My new Can Am X3
Mike M.

Just signed on my Can Am X3 Max today. From the top down my experience has been fantastic. My wife and I met Brandon Nash at the Barrett Jackson car show. We were already headed to a competitor after the show to put a deposit. Because he spent so much time with my wife/myself, it immediately made a difference from the competitor. I went into that dealership and walked around for like 5 minutes and not one person spoke to me. It was refreshing to actually discuss pros/cons of different brands/styles. Brandon sent us to the Scottsdale store where we spent more time with Josh, who has helped us with the sale and got us a great interest rate on finance with a local Credit Union. I went in today after waiting for the vehicle to come in (Covid delays) and was super impressed with the continued support. I got to watch Chris take my Can Am off the trailer and then Josh had him give me a briefing on the vehicle. I also got to spend some time with James who took a bunch of time to make me a wish list for stuff I want to add. I actually bought a windshield today to have put on while they add the street legal kit and top as well. The whole process has been old school how customer service should be with knowledgeable people who are there to help you. One last thing about Brandon Nash, he took time to send me some pics of the Can Am as it came in off the delivery truck still wrapped in shipping materials and when the bike additions are on he is going to drop it at my house while I figure out the trailer situation. That may not be a usual part of the sale but it is well appreciated by me. If you are buying a bike, jetski, side by side do yourself a favor and go over and see Nash Powersports, don't get treated poorly at another dealer. You are plunking down some good money, see the folks who treated me excellently.

I love supporting small local businesses with a hands on owner and that's what you get with MotoCity Anthem. They take Customer Service to the next level. I firmly believe Service is More Important than Product and based on my personal experience, MotoCity feels the same way. I got a great deal on a New 2025 Yamaha Xmax 300. $8,000 cash out the door and delivered to my Lake House in the White Mountains of Arizona. The transaction and delivery went the way it's supposed to; flawlessly. I purchased the Scooter sight unseen over the phone based on the good vibe I received from my salesman, John. They are a Class Operation that sells Superior products, provides customer service that is second to none and has a hands-on owner. What more could you possibly want from a dealer. I was trying to think of how this dealer could improve and I couldn't come up with anything. This company ranks as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, not just in the Motorsports industry, but ALL INDUSTRIES for the following reasons. 1. Great Customer Service 2. Doesn't add on fee after fee like other dealers / no hidden charges. 3. Great Products (I am a Yamaha and Honda guy and they carry both). 4. Knowledgeable Sales Staff. 5. Has a Service Department that can handle Warranty issues. 6. Extremely responsive (a live person picks up the phone right away). 8. Saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to hire a delivery company. They delivered it right to my driveway for FREE! I highly recommend this dealer; they will not disappoint.

You can't even put the parts manager on the phone. You have me talk to Seth who has no clue what's happening. He's just an employee, not a manager. But if that's how you wanna play it that's fine. You will soon realize I'm not stupid.

Everything was cool until I got here in LA, I started to hear cracking noises coming from the front suspension, so I contacted them and they first didn't want to help me. Then I took it to a dealership here in Santa Clarita AutoNation Ram and they even told me that they did not even check the truck. They just sold it as is. Don't recommend. At all. I still have the problem going on and they don't want to help me. Also the sales person (Victor) told me before purchasing the truck that they will take care of the transfer and register the truck in California and they did not at all. I had to pay 4,105 dollars out of pocket. Don't recommend this dealership at all. -10 stars

I would never purchase a sight-unseen vehicle from Arizona Signature Motorsports again. Here's why…read more I found a vehicle through TrueCar and was quickly contacted by David Cherba, who was personable, responsive, and even provided a video walkthrough. Although the vehicle was priced thousands above Kelley Blue Book value for an "Excellent" condition vehicle, I decided to move forward based on his assurances. The history report showed a prior accident. David described it as minor, but despite my request, neither he nor the dealership ever provided the CarFax report. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the vehicle's cosmetic and mechanical condition. David told me, "I'd never sell you something I wouldn't drive off the lot myself." Unfortunately, the vehicle I received did not reflect those assurances. The passenger side has deep scratches from the front fender to the rear quarter panel, six door dents, countless rock chips on the hood, and severe vibration above 30 mph, indicating potential tire, wheel, alignment, suspension, or driveline problems requiring additional expense. After only one week of ownership, I was stranded in Lake Tahoe when the battery failed completely, resulting in a $45 Uber ride, a $275 battery replacement, and several hours of delay. I also discovered two add-on products--dent protection and theft protection--totaling $1,400 that I hadn't realized were included until I received the paperwork. When I requested cancellation of the $699 dent protection plan, I was told it couldn't be removed because it had already been charged. I later learned the product was cancellable, yet I was never provided the required contract or coverage documentation. I was also surprised by a separate $900 cash delivery fee that I believed was included in the purchase price. Although I paid for the vehicle in full, the dealership did not send the title until I contacted them a month and a half later. What initially appeared to be outstanding customer service ultimately felt like a sales process focused on overcoming objections rather than accurately representing the vehicle and associated products. I made a significant investment based largely on those representations and received a vehicle that was not as advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arizona Signature Motorsports.
