We were clear about having a camping trip scheduled for October 11, 2026, and requested that the work be completed by then. After dropping off the rig, we heard nothing for three weeks. When they finally contacted us, they claimed our tablet was no longer powering up and stated they would charge us for a diagnostic. I informed them that the tablet was fully operational when we dropped off the vehicle. It appears their practice of disconnecting all power from the rig drained the battery, yet they failed to take responsibility. Communication throughout this process has been poor. It took nearly a month and a half just to get an update on the status of our repairs. Furthermore, the service manager suggested we pick up the rig, go on our trip, and return it afterward for further work. This is entirely impractical given that we live 4.5 hours away. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and service than what we have experienced here.

My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

At the risk of sounding over the top, this may very well be the best experience we have ever had…read morewith a vehicle dealer of any type. I normally hate dealers and dealerships...car dealers, rv dealers, doesn't matter. I honestly can't stand knowing that there's a formula being used against me to get the most money out of me. I've had countless bad experiences and maybe a couple decent experiences, but Power RV actually left us feeling incredible about our purchase even 2 weeks later. We actually found Power RV by driving by their repair yard on Main St. We thought it was a sales lot and saw a camper like the one we already owned and stopped by to see what it was going for. Turns out it was in for repair and in really bad shape, but the mechanic on duty (very pleasant guy) pointed us to the main sales lot. We had to head that way anyway but honestly debated the whole time whether to stop...we really weren't looking for a new camper, we just liked browsing. Since it was on our way we went ahead and stopped by as they were just opening. When we pulled in, they quickly apologized that all of their sales people had called in sick so it was just the owner and a manager but offered to answer any questions we had as they unlocked the campers for us. We were totally fine with that, especially since both of them were so personable. We browsed a bit and got to talking and casually mentioned the ideal camper we'd been looking for for several years (but could never afford or find). The owner stopped and said, "you know, you're not going to believe this but I'm supposed to be picking up a 5th wheel just like that today" and mentioned an approximate price that was right in our range. Yeah, right! Figuring it was just a sales tactic we asked him to keep us informed as we were on our way out of town for the weekend. It was no sales tactic...he was totally true to his word, texted us pictures, and even had his manager stop by the yard on Sunday (when they're closed) and unlock it so we could see it when we got back in town. We were blown away by the quality of it. Not only that, when it came time to talk about price, he came in several thousand LOWER than he originally told us, without us even prompting for a drop! Then he offered us a very fair trade value on our current camper. It was really too good to be true. It took about a week to get all the paperwork done, get the camper cleaned and actually ready to sell, etc, but they never slipped in fees, raised the price, went back on their word or anything. The entire week we kept thinking it was too good to be true and kept waiting for it to fall through, which it never did. Everything happened exactly as planned and not once did we feel pressured to follow through...I felt like if anything wasn't right we could have stopped at any moment and they would have been fine. In fact, I even expressed concern over the age of the tires and the next day all 4 tires were replaced. Crazy! So in summary, Power RV had awesome prices, incredible unbeatable service, and over the top honesty in the offer and negotiations. We've taken the camper on two trips so far and are still completely thrilled with the purchase...not a speck of that remorse or guilt that sometimes follows a big purchase. A truly enjoyable experience. Thank you Power RV!

John was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We made the trip there to do a walk through to confirm the coach was as advertised (it was), and we finalized the deal. We were given a "Due Bill" to complete for all repairs needed to the coach, and on top of the due bill, Chad (PCG Owner) added new tires to the list !!! We were treated extremely well by everyone there through the entire process. John Drenk and his wonderful wife Diane who helped us with so much information and knowledge about the coach. Brenda, who completed all of our buyers contracts and vehicle registration and licensing. Chad (Owner) who introduced himself and made sure we were completely satisfied and happy. Jennifer and Michelle, the ladies who man the reception desk and who are very professional, friendly and nice. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their people. Papago Vans There are a handful of van conversion companies…read morein the phoenix area but Papago is unique. Back when I started my search for a van conversion company they were known as Papago Customs. That name became evident to me once I realized other conversion companies wouldn't be able to create my custom van design like Papago said they could accomplish. The process started from the Sales side discussing all the potential work with Tim. He led the process for creating the budget, incorporating what I wanted, and put me in contact with his POC for a van at Mercedes. Once I had my van, I was now connected with the design and engineering side of Papago. This meant now everything was through Jesse. As it turned out, he had to make a few adjustments from where Tim and left off. This was tough because my discussions with Tim were in the past about 3 months to where I started working with Jesse. For this reason, I wish I kept better notes to track what we did and tracked pricing for the transition from Tim to Jesse. I think I was a special case too, I really wanted everything in my 144' Mercedes van and Jesse was going to do anything to make my design work. After a couple weeks of planning we finally got it thanks to me only having to make one compromise. From when I dropped off the van to when I picked it up, the conversion process took 8 weeks! That was incredibly fast! I was so happy to finally have my design come to life. I took my van up north for a test run in flagstaff that day for the weekend. While I was using I noticed a leak from the sink and beneath the van from the shower drain. Everything else worked perfectly! I let Papago know about these issues and they fixed both problems the day I got back. About a week after, phoenix received rain and I noticed my roof rack was collecting rust. I notified Jesse and brought in the van for him to touch it up. I've been very pleased with the entire experience and there is a special comfort knowing how they support existing customers with any issues they may have. Obviously building a house inside a vehicle nothing will be perfect but I'm thankful they were proactive on repairing and finding a solution with urgency. If I ever plan to do another van conversion I can't imagine doing it anywhere else.
