New to motorcycles, I ride a 2022 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster that I inherited from my late uncle. I took it in to get the service icon removed from the digital readout and they gave me a quote to do a full service that is recommended at the 1000 mile mark. I explained I would perform the oil change and other areas of basic maintenance then bring it in at my scheduled time. I received no kick-back or attitude most dealerships usually fling out. Instead there was understanding and respect. The day of the inspection was even better. On time, on schedule, and the waiting area has a shop and showroom which was fun. Used some of my 'non-essential' down time to visit my mother for her 85th birthday in Chandler. Just before my 1100 mile trip back home, I noticed what I felt was a small hitch in my final drive and some very loud clunky noises I've never heard before when my Trophy SE was on the center stand. Knowing that I was anxious to get back to my family in Texas during the COVID madness, the folks at Phoenix Triumph were able to get me on the schedule, pull the drive, and confirm that everything was functioning at 100% ASAP. Despite being short handed due to these crazy times. No more loud clunky noise, the bike is shifting cleaner, and purring like a Tiger! Chris, the parts/service guy, has always done his best to get me in right away and take care of the problems. These guys are great. I dropped by to ask about an oil change on my 2016 Indian Roadmaster. Just a note, we had rode in from Austin, TX the day before. What impressed me about the people, they didnt try to make a quick buck with my oil change. They admitted the didnt have the filter and suggested we visit one if the two Indian dealers. They helped me with finding the contacts and gave me directions to the Indian dealer we selected. They were friendly and ready to help a fellow rider. The next time we ride through Phoenix, I'm buying them a case of beer. A really good group of people. read more

Brakes, shifting, and a squeaky belt. They looked it over and adjusted my belt the rest was not an issue. My concerns were adressed and I was very satisfied.
