I picked up a 2012 Suzuki GSXR that had been wrecked and needed some love. I purchased an Auctmart fairing kit and dropped the bike off with Jeremy's team for them to work their magic. They also did a valve adjustment, installed new plugs, installed the Akropovic exhaust and tuned the bike. The bike runs much smoother than it did prior and looks amazing. I took my bike to Jeremy and he did a thorough walk thru on my 2011 Kawasaki Concours ZG1400. His shop put new tires on, new tpms sensors in the tires, bled the brakes, added a K&N filter and Dyno tuned my bike to bring out more power. His tune awakened a beast! I have been riding around for about a month now and it's so enjoyable, I love the power now and the ride is much better since I have new tires vs the ones with cupping (as Jeremy pointed out in the preliminary walk thru). Had a 5 star review for this place and forgot to update and add my actual experience after my bike was "fixed"... I recommend taking your bike and money anywhere else, even dealership shops will cost you less money, time, and frustration in the long run. I've had my bike in and out of this ship more times than it was road worthy all with a new issue they had to fix, say it was done, show up and find it missing parts, covers, plates, seats, etc. You name it. Then it's back in his shop a week later for something they messed up the previous time. Like when they reassembled it one time and let me leave the shop with zero carb tuning and a broken air filter. My bike died and nearly grenaded itself halfway home, or the other time it was "all done and ready to go" died 15 feet from the shop and was in shop for another 2 weeks, or the next time it was "good to go" and was missing every single panel and the rear fender, so I had to wait while they rushed to reassemble my bike even though it was supposed to be ready. Eventually, like a year later, you might get a working bike out of this shop... but a dealership shop would be done for cheaper and faster by that time. Avoid this place unless you like saying your bike is "garage kept"... aaaaaaaand by that I mean kept in this shop's garage for a year. read more

Had Adrenaline install new tires on my Concours 14 recently and had a great experience. I had never been here before but was recommended them by Cycle Gear since I wasn't taking the wheels off myself. Jeremy is a cool guy and looked the bike over with me when I dropped it off. Just by our conversation I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn't just trying to sell me. Don't let the exterior of this place fool you. They are real motorcycle guys and know their stuff; was cool seeing them dyno some stuff as well while I was there. In the end, they did a great job with the tires. Jeremy gave me a quote on some of the other services to do, since I don't know the service history. At the same time he assured me the bike was in good condition and this was just maintenance. He didn't try to hard sell me anything at all, just said if they haven't been done then they should be at some point in the future given my mileage. I had an intake manifold that needed to have 1/8" shaved off and port matched. Called several places who said they couldn't and actually went to one place that said they could but didn't feel comfortable doing it. Went to Adrenaline and they had zero issues with the job. So I heard of these guys from friends that ride and have gotten work done or dyno'd or just from the riders around town and at the pavilions. I've also heard of them a few times through going to track days and talking to that crew. So one day I was at Cycler Gear picking up some new tires and I don't have stands and all the tools at my house to remove the wheels on my bike to take them in to get new rubber on... Cycler Gear and many other places won't do at tire change if they're still on the bike... fail. Walking out of Cycler Gear one day Jeremy (owner of Adrenaline Performance) grabbed me and said he could mount them on the bike for a very affordable price... I did my homework... and he was competitive and affordable. Some time passed because work and traveling and hit a point where I HAD to get the new tires on ASAP... Called him up.... he made room for me the same day and held to his price he told me. Came in... felt very welcome in the shop - guys were nice and their dog "Junior" was one of the coolest shop dogs ever... :) I ask a bunch of questions about everything so I'm always learning and they were all accommodating to that and were helpful and showed me stuff I didn't know about noises my bike was making and some worn parts they suggested I think about changing soon... No pressure just told me the honest truth and showed me what they were talking about... Had Jeremy custom order the new cush drive assembly and didn't even charge me shipping as he doesn't get charged either. Long story short... I've got the new tires on the bike, chain completely cleaned and lubed and everything tightened up and adjusted and out the door in about an hour. Core charge for EPA for old tires was $2 a pop so I don't have to worry about that either. Very nice guys lIke I said and they're very involved in all the local AzTrackDays and have a tent there all the time for parts, fixups, etc... They run race bikes and stunters and have extensive knowledge all around. Seems they mostly do asian bikes but a simple call to Jeremy could answer that if they touch the euro ones. Did I mention they have a Dyno? And they can order just about anything for your bike... Seems they had some jackets and apparel in there too. Really can't stress how awesome Jeremy and Galen were. We flashed my ECU and remapped ETV and TPS to access the power the bike has, few other changes... He literally went through every step with me bit by bit, taking the time to explain what was what, and asking what I wanted. From painstakingly carefully removing my fairings to going through every single option and the results of each piece of the puzzle with Woolich Racing software, to finally fine tuning my AFR and getting my bike where I wanted.. I'm going back to make some more adjustments soon now that I've ridden for a week with the new setup... I just can't say how impressed I was... Plus the owner ended up charging me less than the initial quote because... I don't know... He's awesome? Would give ten stars at this point. Then today (a few days later) the owner called me just to see how I liked it so far and ask about any thing I noticed I might want to change, and that is why I am writing this... He didn't ask. I called at 8am today with my bike that would not start they camer right out and picked it up at my house and I figured my weekend way over before it started. Well 2 hours later he called me up and said he ended up having the part in stock and I'm all fixed and ready to go. Needed