't touch it even though it has very low miles.
