This is a true family-run shop, and the amount of time, effort, and care that goes into this business is more than most people will ever realize. I watch them put in long days--14, 16 hours at times--doing everything they can to take care of their customers and do the job right. They don't cut corners, and they don't rush work out the door. They take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work and how they treat people. That kind of work ethic and integrity is hard to come by these days. My experiences with Austin and Matt especially have been second to none. They are dudes who love all things moto and just solid guys! The next thing is price. Gave me an attitude immediately saying I didn't specify when he order parts that I had to prepay for that I wanted the buttons too. If he knew there were other parts needed it was on him to clarify when ordering. He needs to be demoted to order taker not service advisor. Then lied to me about a switch being bad that I know is not bad. Nothing but a bunch of ripoff artist. I will never step foot back in that dealership again and would advise anyone thinking of going there to find a different dealer. Rob is the worst person I have ever had to deal with in a service situation and if he was my employee would be fired on the spot for the way he spoke to me. Beware you have been warned.