some sensor and that was all. I used them a few years ago and was quoted a price to do some work. Left bike with them for two days and when I went to get it, the price was not what I was told when I dropped it off. Although this happened, the service was good and the repairs good as well. When they quote a price, it should not change without prior notice. I took my Bike here for an oil leak and after 2 moth of repairs and dealing with their unprofessional MECHANIC and OWNER Jeremy, I picked up my bike and still had the same problem as i did when i took it in. Being new to town I was referred to this shop by a police officer friend of mine. I just recently purchased a used 2004 Honda Shadow Aero 750VT and though it passed my initial exterior inspection I thought it would be prudent to take it in somewhere to have an expert look it over and at the very least change the oil. Great vibe as I came in and met two customers shooting the shit outside while Jeremy handled another customer. On staff that day were Jeremy, Dale and Michael (and Riley the friendly mutt!) whom where all very personable and willing to walk me through the oil change and safety inspection process. Took my old yzf 600r here for a tune up after letting it sit for about a year. Quick turn around time of a week and it was less than that of ridenow. Carb clean/synch, oil change and coolant flush/battery was all that I had done with the difference of $300 vs $800 from ridenow. Well worth it IMO as I'm to busy to do my own work anymore. Bike rode great after the service and never had a problem up until I sold it(6 months ago). I didn't have any issues like other reviews but honestly - if you have a Duc - they are not simple creatures and that would be something you take to a mechanic SPECIFIC to Ducs- not only for their experience but also for the price. I'd caution taking your Lambo to a Chevy dealer ;) If you have a regular bike issue/tune up I definitely recommend Adrenaline. read more

From the seasoned only to the what can we sell you. Then I came across this shop. The owner Jeremy was very easy to talk and made me feel very welcomed, not only to his shop but the culture of owning and operating a motorcycle. The employees were very professional and knowledgeable about there craft. I was helped by Oscar, he preformed an oil change and inspection, Oscar gave me suggestions on what I should have serviced. He was very patient, and answered all the questions I had. Obvious as they might have been. Oscar did an awesome job. I was hesitant at first, but when you buy a used motorcycle from someone, like I did. I went in today to get my front wheel removed and got my tires swapped for only $53 when other shops that I've went to tried charging me $100. These guys rock! Just over a month ago my 17 year old son had to lay his bike down due to some asshole sideswiping him on the 60! Thank God he only walked away with a bruised shoulder. Anyway, Jeremy just happened to come across him on the side of the road and stopped to render aid to a fellow rider. Cool. When I got there, Jeremy said he owned a small shop and would be willing to check out the bike. He said they do custom work...and said they could trick out the bike, not use stock, and my boy would get a unique bike back. OR - we could do just stock parts...our call. So we decided to check it out. Anywho - to make a long story short - about 4 weeks later my boy got back a brand new bike. It is gorgeous. Jeremy took that insurance money and used his creativity to totally revamp the bike! He added safety features like a crash bar - super bright LED lighting front and back - replaced 1 headlamp with 3 - added 7 horses - and made it louder. Hey - PIPES SAVE LIVES! In all that Jeremy did, he let me know his FIRST concern for my boy, was to make the bike SAFE and to do what he could to be sure drivers on the road either see or HEAR him coming. So this place has my recommendation. It did take a little longer than I hoped - but there was a lot or re-wiring they had to do, plus they had issues with some part orders. Regardless, the end result was well worth the wait! Ya can't rush an artist ya know? So if your bike has been in an accident, needs a good deal of repair, and if ya got the time, take it here. At the recommendation of a fellow rider, I took my bike to Adrenaline for the first time about 10 years ago. Never once have I been disappointed. Jeremy has always taken care of me, all the while being extremely reasonable with his pricing. He is usually very busy (a good sign, don't you think?), so he's not always able to drop everything in a moment's notice...but when he can't, he always gives me reasonable time-frames. It took a while to figure out why my bike was cutting out but Jeremy figured it out. This issue wouldn't come up on diagnostics so it's not easy to determine. I even caught a break on some of the labor since it was a tough problem to figure out. After my tip over sensor was fixed I got a chain service and rear brake pads replaced. Alright so if you are new to owning a bike or been riding a long time this is where you want to take it. I grew up riding quads but recently bought my first dirt bike. It needed some service. I took it to a shop in Prescott and after a horrible experience there needed to find another place to get it serviced. My mechanic recommended Adrenaline Performance and I'm so thankful he did. I called and spoke with Jeremy the owner. He was super personable and made me feel like he valued my business and genuinely wanted to help me. I took my bike in and they did not disappoint. Where the other shop wanted to replace a starter switch and charge me $300 Jeremy's guy Oscar was able to fix the switch for 1/6 the price and it works perfectly. They did a thorough service all while staying within the price point I needed to be in. Seriously never had somone take such good care of me and listen so well to where I was at. Got the bike back and it exceeded my expectations. Runs perfectly. These guys are super knowledgeable and clearly in the business for the long haul seeking to take care of their customers right. Jeremy at Adrenaline runs a great shop that you can take your bike to and know you're going to be treated fair and at a great price. I've been taking mine here for over a year, and have always been impressed. I'm not sure why there's such a difference in reviews for this place. Anything I've needed, they've handled. They've even helped me with odd requests like needing to find special parts, have my bike picked up, and get help with customizations. My only experience is bringing my rims off bike here to get new tires. First time i bought tires from the shop and got free m&b. Next time i bought tires online and got m&b price a little cheaper than cycle gear. Both times the work was completed in less than 24 hours.
