Initially I provide a 5 star google review based on the sales experience I had at the time I purchased the bike. However, before taking delivery of the bike, RideNow Mesa was to install a USB port and have the connector on the dash. I explained these instructions, where the USB should be mounted, verbally to the Sales person, Jason (I believe that's the sales person I worked with). We talked about the 2 punch out holes along side the key/gas cap area, and it he clearly understood that was the location the USB was to be attached on the bike. Upon delivery to my house, the USB was installed underneath the passenger's seat. Never have I ever heard of such an installation. All phones and GXP systems are mounted on the dash or near the handlebar area and never mounted behind and underneath a passenger seat. That would be appropriate for a second USB that would then be pulled through into a side luggage bag as a secondary charger. I had even explained that I was a Ride Captain for my club so mounting the phone on the dash is critical for navigation. I was to receive a call the day after delivery to figure out a solution. That was 9 days ago and 2 voice mails left on their Sales Line in the meantime. Still waiting to talk to Sales to be offered a solution which is to run the wires from the USB in the passenger's seat, along the frame and through the hole punch on the dash. I'm a huge customer experience fan and want to resolve the installation as it was to originally been done. read more

Delivering quality customer service is sometimes hard to achieve but in my case, Carie Nelson was outstanding. I had an issue with my Polaris unit and no one could figure out the solution. Carie took it upon herself to research online and found a possible solution. During the time my rig was in the shop, she consistently kept me apprised of the status and the expected completion time. As it turned out, I later found that the issue that was corrected, did not alleviate the issue so I had to take it back for further repairs. Once again, Carie kept me updated on the status. When a possible solution was found, she sent me pictures and made sure I was fully informed. The matter was fixed this time. Her constant updates and communications were very much appreciated and I will certainly go back for future service. I made an appointment with mike hammer for my 2022 rzr pro r, for a simple tier one service! When I picked it up it had several miles on it from when I dropped it off. Upon further inspection the back tire lugs were torn up, meaning someone floored it on pavement. On my next ride out the right rear axle immediately broke. I needed four suspension bolts and this place had them. They retail for $3.95 on Polaris' website. Their price was $6.50 each, or 65% markup. $26 for four bolts. I almost handed them back when he told me how much, but I need them to be able to move my RZR. My first and last time visiting one of their locations. Wanted a side x side this was the first place I called there were 2 different ones I was looking at after talking with sales I ended up going for a razor 1000 that was priced at $18000 I had a Harley I wanted to trade and told them to get a trade in price for it. They offered $17000 for it so I thought cool only $1000 difference to pay and I was somewhat credit challenge I was thinking it would have looked good to getting small amount financed. Wrong there was an extra $5000 just in fees added to the $1000 bucks. Maybe it's not there fault they need to pay the light bill also but over $5000 just in fees???? read more

Bought a like new RZR XP1000 Turbo and extended warranty from them and while it was in for 25 hour service they found bad wheel bearing. They wanted to charge me for diagnostics and repair and would not submit under warranty. I took my machine to another dealer and they submitted the repair under warranty and the cost was covered. read more

I had a great experience; went into AJ after months of looking in Phoenix where I live. The Cave Reek and Bell RN dealership in phx wouldn't give me the time of day. One of the worst service ever! I didn't even get to walk in the door and was completely embarrassed by their serviceses. It was a waste of time and it is a 2 hour drive one way. When they could have just told me everything I needed over the phone instead of wasting my time and everything. Then I get a call on how my service is and then 15 minutes later I get another phone call asking the same thing and it's like did I not get my point accessed that I didn't like how I was treated. Then they go to tell me that the manager will call me later. There is nothing he can tell me right now that will make that experience any better. I see a lot of negative reviews here on this business but I've had good experiences with them, sort of. I went in to ask about getting the carbs on my bike rebuilt. The cost was prohibitive for me but some guy, my apologies for not knowing his name , asked me what year my bike was. I told him and he said they won't even work on my bike because it was too old. Huh? He explained to me about how with bikes than ten years tend to have things break quite easily and end up costing them more to fix than they make. Ok, I can understand that. He then tells me that when a bike has been sitting for a long while and the gas goes bad that the thing to do is run some SeaFoam through it and that will probably bring the bike back to it's original performance. Cool. So he says they won't work on my bike but tells me the easy way to fix it myself. That rates pretty high in my book. The second incident was when I went in for a clamp that I lost. He, same guy, asked me what it went to and I told him the air cleaner. He tells me that they don't have a clamp like that but I can use a zip tie to re-attach that hose to the air cleaner. I think that's some stand up advice. He could have easily told "Sorry, ain't got one" and let me walk away bummed but he helped me out with some mechanic advice. In summary, I've never had my bike worked on by them so I can't comment on that kind of experience but have been given good advice from them. read more

