Lied about the year of the NEW vehicle purchased. Sold as a 2024, the tires and batteries are 2022 and they refuse Diminished Value for old warehouse parts which are a safety issue. Over 20 items are quality control issues and although they agree to "warranty " many (not all) items, the likelihood of many return visits seems eminent . The quality of my supposedly NEW 2024 Holiday Rambler Admiral is way below expectations, and appears to truly be an entry level coach...priced at $145000. The sales people as well as the technicians that delivered the rig were so incompetent and refused to do any follow-up... Dealing with the factory but they will not stand behind the errors of the dealer. The actual builder of the coach should be responsible for the poor quality...it is really bad. read more

Initially the lady helping was good. Then AFTER we paid for our unit, their service department starting hitting us up with all sorts of extras. Trying to use the CAR SALES anololgy that add on are part of the deal YEAH BEFORE WE PAY NOT AFTER ... I felt cornered and automatically felt regret. We did buy a unit and it has had several problems. They laugh and blow it off as if it was funny. Then the service guy calls again and start raising his voice to me that I owe money for add ons I DID NOT APPROVE ... This place is a total slime pit ... I am kicking myself for trusting them. I was referred to these guys by a friend and initially they were great. The service department was great and the finance department was great. The sales guy on the other hand, he was our best buddy until the deal was done and then it's the usual crap from the used car salesman type. Last week we were in the middle of the forest and had some issues with the control panel and couldn't get the air conditioner, water pump or water heater to work as it was locked in travel mode and would not let me access any of the controls . Which also wouldn't let me connect to the internet and we had minimal phone reception. So I thought I would text the salesman and see if he could help, maybe they had someone who could tell me what to do. I shot him a text and asked if they had anyone I could talk to to troubleshoot the problem. I saw that he read the message and no response. Shot him another text, again he read it and no response. So I sent him another text telling him that if he wasn't going to respond that he should probably turn off the "read" notification so I wouldn't see that he read it. Again no response. This is the first review I think I have ever done because I usually just let it go, but this dude is a douche. Mike is his name. It's pretty sad that customer service is a thing of the past these days. They will basically kiss your behind to make a deal and then they blow you off. It was filthy. The two front tires were 20 pounds low on air and looked it hadn't been washed in weeks!!! Michelle gave me access to a hose to squirt the windshield so I could see out. He also told us that the sway bar for the trailer would come with it when we went in the next day to do a walk-through, the price has gone up to top it all off. The staff were amazingly responsive and worked very hard to sell me my RV. They indicated all the things they had done to make it a gem to own. Replaced the carpet and flooring, replaced the appolstery, replaced the smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Sure, it still had visible blemishes, which i was ok with, it needed a new awning, which they replaced "at cost". What they didn't tell me was that the reason that the carpet and flooring needed replacing, was because the bedroom slides leak so badly that just one step on the carpet by the bed during the first rain left my socks soaked, and the control for my electric blanket was toast because the leaking rain created a puddle on the bed stand where i had set it, and the trim around the slide was like a sponge instead of wooden trim. When I asked the representative from the service department about how the rest of the appliances worked, they assured me "everything" worked great. However, when I asked specifically about individual components, they said, "I don't know". Fortunately ALMOST everything works, everything but the oven. And when ask if a total stem to stern safety check was done, I was assured that was required by law. However, the first time I tried to use the windshield wipers, they were shredded, and the windshield washer did not work. I've had nearly a week in my dear new home away from home that cost me $32,000, (NADA says it's worth about $24000) and already I'm saying bad words about how much more I'm going to have to spend to get it livable. Oh, and I've already had to spend $300 to have a mobile repairman come out and fix the electrical. Fortunately, that was an easy fix. I don't have enough towels to keep the rain mopped up in the bedroom. read more

But when things don't go too smoothly it really shows the character of a company and RV Country has plenty of character. They dealt with the whole process with integrity and professionalism!! My brother in law lives with us, he is mentally handicapped. He is 70 y/o,but at a 5 y/o level. Jennifer was so kind and gracious to him, it really warmed my heart. WARNING WARNING WARNING Im a novice to RVing, so these people who conducted the walk thru of my new to me trailer used 2016 starcraft showed me every thing that did work but didnt show me what didnt work like the AC, when i got it home I discovered that the AC didnt work just blew air nor did the water pump after 2 weeks of the management avoiding my calls i finally got Rodney on the phone and he said he would only fix the water pump not the AC because he gave me such a good price on the trailer. The only experience I had with RV Country was with the Parts & Service Dept. I was not familiar with RV's and needed advice on a part in order to make a repair. It turned out that the part was under $20 but in spite of that, Brian took time to explain and help me decide on the correct solution to my problem. Because of that I will definitely return there for parts, service, or rv purchases. Helpful, friendly advice is something you do not get on Amazon! I would give them no stars if I could we are on a fixed income we decided with our finances that we should get an RV and travel. So we went to RV Country and purchased a 2017 Winnebago they said that it was certified that everything works and it's been nothing but a nightmare AC went out for two days I live in Arizona, in August that was horrible they came out after the second day and it was a breaker some thing that should've been checked now my awning won't go out of the way and it was stuck and waters going all down my trailer from the AC the top of the fridge the freezer does not work my meat got spoiled for the second time first when the AC went out now that the freezer doesn't freeze on the top shelf I didn't know that I'm trying to get help I'm trying to get someone to do what they said they had done already by certifying it my husband had to get on the roof and manually bring back in the slide because we had a storm where in our middle 60s I know you're gonna have some problems when you buy an RV we're not naïve the problem is the place we bought it from did not do their due diligence and all the great people I told you about in an earlier review do not even respond now read more

