Walking in on the first day you meet your instructors, meet the bike, and before you know it, you're riding a motorcycle. As a first-time rider, it can be scary. I actually had to take the course twice, but that wasn't because of the instructors, it was because I needed more confidence. Both times, the instructors were incredible. Natalie and Mark were patient, supportive, and never made me feel discouraged. I truly can't thank them enough. What also surprised me was how welcoming everyone at Harley was on the 2nd day they give you a tour around the shop. Jerry would pop in every now and then crack a joke, and Jazmine from service was always available to answer questions and help with anything motorcycle-related. The course is structured really well. Day 1 is all about getting comfortable with the bike. Day 2 is where your confidence and riding skills really start to grow. By Day 3, you're graduating and realizing how far you've come in just a few days. At graduation, they have you ring the bell, which is a really cool moment. They also introduce you to the Harley community, including events, advanced rider courses, and bike rentals. Even if you're not buying a bike, they're happy to answer questions, help you find parts, or point you in the right direction. Overall, this course gave me the skills and confidence to achieve a lifelong goal. If you're nervous about riding or thinking about getting started, I highly recommend it.

I took my bike in to get serviced under my plan and also get a new tire. They called me up to let me know that I needed a new air filter. I was like sure sounds good but didn't know they were going to charge me 82.50 for a two second job. I asked why and all they said is we have to pay are tech. If they told me I was going to have to pay 82.50 I would have never agreed. I would of taken two seconds out of my day to put in a new air filter. I would not recommend Scorpion Harley to anyone. Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and used Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week…read morefor 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

They have a pretty good choice of new and used guns, but it's hard to pass up a weapon that they aren't making anymore, so that's what I purchased. When I picked it up, (Chandler PD puts a hold on weapons that are traded in to insure that they aren't stolen) the cylinder was a bit sticky (probably from sitting for a while) so the guy working there (didn't get his name, sorry) lubed cylinder, and tested it to make sure it was operational. For my troubles he threw in a box of ammo! That kind of service, and value is worth my business, so I'll be back for my next purchase.