Bought a turbo s at chandler, took it home, drove it around the block and the brakes were pulsating and i could hear a lil squeak, squeak coming from the back passenger wheel. Took it back to chandler the next day. They drive it around the lot and cant hear it, "sounds normal".... yeah no, this isnt my first rzr... take it home and experiment... i call apache and explain, they say bring it in. I did. Service calls me and say warped rotor etc but polaris didnt want to warranty saying it from riding the brake/heat... however the fought on my behalf letting polaris know the machine has 34miles on it. Polaris covered it and apache ordered parts/fixed it. I had to leave town for work prior to the fix and apache trailered it to my house free of charge upon completion. Bought a "like new" quad. I freely admit it was used. They started it and got it into my truck. I get home and I get it started for like a minute, it dies and it won't start again. Bad battery. Ok not a big deal right? Call them up they get a battery coming. 2 WEEKS later I get the battery. Take it out and in the first hour the chain comes off, slaps my foot and breaks a bunch of stuff. I'm thinking well this sucks but I'm sure they'll take care of it. I get there and Dominic says "so what do you want me to do about it?" Seriously? Well he says "I'll hook you up" and by that he means he'll have someone call me the next day with a quote for 500 dollars. These people are TOTAL RIPOFFS. They don't deserve your hard earned money. First thing id like to say, I've been in used and new car sales for 6 years. what im about to tell you is very fair. and comes from a retail experienced person. I tossed around the idea of buying a new RZR and ride now happens to be right by my house. the sale staff was very nice. i told them i was in sales right off the bat so they didn't pressure me at all. over the course of 30 minutes i explained to them my situation (credit score, income, and payment wishes) i then left and their GM Dominic texted me. i offered him 16,000 out the door with all fees and everything on a used RZR. he responded sounds fair come on in. i then asked what was the likeness id get the term and payment i needed, (im very carefull with my credit, if i run it. im buying.) so their GM DOMINIC told me not to worry, and after a 2nd text making sure he was okay with the price on the gray RZR i decided to come in. AS SOON AS I RAN CREDIT, dominic comes out and goes "oh you wanted the gray one for 16k? i thought you wanted the white one?" (white one was 1 year older and double the miles...) basically what im getting at, is i was un familiar with motorcycle sales and these guys pulled a huge BAIT AND SWITCH on me. they knew credit was important to me and hoped after i had run it they could try to go against their word. and i even showed Dominic the 2 texts showing he agreed on the gray RZR... i left and dint purchase anything from them. take this review as you will. i found it extremely un trustworthy and as a sales guy myself, that is NOT how i do business. wouldn't recommend these guy unless you dont mind being clubbed like a baby seal. you can say anything with a smile... right? thanks. read more

HOME of the BLOWN deal over $8/month. This place will rip you off every chance they can. I had a horrible experience at this dealer. The salesman,Bob Vance, was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me, at all. I feel like Bob should go work for another dealer as he can make the sale but then the finance guy there totally blows it with his greedy offers. It is once you go behind the green door and deal with the finance guys where the trouble arises. These guys will lie straight to your face and tell you "I'm sorry but I have already discounted absolutely everything that I could have". Then, they hit you with their first ridiculous offer of a monthly payment. What really got to me was, don't tell me that it takes a Polaris trained technician who knows these things inside and out an hour of labor at $125/hour to install a bolt on windshield??? We all know how much mark up there is on parts and labor in this industry and then you tell me that you've discounted absolutely everything you possibly can?? I went to another Ride Now dealer and they were able to get me into the much bigger higher end model for less than the midsize model that this store was offering? After I left, they called me 2 days later asking to meet with me again because they could offer a better deal?? I thought you said that was the best you could do??? After calling multiple times about a Polaris 900 they have in stock and not getting any replies I decided to take a ride out for a better look. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sales rep, brought over to the machine and once I started asking in depth questions about financing and such he politely excused himself for a moment however found himself leaning back up against the machine by the front door. In other words, unless you're walking in ready to make an impulse buy there's little to no interest in customer relations. The machine itself is a whole other story.... One brand new tire instead of changing them all (the others are at 60%), the front trans-axle is leaking to a point it's leaving a generous size stain on the floor, very evident signs of wear and they really didn't even make an effort to clean it. Keep in mind it's a 2012 with a price tag of a cool $9,500 plus taxes etc.. with that price tag I would expect both a machine to reflect that price followed by a courteous staff willing to make you feel not only welcomed but confident in such an investment read more
