I agreed on the price with the internet sales staff, and went in to look at the quad and another motoX bike for my granddaughters. Found what we were looking for and got the paperwork started. Explained my wife was out of town and would return the following Wednesday (4 days out) all contracts were signed with docusign, and I explained I wanted to see the paperwork, but numbers added up, until I received the final paperwork after calling 6 times. The agreed upon price of $2995 was $$4500 making the numbers work by extending the already agreed upon sale out to 4 years. I purchased pre owned because I didn't want to pay set up fees, and additionally they added $707.65 of accessories while we purchased zero accessories. I've tried contacting the sales department, sales manager, since the purchase at the end of February, It's now May 4th. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE WITHOUT AN INKED CONTRACT ON THE TABLE BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE NUMBERS UNTIL THEY FINALLY SEND THEM TO YOU AFTER 9 WEEKS. Here's the kicker, still not registered with MVD. There are other, reputable, sales for MotoX, Jet Skis, SxS, in the valley that I will work with in the future. Stay away from this particular store and purchase elsewhere.

They charged me $350 just to pop different tires onto the bike. On top of that, they shattered the display screen on the Africa Twin while the bike was in their care. When I asked them about it they said, " Sorry, we don't have an explanation." Nothing else was done to remedy the damage during service. I would highly recommend that if you need any service work done to have it done elsewhere.
