So I called and spoke to Dennis and set a time to come in. I found one I liked right away and he told me all about it. I found the red one online, but purchased a green one. I absolutely love it. I've had a couple of questions over time, and they've been quick to respond. It did take longer than 45 days to get my tag and registration, but not their fault. I bought a fat tire from this place.& it had special tires on it.Because it was the golf cart edition.. he had a special on it when he was getting rid of it.And I knew there was a problem.I just knew it, but I wanted 1 so bad.I decided to get it. It was going through tires like crazy.Because golf cart tires are not rated like regular tires. I patched, I plugged, I tried everything, so I put a new back tire on it. Biggest mistake I did on that 1.Because he ordered it. I wanted the new 1 that the fat tires were coming with on the newer versions, but it still hadn't come out yet.So we tried another 1. It was so heavy, it took out the battery. Now, I gotta go to my refrigerator & look at something on how many times I charge this thing. It was 65 & around 60 was the time that the tire changed.. I got stranded twice. It was sucking power, so bad.The machine was shutting off. Had to turn the key back on & off.For it to reset. & then I got more excuses.. This thing has been in my garage now for 2 years. I am donating it 2 goodwill. I was gonna go back & buy a motorcycle from him.But i've decided, since the runaround that I got on 2 other purchases & giving this guy a chance. I have given up. Already bought 1. He technically doesn't live in America. He goes to Rocky point. Every single weekend & then comes back for the week. Probably for legal reasons. I have given this guy every single chance in the world to fix this.& every time he has pushed it back on me saying, going on the internet & doing this & doing that.When it was his responsibility when he sold it to me. The extended battery, not the new battery.Because I need a extended battery with this back tire. It's over six hundred dollars.. I paid $1,300 for the fat tire. So technically, I could dump this and buy another one. But since how I know they work and you can't leave them charging in the garage in the summertime, too hot for lithium batteries. you can't leave them charging in your house during the summertime. As soon as you get a green light, you gotta unplug it. Because of lithium battery fires, because the battery is rated, not u&l rating, which is not american.This is foreign & they do not do the product testing like they do.In america. I was wondering why people were selling these things.All over the place & they're all over the internet. This is the reason why if you leave it plugged in, the power goes off & then it comes back on, you're risking of a battery fire inside your house.Because they did not do this test at c.E. So buyer beware. & if he writes any comments whatsoever, I don't want to hear it, either. Buy it back or live with this comment.Because what you're selling to the public is garbage. The battery was supposed to go to 2000 cycles. It only went 65. But of course, it was out of warranty by that time. I never registered it. I still have the point of origin paperwork, and when I take it to goodwill, i'm gonna give them everything & say, good luck & tell them exactly what happened. Why am I so pissed off.. Because when I bought the new motorcycle, I ran out of room in my garage, & now I gotta figure out what i'm gonna do with it, it's just sitting there like a boat anchor... But the accessories I bought for it.I can put on my new motorcycle.Thank god! They also have problems with taillights going out. Fix that two times and I had to pay for it. Everything is money with this guy. Everything & remember, it came from alibaba, & it's a harley, not a harley, davidson, harley, and that was another reason why I bought it it was a big joke with all my friends.& they got a great laugh on it. I sold my harley for a electric harley, fat.Tire. Well, folks, that was $1300 wasted, & with everything else. It came out to almost $1800 after it was all said & done. & it wasn't fixed Due to legal reasons on Google and Google Maps, I am writing this. The best customer service and on an extremely busy Saturday! Sarah, first of all is a gem!! Took the time to walk away from her desk to show us a jazzy 4 seater golf cart. Showing us backseat flip down, explaining battery, rear view mirror, and all the other tricks that came with. We feel in love with it. She had one left. They sell like hotcakes there. And it still needed to be put together. She spoke with Dennis who said, we can do it! Give us 3:15. We left, rented a trailer and picked up not only a scooter but also the golf cart. I can't remember the guys names in the back, but same exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this company and their team of mechanics!! Had a great experience working with Dennis. Bought a Crossfire for my 95 year old Dad.

