We took our diesel pusher in because on our trip out both Air conditioners went out and then the fridge decided to call it quits. I had the opportunity to work with Cassones RV in two different ways. First I had damage to the sidewall fiberglass from a steer tire blow out. I was staying at Mesa Spirit at the time and Cassones was next door. Chad the Service manager came over took pictures and worked with my insurance company. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't be able match the full body paint however they did a spectacular job. After the body work was done I mentioned to Chad that I might be interested in selling the rig due to medical issues. He told me that as a dealer they could sell it for me on consignment or buy it out right. I was interested in both however consignment would take time. I opted to have them buy it. They offered me a fair price but wanted me to provide them with my title so they could floor plan (get a loan for inventory for those who do not know floor plan) my rig. Having been in automotive all my working life i was skeptical about turning over a title with our cash. Richard very carefully explained how the process worked. With some trepidation (in part because of some of the negative reviews here) I decided to move forward. Just as he explained the floor company processed everything and I had my check 7 days later. Do not purchase an RV from this dealer. We purchased an RV from them paid in cash. We where lead to believe that the RV had a clear title, however it wasn't. We then found out that the owner didn't know it was sold at this dealer. We wanted to talk to the owner, but the sales person told us he was in assisted living and his kids where selling it. We found this to be a lie, we found the owner and called him, he was at home. He told us he didn't know cassones RV and didn't know it sold! At this point we where very concerned. After this they wouldn't answer our calls. After 3 months and contacting the bbb and the AZ Attorney generals office we finally got the title. I would recommend to stay away, they are not a reputable dealer!!! read more

Absolutely incredible service! We had one of our slides completely break. We checked with Lazy Days and Camping World and were told it would be October before they could get to it! BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are scandalous. Do not buy from them without getting a pre purchase inspection checklist in hand (if you can actually get them to give you one which I doubt because I asked for one 4 times prior to my purchase and 2 times after and they told me they would give it to me but never did). Even if they give you one I would check everything and even witness a flood test on the gray and black water tanks and test of the coolant system. Here is why.... My wife and I bought what we thought was a beautiful 2007 Fleetwood Southwind 32VS from them on 8/10/20. I flew from Washington to AZ to pick it up and drive it home. I inspected it as closely as I could and did a test drive. Everything seemed to be fine and then the nightmare started when their driver was driving me in the motorhome to the AZ border where I was to take possession of it. The car next to us blew a tire and he had to swerve to avoid being struck. This caused the bedroom closet door to swing open and shatter to pieces. Cassone's promised me they would replace it, but every time I called they would tell me they we having difficulty getting a match ordered and then they just stopped responding to my calls. I even spoke to the owner Richard Cassone. I finally got someone to rebuild the door since Fleetwood discontinued it and am out $300. On my way home from AZ I kept getting a LO DC reading on the fridge. Cassone's tech kept telling me it was because the fridge was turned up too high and to turn it down. This did not work. When I got back to WA I had the house batteries tested and they were completely dead. Add another $200 out of my pocket. The horror story continues...... I also located sewage in the storage compartments when I opened them for the first time after arriving home. I spoke to Richard Cassone and his staff and they said I must have overflowed the black water tank when I used the flush out mechanism on it. They told me to clean it out and call them again if it continued. I got the RV serviced immediately upon arriving home and the service tech told me he had to add a gallon of coolant. I did not think anything of it till the RV overheated when my family and I were on our first camping trip a week after I had returned from AZ. I got it home by continually refilling it with coolant. I also continued to notice sewage water in the undercarriage throughout our trip. I spoke to Richard Cassone and he said to burp the coolant system because it was likely not a leak and he said he would get back to me about the sewage because he had no justification for why it was continuing to leak when we were driving or on any type of an incline. He said if this did not work to take it to a repair shop and use my warranty to fix it. It did not work. I took it to a local repair shop and they discovered the heater core needed to be replaced and the sewage leak was caused by a hole at the top of the black water tank. They located the leak in the sewer tank by doing a flood test and they assured me that it was common practice for a dealer to do a flood test prior to selling a RV and there was no way the hole was not there prior to the sale and Cassones would have found it if the had done a flood test. I looked on Cassone's website and it shows they do a full inspection and repairs prior to sales. I also even emailed them and pretended to be interested in a RV and asked them if they do one prior to a sale. Their rep responded and affirmed that they do. Total bill for the repairs was $6099.37. The warranty we purchased covered all but $1364 of the repairs, but now we have no warranty coverage for the next year if anything else goes wrong because the max payout of the policy was $4800, what we paid for it. I have called Cassone's many times and been told that Richard Cassone or one of the other parties he designates would call me back to discuss, but they never did. I have also now sent to letters with detailed evidence of the issues and bills requesting he contact me do discuss the matters. As of this date I have not heard from him. This review is based on our experience with Cassones RV regarding their consignment services. We haven't purchased anything from Cassones and cannot give our opinion on services relating to sales. However, if you are considering consigning your RV with Cassones you will want to continue reading this review. We enlisted the services of Cassones to help us sell our 2016 Entegra Aspire. They picked our coach up and delivered it to their dealer lot. They "staged" the coach which simply meant they pulled out all of the slides, turned on all of the lights, and took pictures. Our coach was parked on their lot from the end of November 2017 until the middle of September 2018. Since we listed the coach with them during the busy season in Arizona we had high hopes it might sell. During the 10 months it sat on their lot we had one interested party, however we could not agree on the price. While our coach was in Cassones' possession damage had occurred to our windshield. We were not immediately notified of the damage, in fact it was after we contacted Cassones for an update that we were then informed. We were told that someone walking by the lot must have thrown a rock at the windshield. At the time, the salesman was very apologetic and offered to cover half of our deductible when the windshield was replaced. He advised that we wait until we have an offer on the coach before replacing the windshield. We decided about a month later to have the windshield replaced as we had plans to discontinue consignment with Cassones due to their inability to sell our coach. After we discussed this decision with our salesman and reiterated that he agreed to pay half of the deductible he quickly back tracked and said that the deductible was too much and they wouldn't be able to do half. Rather than deal with Cassones to get our windshield replaced, we told him we would take care of the windshield ourselves and the deductible if they could make sure the fluids were topped off, the tires were full of air, the coach was clean inside and out. Once we picked up our coach to move it to storage, we also noticed that the windshield wipers had dry rotted and were hanging from the blades. We were told they rinsed the coach off and that the inside gets cleaned once a week, so it was clean. We didn't inspect it as we should have. Once we got it to our storage facility we went inside and noticed that they left their few pieces of decor that they added and that the coach was not clean. The floor was disgustingly dirty, dead bugs everywhere, and the shower door molding was coming off. There was no evidence that the coach was cleaned on a weekly basis. Also, the fluids were not topped off as previously requested. Just be aware if you plan to cosign your coach with Cassones RV. They will not take care of your property as you expect they would. It is no wonder our coach didn't sell, with a busted windshield, rotted windshield wipers, and absolutely filthy inside, this would not appeal to any buyer. A side note, once we informed Cassones that we were no longer going to consign our RV, the salesman informed us that he had someone interested that he had been working with for a couple of months and would be back in Arizona in October. Not once during that past several months were we informed of an interested party. My guess is there wasn't anyone interested, that they didn't want us to pick up our coach and see the terrible condition that it was in. read more

