These guys at RVAZ are AWESOME! We were blessed to meet Zaq in a random call to the dealership about an advertised RV they had for sale on consignment. Zaq then helped us through the entire process. We drove over to Mesa and met Zaq at RVAZ. He was very informative and there was no pressure. It was like visiting with a friend! UNLIKE our prior experiences at a dealership! We ended up making an offer and Zaq took a deposit. He had to contact the seller and said he would get back to us. Within an hour Zaq sent a text message saying he had a counter offer from the seller. It was fair and we immediately accepted it. Now Zaq has the RV scheduled in the service department where she will go through a 3 page inspection to make sure all systems and components are operating as designed. Then we will pick it up! I bought a fifth wheel from them. Took three weeks to get it, wound up with nothing but problems they lied to me over and over and over. I would never, ever do business with them again. And do not do it. You will be sorry. They seem to tell nothing but lies. They say they fix things. They don't delivered my unit. Refrigerator had to have a tech. Come out and fix it. Said they replaced freshwater underwater tank. Gray water did not do it, they do This, why scissors or cheese? I would not trust anyone there. read more

We had been shopping for an RV for months. Slim pickings at even the big dealers in AZ like Camping World or Little Dealer Little Prices. Had Credit pulled and was approved for the loan at Camping World, paid deposit and upon pickup, found out they sold the trailer from under us...this happened not once, but TWICE. We decided not to do any business with Camping World after that. Little Dealer was no better, found the trailer we wanted, paid the deposit, then they said it would be a few weeks before pickup...no big deal. A few weeks later we follow up, now it's going to be 6 months to get our trailer...Huh?! Also the salesman at Little Dealer were very condescending and rude. That's when the clouds parted and RV Corral solved all our problems.. Found the perfect RV at Rv Corral, all of the people working there are super helpful and low pressure. I think it was Dave who helped us most. We put the deposit on our RV and they included the weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars and brake controller(among other things). We've never owned an RV before and we're confused when offloading the sway bars at home. Luis, who did our walk through, sat on the phone with me for over an hour helping me fully resolve my confusion and go over my many redundant questions with all the patience and kindness in the world. (Sorry Luis!) Pete also installed an electric, auto-Jack for us a week later in about 1 hr. No sweat, no problem, just GREAT service from decent and good people. These guys are AMAZING and a cut above the rest!!! I have referred all of our friends who are looking to buy an RV to RV Corral. Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a 2019 Thor Palazzo 37.4 which the dealership claimed to be in excellent condition. RVAZ corral said they had done a pdi (predelivery inspection) and everything was good to go when I got there since I was flying into Mesa AZ from Colorado. From what I could tell being a first time RV buyer most everything looked good. There were some items I pointed out like loose wires, missing solar that advertisment said it had, outside TV would not turn on, and a new cracked in windshield that wasn't there before. After I got on the road headed back to CO, things started falling apart, the stereo in cab fell back into the hole it was half ass installed in, some of the cabinet drawers came loose from supports back into hole, wires that must have been stuffed up to hide, fell down on floor, gfi in bathroom would not reset, things I were told taken care of before I left had not been done, ... I called RVAZ when these things started happening and of course got no answer. Lawrence did eventually call me back who I had been dealing with from out of state and said they would get something figured out for me as I was headed back to CO. I have reached out to Lawrence several times now over the last month and all I get is I'm sorry and we are trying to get something figured out. They had told me they would hire a mobile RV repair company to come take care of all the issues that they originally had assured me were good to go, being the entire camper was in great shape and nothing was wrong with it. I took the RV up to an RV resort and the Winegard will not power on. I called Lawrence about this to see if he could at the minimum talk to the previous owner and ask where the switch was or fuse for it as I have searched high and low to find nothing. No response. They haven't don't anything to fix any of the issues whatsoever. Do not buy anything from this company. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I purchased a trailer at RV AZ Corral approximately 7 months ago to put in an RV park in California for work. I paid them to delivery and set-up the trailer I purchased from them in the RV park in California. When I flew in expecting to be able to stay in my trailer instead of a hotel, I found my trailer in the middle of the space and not set-up. Apon further inspection both fenders were damaged, wiring was hang from under the one fender. I called RV Az Corral and they informed me they forgot to install new tires (which is required by law) and had two blow outs on the way to deliver the trailer. With the trailer in the middle of the space and not hooked-up and all the food my wife had stocked in the fridge had gone bad I had to stay in a hotel for a week and paid the RV park to move it where it belonged on the spot and hook the trailer up. RV Az Corral told me they would have someone come and fix all the damage to the trailer and reimburse me for the food that went bad and having to pay someone else to set-up/hook-up the trailer. Here it is 7 months later, and they keep giving me the run around and no monies have been reimbursed and the trailer is still not fixed or new tires installed. If I were you, I'd go somewhere else that is trustworthy. read more

