Interesting to see upon reading reviews from YEARS ago that multiple other people experienced the SAME exact scenario we did. Dropped our bike off before Thanksgiving to get work done. Paid the $2000 up front for parts after waiting almost 2 months just to get a quote. The holidays went by and we still didn't hear anything...reached out and "oh we would have ordered the parts but they're busy at bike week!" Lame excuse but alright... wait another few weeks... any progress now? No--you call, they have no answers other than oops we still haven't done it sorry! You ask for the owner and he's too busy to talk on the phone and too busy to talk in person. They told us the parts our bike needed were going to need sourced from out of state. In the 5 months they had our bike they didn't order a single part for it. No more than 10 minutes after we picked up the bike we were able to locate and order pistons from kansas for $400, whereas the ones they were "ordering" were $850 from Rhode Island. When we came to pick our bike up they gave us a sob story about how they can't give us any of our money back because they're "about to close our doors" due to lack of $, we had to use it as "store credit"--so maybe don't entrust them with your business since they plan to close up shop anyhow. Dropped our bike off running in 1 piece, picked it up In 6 boxes. At least we will be saving tons of money on labor now. Biggest waste of time & headache

But I truly have to stop. I always find my way back to Independant. Bob, Mike, (and to be honest) every person that's ever worked here have always been like brothers and sisters. They truly take care of their customers like they have known them for years. I like to do a lot of my own stuff but when there's something I'm not comfortable with because maybe I've never tried it, I know I can depend on these folks to give me the absolute BEST price, and the absolute BEST work with no bullshit! If you ride, and you're in the east valley, this is the place to come. If you ride and you're in the west valley, it's worth the ride or drive (if you have to trailer your bike) and this is still the place to come.

The communication with this place is terrible and they have zero urgency in keeping customers updated. Tyler seems to be the only one that answers the phone; he is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. The owner Cliff can't be bothered to talk with folks or even provide updates on service. This place had an opportunity to become a great shop that stands out in the community. When I dropped off the bike, they advised that the reason for my overheating was the radiator cap, although I advised them that I had just purchased a brand new one. After the 2 weeks had gone by, not one proactive phone call. My last call was the owner Cliff letting me know that now they " Don't know what's causing the issue," and I would have to take it to an actual Ducati dealer. They suspected the thermostat grasping for some last random solution. I replaced the thermostat myself and the same issue. Just took the bike for a ride and it overheated and put out coolant everywhere, the reason I spent $400 here in the first place. This shop also returned my bike with a broken side panel. With multiple bikes, I had hoped that a local QC shop would be knowledgeable. What a waste of time and money here. If you have a Ducati, save yourself the heartache and just take it to a real shop.

Messaged the owner for a bit, he was great and responsive. Answered all my questions. I went back and messaged my original shop and found out that he had priced a different vehicle and the end result was the same price area as LetzRoll. The bike had a lot of accessories on it from the previous owner, I had removed several poorly installed accessories and Jesse found a few more. Luckily, everything was repaired same day and I was surprised how reasonable the price was for all the labor (rethreading a stripped oil pan) among an oil change and a chain tightening. I attempted to return it within the stated return-policy window and was immediately denied, with the claim that I had damaged the helmet. That was extremely disappointing, especially because I had been excited to find a local shop I could rely on for my motorcycle gear and future purchases. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately this experience lost me as a customer.
