We had been shopping for an RV for months. Slim pickings at even the big dealers in AZ like Camping World or Little Dealer Little Prices. Had Credit pulled and was approved for the loan at Camping World, paid deposit and upon pickup, found out they sold the trailer from under us...this happened not once, but TWICE. We decided not to do any business with Camping World after that. Little Dealer was no better, found the trailer we wanted, paid the deposit, then they said it would be a few weeks before pickup...no big deal. A few weeks later we follow up, now it's going to be 6 months to get our trailer...Huh?! Also the salesman at Little Dealer were very condescending and rude. That's when the clouds parted and RV Corral solved all our problems.. Found the perfect RV at Rv Corral, all of the people working there are super helpful and low pressure. I think it was Dave who helped us most. We put the deposit on our RV and they included the weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars and brake controller(among other things). We've never owned an RV before and we're confused when offloading the sway bars at home. Luis, who did our walk through, sat on the phone with me for over an hour helping me fully resolve my confusion and go over my many redundant questions with all the patience and kindness in the world. (Sorry Luis!) Pete also installed an electric, auto-Jack for us a week later in about 1 hr. No sweat, no problem, just GREAT service from decent and good people. These guys are AMAZING and a cut above the rest!!! I have referred all of our friends who are looking to buy an RV to RV Corral. I trust them with my business and I'd recommend that everyone do the same!

Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a 2019 Thor Palazzo 37.4 which the dealership claimed to be in excellent condition. RVAZ corral said they had done a pdi (predelivery inspection) and everything was good to go when I got there since I was flying into Mesa AZ from Colorado. From what I could tell being a first time RV buyer most everything looked good. There were some items I pointed out like loose wires, missing solar that advertisment said it had, outside TV would not turn on, and a new cracked in windshield that wasn't there before. After I got on the road headed back to CO, things started falling apart, the stereo in cab fell back into the hole it was half ass installed in, some of the cabinet drawers came loose from supports back into hole, wires that must have been stuffed up to hide, fell down on floor, gfi in bathroom would not reset, things I were told taken care of before I left had not been done, ... I called RVAZ when these things started happening and of course got no answer. Lawrence did eventually call me back who I had been dealing with from out of state and said they would get something figured out for me as I was headed back to CO. I have reached out to Lawrence several times now over the last month and all I get is I'm sorry and we are trying to get something figured out. They had told me they would hire a mobile RV repair company to come take care of all the issues that they originally had assured me were good to go, being the entire camper was in great shape and nothing was wrong with it. I took the RV up to an RV resort and the Winegard will not power on. I called Lawrence about this to see if he could at the minimum talk to the previous owner and ask where the switch was or fuse for it as I have searched high and low to find nothing. No response. They haven't don't anything to fix any of the issues whatsoever. Do not buy anything from this company.

They took their time showing us everything and explained it all step-by-step so we felt completely comfortable and confident. They never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions, and they made the whole experience exciting instead of overwhelming. Their patience, kindness, and knowledge made all the difference for us. We are so grateful for the outstanding customer service and support. If you're new to RV or travel trailer life, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you again for making our first experience such a great one!

