Such a different buying experience than at the HD dealership where I got my last bike. Matt really knows motorcycles which was awesome as the last few bikes I bought were sold to me by guys who couldn't tell the difference between an Africa Twin and a pedal Schwinn. The finance guy didn't try to hard sell me extended warranties or anything I wasn't interested in beyond letting me know how long I had to change my mind and sign up for one if I desired. I was in and out on my new Vulcan 900 Classic in no time, at an affordable price and without being irritated at the whole experience which can really take the joy out of buying a new bike . I recently went here to look at a 2025 ZX-6R after having a bad experience trying to get a 2024 model at ride now, which we found to be way over priced. I am pretty picky about my possessions, so I'm generally a bit skeptical of buying anything used online, especially something like a used motorcycle. I temporarily suspended my skepticism and I emailed and called Arizona Kawasaki Slingshot, because I was interested in a Vulcan EN500C they had for sale online. I wound up speaking with Dan Schwartzman, a salesman at the dealership. Dan was wonderful to work with, sending me multiple photos of the bike, and even video conferencing with me so I could hear it run, zoom in close on certain things, etc. Basically just accommodating me any way he could to help me get comfortable with the bike I was interested in. Well, after all that, I decided to take a chance and trust that he was telling me the truth that it really was a nice bike, so I bought the bike in Arizona from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas - a good 1100-1200 miles away. It took almost a week to get it shipped, but when it arrived, I was so incredibly pleased. Dan said it was really nice, and man was it ever! The bike was actually much nicer and cleaner than I could've ever hoped for! Dan Schwartzman is a man of honor and integrity. Also, a quick shout out to Cesar Montez who handled the paperwork and the wire transfer in a most professional manner. These guys at Arizona Kawasaki did EXACTLY what they told me they would, with no exceptions and no BS. Very refreshing to find a place that does business the right way. I've dealt with these people often on for about 10 years Sense they opened up. my Kawasaki's gotten too old for them to service and quite frankly there sales department is a waist of time, but their parts man and their service people are magnificent four-star five star wonderful guys. Matt handled my special order to the tea from one of their advertisers I now have new boots and I'm very happy I bought two pairs because they on sale and it's wonderful magnificent deal, magnificent product and Matt was very professional and made me feel welcome and wanted. Absolute worst dealer in AZ!! Bought a brand new kx450, hadn't had much time to ride last year and then the summer hit, rode the bike maybe 5 times, 7.2 hours on the motor and it locked up deceleration into a turn, took it back to em, and because it's been over a year, nothing they can do, charges me 109 dollars to tell me the motor was junk after 7.2 hours! Should of bought a Honda! Never again! And never a dealer that can't stand behind the customer with 7.2 hour blown up engine! read more

Took my quad to this place. Guy said they'll look at it to let me know what needs fixed and how much. Guy calls me and says $500 plus dollars. It has a stuck throttle cable and needs a $40 battery. $40 to tell me what I already knew. Since when does a business charge to give you a charge? Thinking about buying a Victory Motorcycle. I am a long time (20 year) Harley Rider and have been seriously thinking about changing it up. 23 brand new Harley's in 20 years and all I really have is a lifetime H.O.G. membership. It's the same old game at the Harley dealers. Full list plus fee's , Dealer prep plus the Harley upcharge and there is not a dealer around that remembers my name. I walked into Victory of Mesa today and was immediately greeted by Rick Bake. He talked to me like I have been a lifelong customer and friend. I am also in sales and can pretty much read right through the crap. However there was none of that. He even let me throw my leg over the new bike like I already owned it. He was very upfront and straight forward in his approach. He said he would shoot me straight and I believe he will. I am out of town this weekend for the Saturday party they are having but, will be in the following weekend. So many people are quick to complain. It took me 20 years to get to this point. I'd give them no stars if I could. This business seems to like their inventory so much that they could care less about selling you anything. I went there in the morning and I was there 5 min to 9 am. I saw the door open and walked in. I was instantly told we're not open by some guy eating Burger King at the desk. I said oh aren't you open in 5 min? Do you mind if I just look around until then? I was told no and that I can "leave and come back in 5 min." Meaning leave the premises and don't come back till we're open. And this was told to me in a condescending tone. To top it off I came back later in the day and spoke to the owner thinking I'd get better "service." I was looking at test driving a unit they had that I liked. I was told that unless I filled out a credit app and was approved that I couldn't test drive. Well that's enough to deter anyone. Why would I apply for financing if I don't even know how something handles or responds? And best of all I was told I couldn't even sit in it to see how it felt. This place is a joke I will be purchasing my brand new unit elsewhere. read more