All nice and good while you are there picking up your $100 K + motorhome and laying down a huge downpayment. its in your best interest to read the rest of the reviews because i did when it was "too late" and most of them are spot on. Worst customer service ever with the exception of my salesperson. My dreams of having a motorhome for retirement are over and my Brand new Motorhome has been lemon law and bought back by FORD for an issue which was present at delivery and that can NEVER be fixed. No matter how hard you kook don't ever buy anything from out of state. After making 7 payments, large down payment , insurance, and multiple other expenses I still cant get any satisfaction from these people. read more

Not sure where to start.....I have been in the Auto Industry for 15 plus years both in Sales and in Management. I have never got the a run around like I did from these guys. From the Sales person Jennifer, Finance guy Ryan, and the Manager Rodney, all 3 played games and weren't honest what so ever... Jennifer and Rodney keep telling me stories that they didn't know where there $70,000 RV was. What kind of business can't keep track of $70.000 rig? They kept trying to get a $5,000 deposit to get it to Arizona.... Come to find out it was ALREADY on its way and they knew that! Ryan tells me my deal was submitted to the banks when it actually wasn't. To top this off, the price of the trade, and the price of the coach were agreed upon between both parties, and, I got the approval from the bank on those numbers... After a week of being told they do NOT know were the coach is, all of a sudden they admit it was on its way to AZ and say it was in a and accident while being transported... Then, I get told that I would have to pay another $5,000 to get it fixed!! It would probably be a few weeks to get it repaired... I then get told my trade was all of a sudden going to worth less as well!! So now according to Rodney, my trade is worth less, because it will take them time to fix RV, AND I am supposed to come up with $5,000 MORE because THEY damaged the RV!! What kind of business does that??? And to top it off....... the Price of the RV was NEVER was raised $5,000 on their Website!! It was still being advertised for the price we agreed on! So, evidently I was the only one that was going to have to pay to have the RV fixed that THEY damaged! Talk about dishonest practice! I am surprised that Charlie Powers and Mike Chapel put up with that type of sales tactics from their stores. But then again, I left a message for one of them to call me and never heard back either... I suppose if they can get away with it they will! I would never recommend these people to anyone!! If you want an upstanding RV place I would highly recommend National RV Indoor Center! I just wanted to warn anybody who would consider taking their 5th wheel to them for service. Previously they were RV Traders and provided us with many years of great service. Once Paul Everetts bought them out though, the service we received was terrible. We took our unit to them for a roof service and inspection. They never put the slide-outs out to see if the roof was okay. Luckily our AC went out while we were traveling and the service guy pointed out that there was a large crack that would lead to a leak on one of our slide-outs. The roof inspection and repair we paid for was apparently worthless, if they did anything at all! Not only did they do a poor job on the roof inspection, they broke off one of our vents and then just screwed together the broken part so we wouldn't notice it. When we went to pick up our unit, they had pulled off all of our bedding and left it in a heap on the floor as well as partially pulling apart our sleep number bed. They said that a tech had mistakenly thought that he was supposed to pull our mattress out of our unit. We will not be going back there of course! Just wanted to warn anybody else so they at least inspect the shoddy work they receive before they drive off thinking it was done properly. read more

My wife and I traveled from Tucson AZ to Mesa AZ RV hunting after exhausting dealerships here. Our goal...late model class C easy to set up and easy take-down ready for road travel as we're getting up in age. We met Howard at Paul Everets RV after seeing the positive reviews. Howard showed us around and we liked a Thor motorhome surprised that it met all of our needs and offered other helpful items...we hadn't heard of a Thor before. Matt, the finance guy worked hard to obtain financing with little down and he also managed to include every after sale add-on he could. The service guys removed a jack-knife sofa and replaced it with a small double recliner we purchased. They also installed a sat radio antenna for a price as the stock radio didn't offer Serius XM. They checked over the 2016 used RV with less than 10,000 miles and corrected a few problems then a service tech gave us the nickel tour. We drove it home and found we couldn't get the porch light to turn off. Howard was called and with some help determined it was the remote control--yes, this RV had a remote control to do all the set-up stuff. Howard was great. We hope everyone has as good an experience buying their first RV. read more

