Parts and service is mediocre at best and they DO NOT take any pride or responsibility! ZERO stars…read moreif I could. I have been to this store several times over the years. I have had some type of minor issue with the service every time, but, I just let it go. Today, however, was the last straw for me. I took my bike in for a valve stem replacement and figured I would save myself the headache of installing my new tail tidy. I provided the parts. They advised me that the other valve stem was questionable, as well as the tires were to the wear marks. The tires and install would be around $600 plus the cost of the other work. Total I was over $1000. I advised the tires could, and would, have to wait. I ended up paying $700ish for the two valve stems and tail tidy install. That was expensive, but, I accepted it. When I picked up my bike, I noticed that the plate lights had been installed through the plate without any way to remove them or the plate without cutting the wires. I, again, opted not to push it after having the parts guy, I think his name is Chris, look at it and be indifferent to the laziness of the install. That was march of 26 and by approximately mid april, the light started to malfunction. First the brake light quit activating, then the running light, then one blinker followed quickly by the second. The plate lights still worked though. I thought that it was the LED strip had been defective and purchased new ones to replace it. Once I had it exposed, I found that the wiring had not been properly secured and had been rubbed by my tire. That explained the slow failure of the light. I did not have the proper tool to repair the tiny wiring and decided I would check with them to see if they would repair the negligent installation. After explaining the problem, I was told they would have to look at it first as their policy is only 30 days on parts and labor. After going several rounds of me explaining that it was 100% their fault for performing a lazy installation, and him sticking to the 30 day policy, I gave up and left. I WILL NOT be returning to their store and will not recommend them to anybody I know.