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER HERE!…read more I never write reviews like this, but our experience with this Camping World has been so awful that I feel it's important to warn others. What should have been an exciting first-time purchase turned into a nightmare that had dragged on for over a year with endless frustration, damage, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. Our salesperson, Brielle, started off friendly enough. We told her we were first-time buyers and specifically wanted to look at used travel trailers to start small. Instead, when we arrived on-site, she only showed us brand new ones and pushed us to buy right away. We made it clear we wanted time to think about it, but she kept calling and pushing us to come back. Against our better judgment, we returned and decided on a new trailer we liked. Brielle told us that if we put a deposit down that day, the trailer would be held for us and taken off the lot. We trusted her. A few days later, we came back to finalize the purchase but Brielle was "too busy" to meet with us. Before we signed we needed to clarify why we were being charge 1500 dollars for a "Dealer prep fee" and another 1,995 dollars for a "Desert Protection Fee" that ended up doing nothing. We had so many questions, yet were shuffled into the finance office with Steve, who rushed us through paperwork and used scare tactics to push an extended warranty we didn't even want. We were confused as to why we were signing before even seeing the trailer, and he told us it was "being cleaned and prepped." When we finally saw it, our hearts sank, it was not the same trailer we had put a deposit on. This one had multiple issues: a broken table that was placed incorrectly so no one could sit behind it, missing trim throughout the trailer, non-working outdoor speakers, and no outdoor TV mount. Brielle was still nowhere to be found. Another rep came over and promised us everything would be fixed right away, assuring us it was "no big deal." We wanted to believe them. During the final walkthrough, the tech told us we were "all good to go," but when I checked the hitch myself, there was no safety pin installed. If we had driven off like that, it could have caused a serious accident. That alone should have been a huge red flag. Once home, we found even more problems and immediately contacted Camping World's service department. We purchased in April, and the trailer went in for service in May but they only managed to fix the table (which was done incorrectly). We brought it back again in July, when our service rep Tori told us that the replacement table they ordered wasn't even the right one for our camper, but we agreed to take it because we were desperate to just use the trailer at this point. Before we could pick it up, Tori called with devastating news: someone at Camping World had crashed the trailer and had ripped the awning off, damaged the side of the camper, and torn the decals off and that no one would admit to doing it. We were furious. We were told they'd fix it and order replacements, but weeks went by with zero updates. Mind you this whole time it is sitting on their lot while we are having to pay our monthly payments on it, which we brought up multiple times and no one seemed to care. By October, Tori no longer worked there. I had to call multiple times before finally being connected with Leda, who informed me that none of the parts or decals had ever been ordered. After expressing how upset we were, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Eventually, Rick Williams, the service supervisor, and Brian, the store manager, got involved. Rick told us he would make it "good enough" so we could at least use it for Thanksgiving since they had already had our trailer for months. He also mentioned refilling the propane and water tanks, which was strange since the camper had never been used. He also noted failing molding and trim that would need to be replaced later. We used it for our Thanksgiving trip, but sure enough, had to bring it right back to service afterward. By April 2023, when we went to pick it up again, we discovered that almost nothing had actually been fixed. Every promise made had been broken. Every timeline they promised was missed. Rick was no longer there and we were passed off yet again to another person to reach out too. We reached out to the new service manager, Christopher Pettit, multiple times, copying him on emails. He never responded once which is completely unacceptable. We've been patient, understanding, and cooperative, but this entire experience has been one long nightmare. What was supposed to be a joyful first-time trailer purchase had turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and stress. Camping World has shown zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for their customers. Do not make the same mistake we did. Buy your camper somewhere else, anywhere else, and spare yourself the trouble and terrible customer service we endured for years.

When I got back, they hadn't even started on it. I live in my RV so this was a problem. After paying them $7,000 for the work, I drove up to northern Arizona...and the same thing happened to the windshield. I contacted RV Renovators and told them what happened and got a "bring it in and we'll look at it." I wasn't going to drive it down till the end of the season in October. When I did, I scheduled an appointment and brought it in for a one day appointment to fix the windshield. I dropped it off at 9:-00 a.m. and returned around 2:15 p,m, In those 5 hours, the only thing they did was take the windshield wipers off. I was told that I needed to talk with Monte the Owner. When I did around 2:30, he told me I would have to pay for the rework of the windshield which was about $1, 500. I told him that I had already paid $7,000 in April to do this job right and did'nt feel I should pay again. I feel there should have been a warranty on the work. Monte offed a minor concession but stil wanted me to pay for the bulk of the cost. I told him that he had lost my business and drove off with it unreparied. Watch out dealing with this company for work getting done on time and who's paying for it. I believe in being fair and feel that no warranty was incorrrect. It was poor customer service and I would not recommend taking your RV there!!