People if you want the best experience ever purchasing and RV I would definitely recommend Paul Everts RV. There is a specific young salesman there named Ryan that I have the up most respect for. We bought our motor home from him and unfortunately hit something in the road and had to come back to get it fixed. Ryan bought us a cab to get home ($200 trip because we live in flagstaff) and did not want us to repay him. Keep in mind this was 6 months after we bought our RV from him. We just had the worst experience with a salesman here. 1 year ago, we purchased a Trailer from here and had a run in with this same salesman then who was rude, but decided to give another salesman a try and had a great experience. Today, we dropped our trailer off for some warranty work, and my husband asked to see one of the new Montanas. The man told my husband rudely to shut his truck off because it was interrupting his phone call and that he "doesn't like that people always pull up and park in front." You know, where the parking spots are. We had our 3 kids in the truck and it's over 100* so we moved the truck out of earshot and waited. He eventually pulled up and told my husband be had to turn the truck off to see the Montana. My husband asked if we could drive over, because our kids are in the truck, and it's too hot. He blatantly said No with a stern attitude and said " you either ride with me or you don't see it. His body language and tone were so demeaning. I told him not to bother, that he was being rude, and that he was pushing away customers with the way he was treating us. He threw his hands up and said "rules are rules you either see it or you don't" this is in no way how we were treated a year ago by the other salesman (we had our kids with us then also). Sad that this man felt the need to be so horrible to a family who was looking to recommend a dealer to their parents future purchase. Update: turns out, it was the new owner who we encountered. When we called to complain, the girl who answers the phones would not tell me who he was, then hung up on me. I called the other location and explained the situation to their manager (who was very nice) who had the Mesa location manager call me. The Mesa manager explained that this salesman was the son of the owner who is about to pass, so "oops, you had a run in with the new owner." "I don't know what you want from me" I explained that I wanted to know that my trailer is safe and to be treated decently when I come in. He replied "you can just come get your trailer and feel free to take it somewhere else". Even better, they deleted my comment on their Facebook page and blocked my ability to comment. I'm seriously appalled at this entire establishment now that the previous owner is no longer in charge. read more

I love the RV I purchased at Paul Evert's but the experience was painful. The salesman was rude. The staff made me feel pressured I had to purchase the RV that second. I received attitude from them when I told them I needed some time to think and look at other dealerships. When we set up a date to pick up our RV they didn't even have us on the schedule. I was given the RV I picked but it was missing a TV that was promised. I had to argue with the manager to eventually get what I was promised. I purchased warranty for my RV and I have been contacting the dealership for over a month for the information even just the name of the warranty company and I haven't even received a callback. There are many dealerships in Arizona especially in Mesa. Paul Evert's should be the last dealership to consider. read more