I would love to give negative stars if I could. I bought 2 rwp dirt bikes from them November 2022 one was the 150cc and the 125. Both bikes​ are broke my 12 year old son who is 118lbs came back on the 150 from a ride and the frame was broke damn near in half the owner told me he must be over the 160lb weight limit. He then​ proceeded to tell me he has never seen that frame break in all his years of expertise haha. I told him again that he's under the limit and he changed the subject again. Also the shop is slammed and it will be weeks before I can get it in to be looked at. As of today, June 7th both bikes are broken and out of warranty. Money lost. But still paying on broken bikes they won't fix. Don't finance or buy here. FYI both bikes have about 15hrs on them read more

Make sure you stop to use the restroom prior to arriving. I drove over an hour to get to them. I had 7k in cash on me ready to buy a golf cart. I started to talk to some lady telling her I wanted to buy a golf cart today, but I needed to you the restroom. She said we don't have restrooms for customers and that if I need to use a restroom then I would have to drive down the street to Mc Donalds use their restroom. I told her if I did that then I would not come back and would not buy a cart from them. She said fine and let me walk out. I'll never be back and would not recommend this business to anyone. Looks great, handles incredibly, and plenty of power for off-road or street use. Guaranteed every time I take it out I get stopped at least once by somebody asking me what brand it is and how much they love it. So I ended up buy the ATV but they are not up front with the prices. Shows starts at 699$ so you think with tax your looking at 750$ out of pocket but if you look at that small writing on the bottom right corner you see the actual price. The guy at the desk tried to say they told me that when I put 200$ down. I wouldn't have been so surprised if they actually said this. I'm very disappointed in the way they conduct sales. Hopefully my son will enjoy the ATV and we don't end up having a ton of problems. Only time will tell. read more

I really wish I read the reviews before buying from this place. Bought a go kart, took it home and was excited to ride it. Within 5 minutes the entire drive shaft fell apart. I asked to return it, they refused. Brought it back and they replaced it- a week later cruising down the street, starting leaking gas, called and had no idea what it could be. Month goes by, bar hopping and go to start the go kart and doesn't even click to turn over. They are closed sundays and mondays so couldn't get any type of help. Having it 3 months apparently I was out of warranty so had to get it towed. Then they even billed me for the services rendered on the go kart. Needless to say they sell terrible product and I suggest you read the reviews and purchase somewhere else, the reviews are true. read more

He tells you what you want to hear but worst of all is how sexist he was towards my female friend I went to his store to help buy a bike with. She was the one wanting to buy a bike and refused to talk to her and focused 90% on me. I was not the buyer!! It was going to be her first scooter and major purchase so I was just there for moral support. The store is just rude when you call him on his lies and will not negotiate. I was trying to purchase a Tao GK110 go kart for my kids fir Christmas. My first attempt was to buy the unit online from FamilyGoKarts.com. This online order was cancelled (terrible experience) and I found myself scrambling for a replacement. I would actually give this place negative stars if possible. I would have carpal tunnel syndrome if I typed how bad my recent experience was at this place. So bad that it is almost downright funny. I've been in the service industry for 30 years and I've seen some doozies and this is one of them. Red carpet treatment during the purchase and dumpster diving when service/parts needed. Oh yea, if your gonna purchase a unit there be ready to hear that the prices are going to go up in a couple of weeks. It's almost like listening to a recording! I did read some of the not so positive reviews from this place online and I did draw my own conclusion. First off I shopped everywhere in phoenix all around Arizona for a couple of quads for my family without wanting to break the bank. There is nobody else who had the same inventory and the selection. When you compare prices online even and factor in risk ,shipping, assembly hassle, you may save a couple hundred but that's it. So for us it was worth paying slightly more. Dennis was our sales guy he was pleasantly accommodating. There is not a lot of room to negotiate and after you shop around you'll see why.They have the best product for their market and the prices are even comparable to online retailers so I get it. They also offer twice as long on the warranty so you can't beat it trust me I tried. read more

Terrible service. I would give this place less than one star if I could. I bought a brand new 150cc scooter with a fm radio installed.They didn't allow me to test drive the scooter but I was assured that the service department prepare it properly. The rearview mirror rattled loudly and shook when the engine vibrated. The electric start switch was dead after one or two starts. I replaced the main fuse a couple of times but it kept blowing. I brought the scooter back to the shop with 30 miles on it for repair. Service shop kept it for two weeks. At home I found that the scooter was exactly the same. Fuse blew again immediately and The mirror shook and rattled like crazy. By the way the radio is as dead as that starts switch. They couldn't even give me an owners manual for the radio. So we were looking for a dirt bike for my step son and came across this place. Our first visit we didn't have any issues, however, our second visit was much different. We had to bring the bike back because in less than two months it just stopped working. Most places I would assume would have some sort of warranty but apparently this place doesn't. I will give props to Skylar (spelling). Because we are from out of town he got us in and out within a day which was great. When we went to drop off the bike we were quoted $85 for everything. When we went back to get the bike they charged $125 and saying it was some sort of diagnosis fee that they weren't going to charge us for originally. They charged us that because when I mentioned something to the cocky store owner about not being acknowledged when we came in he got all bent up out of shape and got mouthy with me. When dealing with customers it is so easy to say, "I'll be right with you." But when we are completely ignored for more than 5 minutes it's just bad business and extremely rude. Then we saw this terrible store owner talk to Skylar about what just happened and BOOM an extra $40 added to our bill. He probably didn't think we saw what was going on but we saw it all and we weren't born yesterday so we knew he told Skylar to up-charge us. If you can go somewhere else I definitely would. So not worth dealing with the arrogant man that works there! read more