Just bought a used 2015 Heartland Sundance from these guys. They were very easy to deal with and completed our transaction quickly. After we took delivery of unit, we found that it was not cleaned. I posted an unfavorable review and was contacted by the owner the very next day. Since we live in North North Scottsdale, they set up to have our unit cleaned by a mobile service. Never judge a book by its cover. Recently took my new 5-month old 2013 PleasureWay Plateau TS RV for service here because its the only PW certified dealer in the area. Pulling in, it looks like a Mom and Pop place with old small office building and outdoor service facility (i.e., a car porch for RV) and I was a little worried. Since the PleasureWay is based on a Mercedes Sprinter van platform, we had taken it to the local fancy, upscale Mercedes dealer for engine and chassis service which cost us nearly $400 for an oil change, fluid check, and general check up. Anyway, the Mercedes dealer has its own Starbucks, valet parking, business center, etc., so you know where that money goes! But Auto Corral RV service manager Melissa and technician Chris quickly assuaged my concerns. They installed a replacement rear view mirror with back up monitor (previously got a replacement from manufacturer), and got my LP stove burners to work for the first time. They patiently spent time answering my, and my wife's, questions about the RV (we couldn't do that with dealer we bought from because we did a fly-in buy out of state) on other things we newbies were mystified about. And they told us about a manufacturer paid program for doing tire alignment for shimmy and bounce problems and referred us down the street to Big O Tires for a free alignment. When we went to do paperwork, we were told there was no charge! These folks are honest and knowledgeable, and have truly earned my trust and future business. When you think of service, what else do you need other than an honest contractor who knows what they are doing?? I still think the way Class B RV manufacturers split up warranty responsibility between chassis and engine, coach and RV, and different appliance makers is a crazy quiltwork which makes it so hard for owners to figure out who is responsible for maintenance and warranty! read more

I purchased a 5th wheel for Auto Corral. It was a consigned unit. We heard all the right "things" when we showed interest. After we agreed to the terms, it was over a month and I hadn't received the title or license plates (we paid cash). It wasn't until I called that I found out there was a problem with the title. After threatening them to demand my money back, the title and plates miraculously appeared. The sales staff (big joke) is clueless. And when the head honcho Tom talks to you, you better have some handy wipes with you. He wasn't even sure of info on the sales order! My advice would be either to hold back some money until you receive your purchase or make them show you the title. Or better yet go elsewhere. By the way it took over 3 weeks for them to deliver the trailer. They offered to do that since I hadn't purchased a truck yet to pull the trailer. One excuse after another why the delay. Lastly make sure you get things as promised. The person who did our walked around promised some replacement parts...still waiting for them. Just remember you have choices where to buy from. Why 4 stars instead of 5?! 'Cause no-one is perfect. Just the same My experience with Auto Corral RV was delightful, smooth and timely. The reason for my taking the time to do a positive review is because it seems that only the negative personality types who give mostly bad reviews to everyone have a voice. The technical knowledge of their sales force was impressive. Their knowledge of the process for financing and taking a trade, paying off the trade and getting the registration handled in a timely manner (these things take time) is on point. If the consignment has a payoff, then I, as a buyer, should expect that there is going to be a time lag. That's why they issue a 30 temp tag. My dealings with Auto Corral were pleasant, professional and extremely satisfying. Also, might I add... the owner is a retired major league baseball player and was with the Boston Red Sox in 2004 when they won the world series. I don't think he needs the money. I think he just loves the business which he took over when his father-in-law passed away. Outstanding company and I would recommend them to my best friends and family and they would not embarass me. Ok, so upgraded from our little popup to a travel trailer, and had lots of questions. Primarily dealt with Adam, the owner, who was incredibly patient and was very concerned that we found what would work the best for us considering our use and tow vehicle. He went out of his way to be sure we were taken care of, and the couple of minor issues with the new Forrest River were corrected perfectly and as fast as possible. The price was great, and even more importantly, we felt Adam was honest and trustworthy. We largely made our decision to purchase from Auto Corral based on who the people are. The price was great, but knowing you can trust the seller is paramount. We knew that any issues that could arise with a new trailer would be properly taken care of, and they were. They even fielded a couple of "how does this work?" questions over the phone. After our purchase there, it would be hard to trust any other dealer.
