We stayed here for 3 nights on our way through town. We figured it had everything we needed to stay for a short time. It was a great RV park! Everyone was friendly and kind, it was clean, and it looked like there were plenty of activities going on while we were there. They had a happy hour and band playing at the pool the first night we were there, it was pretty packed with people singing, dancing, drinking and eating, looked like fun! Bought our first RV from them. Have to say I was extremely pleased with the way we were treated the whole way through. My wife and I never felt pressured, and they even told us several times they don't want to sell us something we don't want. They have a really good multi-step process that allows you plenty of time to inspect, and they will fix ANY little nit pick thing you can come up with. I've had my Class C RV for 4 years now and due to some dead batteries and not getting those replaced ASAP, I was not able to start my generator for about 6 months. The Onan generators need to be started every month so the gas doesn't gum up the carburetor. I wasn't able to get the generator going by myself using the Seafoam stuff and several RV places just wanted to replace the carburetor ($$$ ... and the generator only has 300 hrs on it) so I contacted John at Superstition RV who is "old school" and he FIXES stuff. John got the generator going and also got my kwikee RV step unstuck (as it was left in the open position when the batteries died leading to a gear rusting it unmovable). He did an excellent job and even though I will drive 40 miles from where I live, I will be going to him for future repairs. **It was a nice touch that he had the RV at front ready to go with the generator running (very smoothly :) If you need an RV repair expert, John is the real deal. Around Thanksgiving last year, I found a used Class A online at this place. It was a special type of unit with a wheelchair lift. Living in California, and with some trepidation, we corresponded by email and phone with John. I was impressed that John gave me the straight information on condition of the coach - full disclosure and complete professionalism. Living out of state, and trusted what I heard from John and this company - I took the big lunge, agreed on a price, made deposit and flew to Arizona (nervously) to pick it up. What I found when I got there was EXACTLY as promised. The unit was cleaned impeccably, John walked me and my son around, showing patience and support at all time. The experience exceeded all my expectations - again, professionalism, and fair price. So, this is my first Yelp review, and the reason I am writing is to give feedback 6 months or so AFTER the deal! John has been 100% available and assisted me by phone - but the pleasant surprise is when I took the unit in for servicing here at home (today). The service provider said he seldom sees such a well maintained unit - for the year. Reminded me what an excellent coach I purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE A RV AT SUPERSTITION RV! Just now me and my friend had a 35,000 budget to shop for RV's and the sales rep told us pretty much everything was sold although we saw at least 5 RV's with a for sale sign. When we asked we're the signs accurate he said yes and told us if we wanted we could look at them. I asked if he had any water he said no and walked inside. We toured 4 RV's by ourselves with no assistance and when we went back into the office I found curtosy water! I asked why did he lie about water and he said "you asked about water Bottles not water". I cannot believe how we were treated. Especially in Arizona we're people are literally dropping to death over the heat and im touring hot RV's. read more

For the safety of yourself and other drivers on the road...please make sure you pay to put brand new tires on any RV you purchase before you drive it off this lot. We learned the hard way and it cost us an addtional $5,000.00 to replace 2 rear tires and repair damages to our new coach. Fortunately no one was hurt when the right rear tire exploded while we were driving thru the desert. Safety first...buy new tires!! read more

Just a note of appreciation for John and Superstition RV. We purchased a used motorhome recently from them and John really went out of his way to assist us. He held on to the vehicle for three weeks until we could get there from Oregon to pick it up. He also serviced the vehicle in critical areas to make certain we would be prepared for our journey home. We have not yet purchased from this location as they did not have the RV we were looking for. However we found them to be very nice and I liked the info provided on each unit. The info provided the age and condition of the tires. I have found many dealers unwilling to provide this info. We also found the prices to be reasonable. We found a RV we liked at a dealer down the street but it was $15K overpriced. I wished these folks would have had this unit in stock. read more

We recently bought our first RV there and I wouldn't be surprised if we buy our next RV there as well, when we decide to upgrade. I purchased a used motorhome from Superstition RV in oct 2012 as is,so I have no recoarse other than write a review..I live in Washington state.The plan was to start driving home the next day. The fuel guage said full. I asked the salesman if that means I have a full tank of fuel. He said yes.The next day Ieft town,got about 30 miles and ran out of fuel. Fuel gage does not work. I was stranded in the desert ,blocking the highway,with a dead motorhome.I called the dealer who sent someone with some fuel.In the meantime the highway patrol threatened me with a ticket .Going to Vegas I had to climb some mountains . I found I had no power and my speed dropped to 25 miles per hour .I called the dealer again. He said I need to change the fuel filter.Along the way I had the filter changed,with no improvement. After getting home I took it to a shop.We found that it needs a new turbocharger,radiator,and charge air cooler.Cost of parts,3700.00 plus labor.On their web site is a video of the owner talking about how thorogh there inspections are when they take in a motor home ,He even says that once a month he randomly picks one off the lot to take his family camping.