Bought a Puma Romeo from here. The scooter has had some issues because of the make. But Avanti has been very helpful. I had the horn go out and the lights also had issues. It was inexpensive for the lights and eh horn they covered for free. The scooter has been knocked over by other motorcyclists parking but Avanti gave me a fee estimate for repairs. read more

These people are UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful. I purchased a scooter in February and have been back many times. They always remember my name and are ready to answer any of my beginning-rider questions. The service technicians go out of their way to explain everything from how to put the scooter on the center kickstand to checking the oil (thanks Dave). Dennis is always patient with me. I had a serious engine problem last week, and he took personal attention in making sure it was resolved beyond my expectations. All three have had various problems and the last straw was the service dept changed the oil in one of them. I got it home and the very next day it leaked oil. I called them and was told they couldn't get it in until July 8. They charged me about $75 for the oil change and drove it a few miles. Again the next day it was leaking oil. During Christmas no service could be done. I am furious.Don't buy Chinese Scooters or Motorcycles. Complete crap. Just got it back from the shop Three days ago. Testing it to make sure it was going to be reliable. Massive oil leak. 30 miles after I got it back. Rear tire completely coated in oil. Started sliding around as I'm driving it. Duck walked it home over a mile. Advanti Powersports in Mesa sold it to me. Can't maintain it. Can't afford this level of B.S. repairs. My other scooter has one last chance at shop to get it fixed. Once they realized that I was having trouble finding someone to work on it, they figured they could take advantage of me as much as possible. My son has been wanting a quad, been looking on Clist for a while and this place had a ton of ads. I was finally in the east valley this morning and I stopped by this place( Main street is all tore up with construction) I arrived before they opened and I looked through the windows and the place looks empty inside, had a few little dirt bikes and that was about it. I then looked on Clist and all the ads were gone, not one ad for a quad, dirt bike or scooter. Looks like this business is closing or recently closed, had my husband call around 11:30 while I was at a doctors appointment. He was not too impressed with the person on the other end. I looked at their website and it shows quite of bit of inventory listed but 99% of the pictures on their site were not in the showroom that I saw this morning. So I drove the 22 miles from my home to their store and the scooter I called about was "not" in stock? So I drove 44 miles round trip for nothing. When I told him I was not happy driving 22 miles from to find the scooter that I was told was on the show room floor, he stated I was lucky I did not have to drive 200 miles? Wanted to give Advanti a kudos - I bought a really nice scoot - 150cc China Zuma copy - Jonway. Ive owned few scooters in the past. These are china made (cheap) but pretty good for the cost. Cost was very good - they assemble the things and present them in the showroom and SERVICE THEM! - Big thing. Make sure you hitup a shop that can service a scooter, if they cant your going to have a bad time, these china scoots need love. Anyways - Advanti sold me the Jonway , super easy credit process ... drove it home with the temp registration on it. Later all the lights went out - took it back to them and they checked it up - mind you china scooters often have some issues, they took me in , fixed it and once again - it lost all the light - took it back - ONCE AGAIN , they took it in and this time spent alot of time to fix the issue and make it right at no charge! SUPER SOLID ! I cant stress enough - if you wanna get a scooter (not just ) because they are also awesome, MAKE SURE you have a shop that knows the thing. These guys do ! They will totally rap with you about the one you bought and take care of your needs, moving forward. The issues i had were free and that was a SOLD to me - but their maintenance services; are also very reasonable - Totally recommend Advanti - they will be around ! read more

Good store, good staff, good products. There's no Yamaha, Suzuki, etc scooters, typically because they're 3000-6000 bucks. They carry SSR and something else. Chinese makes but good quality bikes. I got a 150cc SSR X6 out the door around 1350 bike,tax,registration etc.. They gave me all the details as to what to do and how to operate (pretty patient with my 50 questions), how to keep the warranty valid, what to do at what mileage, inspected and tuned it rather than just letting you hop on and ride away (allow 1-2 hours for that, in case it has to get fixed, Mexican place across the street has good food and you can chill in the bar and watch tv). No test rides in the scooters. They don't and won't lie to you about speed, performance. No upselling. They just want you to buy what you what. They register it for you. Done deal. Best warranty I could find in the valley. 1 yr engine, 6 months parts. Not the best bit you get what you get read more
