I just bought a used Harley-Davison FHLT from these guys in Arizona. I dealt with a guy named Cliff. He was truly down to hearth and sounded like a horse riding red neck to a city boy weekend rider me. I was skeptical, dealing with a dealer that was out-of-state because I'm all the way in San Pedro California. Cliff picked up all my ph calls sent pic's and service record. At the end oh the day he was more like a friend giving me all the particulars about the bike. He never acted like a used car salesman or gave me some out of the bag pitch or additional pricing which I was expecting. He even found a shipper for me and shipped the bike all the way to California ... lower than I expected. The guy who delivered my bike was super friendly and went over everything with me. Unprofessional sales associate was unfamiliar with their products, but felt no qualms with making up information. Then claimed an aftermarket accessory was $5000 when in fact it was retailed for $846. (Fraud!) Claimed the value of their products are immune to depreciation as they can sell the same product a year from now for the same price. (Ignorant!) If you are foolish enough to conduct business with this poor establishment then these reviews are irrelevant. Love this place!!!! After seeing my dream bike on craigslist for the prefect price, I went here . The bike was excatly what I expected (just as it was posted)!!! The second I got there I was immediately greeted by Aj, who was not only extremely professional but also very respectful.