Warning, this may be lengthy - it's just how I roll. We have friends that have campers and we have discussed purchasing our own for about 7-10 years. We have heard a lot about the various brands and dealerships and I am obsessive about researching our purchases and planning. We were finally going to take the plunge and sell our first born son and buy a travel trailer! WOOT! We already upgraded in our thought process from a pop-up to hybrid trailer and at the last minute planted firmly on a fifth wheel. Ok, not at last minute, but rather after researching we found they were safer and easier to maneuver. I scoured travel trailer forums, reviews, etc. and we zero'd in on 3 units, 2 by Keystone and 1 by Grand Design. I found the units located at 3 different dealerships and visited 2 and called the last one since they were 1.5 hour drive. Paul Evert's RV Country in Mesa was our first stop and Chris Bertrone, the sales guy tooled us around to look at the unit on my list and a few others. I actually fell in love with a unit they had on sale but it was 4' over the "max" length my hubby was willing to pull. Chris answered all of our questions & was very patient with us. One test my husband does is to see how they respond to me & my questioning. Typically they just try talking to him & he soft pitches them to me. Chris quickly picked up on that after the 1st pitch & took his clues from me after that. I explained we were just starting our hunt & had others to look at and probably would not be purchasing until end of year where we would pay cash. He tried a couple of incentives but was not overly pushy which we appreciated. He also asked what other units and advised that their store in Flagstaff had the Grand Design unit we were going to look at. He indicated they would work with us for any units at any of their locations. We visited Little Dealer in Mesa and looked at few Grand Design models and spoke with the sales guy. He advised us of their lifetime warranty they include - the prices of the units themselves was the same as at Paul Evert's and also at Orangewood (dealer we called). We decided we would go ahead and purchase now and pay it off in a few months, so I started negotiations with all 3 dealers. At this point it was about price & service (customer service & 'service' department). In the end, Chris and Paul Evert's came in with the best deal. I also liked that Paul Evert's service manager has been with them for years. I researched the dealerships and Paul Evert's had the best reviews as well overall. Now, the true test was to see how the end result after negotiations ended. We filled out financing application but I also applied with our credit union. The deal with our CU was great, they are local and so we decided to go with them. However, it can be a bit more difficult since it was a new unit. So there were phone calls between the CU, me and the dealership to get all of the paperwork the CU required. The final straw that almost broke the camel's back was getting the..I cannot recall what they call it - but the certificate of ownership which is what the manufacturer provides to get it titled. So it is the 'title' and needless to say they were not wanting to send it to the CU for closing. I spoke with Ryan in financing at Paul Evert's and since he had to be at the CU branch for closing asked him to have his corporate office send the document to him and he can bring to the branch at closing at which time he gets the cashier's check. He was able to get the corporate office to agree! We included in the deal an autoslide hitch & installation. The unit we purchased has a pinbox kingpin so it did not need the autoslide. They opted to put in a different hitch. This is the only complaint that I had throughout the whole process....they did not call to explain about the change prior to us picking up our vehicle. But in the end it was a good hitch and works great. Also, it was $900 cheaper and they made good and gave us the refund even without all of this being in writing. I was nervous about that and waited to write my review until everything was completed as they verbally stated. Chris was phenomenal! He was quick to respond and even if he did not have the answer he let me know he was working on it. I am in the Customer Service business in banking, and I value good service. I feel Chris and his manager provided excellent service! And the integrity with them following through on everything they stated throughout the process was priceless for us. We have had our unit for a month now and LOVE it! We could not be happier with our choice of dealership and camper! Thanks Chris! read more

My first time ever going to a RV dealer and have to say I was pretty disappointed.. I walked in and the receptionist was the sales lady. After finding a trailer we liked we did all the paperwork. The lady tells us we should be hearing back the next day (but she was off) and picking up by the day after that if approved! The third day came and I had to call the sales lady and she had no idea what was going on and had to call the finance manager... But she assured me that it was approved and just needed to get my proof of employment with paystubs.. She then had me talk to the finance manager and he said, "we are super busy and there are a lot of other sales that are being worked on and not sure if you were aware of the pandemic going on but lots of banking staff are working from home and we are not able to do all the sales we are getting done"! Then he mentioned he would contact me by Monday when I hear what the bank says. But never did until I again text. After the whole deal I pulled out and went to la mesa RV and bought one there! Needless to say, don't go here! They are obviously too busy for there inventory, and the customer service sucks! read more

One year ago, we purchased a Keystone Montana from Paul Evert's in Mesa, AZ. After a 10-week trip with our new RV, we returned home with a few issues (I.e. minor electrical problems and a tear in the roof membrane). The tear in the roof membrane was caused by being cut short at the manufacturer level. After repeated denials to get the repair of the roof membrane covered under warranty, Neldin Greco, Service Manager at Paul Evert's, stepped in and was able to get the repairs approved under warranty. Neldin kept us informed of the work and timing of completion, leaving us with no surprises. When our RV was completed and returned to us, the RV had been cleaned inside and out, looking as good as when we bought it. This was something that was not expected. Got a great deal on a used travel trailer here. Had been shopping for months when I came across a craigslist listing from Paul Evert's for a 2010 Kodiak trailer at a very, very fair price. Thought surely there was something wrong with it, but after a thorough check out, I had absolutely no reason not to pay the asking price. According to the dealer, it had sat on the lot for too long and they needed to make room for new trailers, so they put a rock-bottom price on it as a "loss leader" to drive Internet business. Anyway, whatever the reason, I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a great used to travel trailer or a half million dollar diesel pusher. They've got it all and Rodney our salesman did us right. Furthermore, Lance and the service staff went over and above my expectations, making sure the trailer was ready to go. I pretty much figured that at the price, I was going to have to fix all the little things, but they went over the trailer quite thoroughly, even sanitizing the freshwater tank (which was a bit smelly after sitting half full of water for god knows how long), reattaching things that had come loose, fixing the awning, replacing propane hoses, installing a new deep cycle battery, and checking all the major systems to make sure the water heater, air conditioner, refrigerator, furnace, etc. all worked. even found a couple of missing parts for the used equalizer hitch we had picked up somewhere, and got it all attached and ready to go for us. Really could not have asked for better service, I am totally impressed. When I am finally made of money and am in the market for a $500,000 diesel pusher, I'll be shopping here first! read more
