New shoes & clean carbs, they run great! 250 & 150.

Excellent service, took a few weeks to get an appointment and another week to get the bikes back, but it was totally worth it. Knowledgeable & friendly, they know their stuff. Bikes run great, price was reasonable and I'll be using them again, getting the forks packed.

BEWARE!! 10 MONTHS, UNFIXED BIKE AND NEEDED POLICE ESCORT TO GET BIKE BACK!…read more My husband owns a 1996 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle. This motorcycle was picked up by Martyr Custom Cycles at our home on May 16, 2015. Jason Mercier (an owner) provided a verbal estimate of $1,200.00 and said work would take (4) days. My husband requested a written estimate. Did not receive. After many calls, dropping by shop to make payments, seeing nothing but dust on the bike - we were told it was ready to pick up and went to pick up the motorcycle on 6/20/2015. I paid the balance w/ credit card as a Fathers' Day gift of $330.00. No original estimate or detailed invoice or receipts for parts or work done was provided. Total paid to MCC/Jason Mercier/Patrick Burns (his mechanic) was $1,730.00 via check and credit card. Upon driving the motorcycle home from MCC shop (15 min from our home) half way there, the oil warning light turned on and the crank shaft started acting up and it barely made it home. Jason was called directly immediately and asked to come get the bike. He sent someone a couple of hours later. After months of calls and requests to pick up motorcycle because no new estimate was provided still (we have all the text inquiries )we showed up at MCC on 10/3/2015 with our trailer to tow unfixed motorcycle home. Jason displayed both agitated and hostile behavior mode for over an hour or more - but asserting it would be fixed right this time for only $900.00 more - Jason stating that was for parts only. My husband decided to give him another chance and agreed to the $900 and Jason agreed to payments offer from him. Before we left that day we insisted Jason provide us with the receipt for original work MCC said that they did, and for a written estimate of work they said would now do. These were provided, as we watched Jason write them up on the spot, but Jason still would not provide receipts for all the things or parts he said were done or bought. We left the shop with hopes of the motorcycle to be fixed sooner rather than later due to the negligence shown to date. Since 10/3/2015, we have both been by MCC to drop off payments (an additional $200.00 so far), take pictures of motorcycle that had not been touched, requested directly via phone and text to Jason Mercier an update on motorcycle and on several occasions, to have unfixed motorcycle returned and monies refunded - even offering to pick it up as well. Jason finally responded in February 2016 saying he would bring that and the money back to us for the unfixed motorcycle, but did not show. We contacted him again 3/12/16, via text and he said he would bring it Monday 3/16/2016. He did not. We contact him again 3/14/2016 and Jason replied it would be late on 3/15/2016. He did not show or contact us. We contacted him again on 3/16/16 to no response. We contact him again 3/22/2016, no response. We contacted a lawyer the week of 3/27/2016. Upon advice of the attorney, they filed a complaint with the BBB and concurrently contacted Jason on 3/29/2016 via text to give him another chance to deliver unfixed motorcycle and monies owed before pursuing more extreme measures. Jason immediately responded with "go ahead". All pertinent info including all paperwork and screenshots of texts were provided to Queens Creek Police Department then as well, with a followup on 3/31/2016 and we had the QCPD escort us that day to pick up our motorcycle - which they kindly did. They were great! While we were there, Jason came out of his office, clearly agitated and hostile again but worse this time - tried to give us a bill for storage of the bike ?? Which when we stated (in front of the police) the evidence that the QCPD had seen the info, we had been waiting for delivery since he promised it and even offered to come get it ourselves - ??!! The QCPD stepped in and told him to back off. We then ripped up the paper he handed us w/ the storage fees, finished loading our bike, thanked the officers and left. SO GLAD THE POLICE WERE THERE!