Bought 5th Wheel Montana 3820FK 2+ months ago STILL NO PLATES or Reg......They were to replace InterVac Vacuum STILL NEVER recieved just a song and a dance. My title Company I use is Sierra Title, it takes 1 day to do this. Contacted "InterVac" they have Vacuum "IN STOCK" and were never contacted by Cassone's. BBB and Huntington Bank have been notified about the {Breach of Contract} Maybe KARMA will do her thing too! read more

I purchased my RV in February 2016 and took out of state delivery in California. The title process was terrible...it took almost four months to get clear title despite paying cash at the dealership. There were a few issues noted before we left that lot that the owner and salesman said they would take care (some of which they put in writing), some issues were not disclosed...that would have caused us to either walk away or negotiate a better deal. Two significant issues, the check engine light kept coming on (not disclosed until the delivery driver told us in CA, after we signed the papers) and the fuel gauge would drop to empty. Minor issues like the slide toppers were supposed to be replaced and were either not replaced or missing. The owner seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and would make things right...but then stopped returning calls or trying to help. I even offered to drive back to AZ and again, no return call. I truly thought that they would be decent to deal with...but their actions were quite the opposite. read more

While I think the technician and fabricating crew and painters are excellent the owner and service manager have a problem with communication. I can call them several times without a reply. After continuous calls they finally call back to see what the issue it. I recommend their service but management leaves something to be desired. read more

I purchased an RV from this company in June. I was part of a FB group that focused on the brand I was looking for asking questions and getting info, so when I completed the purchase I posted photos of my RV as new owners often do on that group. It turns out that the RV was on consignment to Cassones RV, and the owner of the rig found out from that post that his rig had been sold. He asked me what I paid for it (I was not aware I was talking to the owner) and I told him. In the mean time, Cassones told him it sold for significantly less, obviously intending to improve their commission by lying to him. Their dishonesty was exposed which led to a big fight between the RV owner and Cassones RV. In the meantime, the payoff on the rig was delayed and it took 3 months for me to get a clear title. Five Star Customer Service. I am so happy we used Yelp to discover Cassones RV to prepare our fifth wheel for traveling this summer. We had our RV cleaned inside and out including exterior waxed. Also, we had the wheels and brakes checked. The outcome was a "like new" fifth wheel that made me love it all over again. Richard made sure every detail was taken care of above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and hands-on. I was extremely worried that the inside would have an offensive smell like some used RVs I have toured in the past- this did not happen. (I even went as far as writing him a note about my concerns and expectations.) It was fresh smelling and every inch shined. On the mechanical side, Rich's team took exceptional care of checking the brakes, wheels and other safety issues. They did not try to sell us something we didn't need. We were contacted several times to update us on the status of repairs. My husband and I were pleased with the service and price. We will be returning customers. Thanks! read more

After threatening them with the lemon law the actually fixed part of the problem.. please really consider purchasing from them. I called and spoke with the service department just before Thanksgiving. I told them I had a problem with my travel trailer and asked that the AZ Expert (YouTube channel) give me a call. I'm only about 1.5 miles from Cassones RV. Said would pass the message on to the AZ Expert. Told them I thought it was my slide electric motor. No one called. I called two more times the next week or so and left messages. Again no one called me back. I called another RV repair service and they answered and were out the same day. If they did not want to do the work or were to busy, they could have least returned my phone call and told me so. Very unprofessional. Do not buy an RV from this place. Tried to in January - put $2500 down for a 2.5.20 delivery date. Then found out the owner had a lien on it himself. Waited patiently until 3.12.20 and still nothing. Requested my down payment back and they ignored me. Took them to small claims court and, six months later, awarded a judgment. Still havent collected a dime back yet. After 12 years in the RV industry, both buying and selling, consigning, and teching, I feel the need to give an honest review of Cassone's RV. In addition to having issues meeting the conditions of the "We Owe", there were several other instances that raised red flags at Cassone's. RV was not detailed or ozoned to remove smoke smell. Delivered with feces in toilet, kitchen covered in grease, tobacco stains on vents, hornets nests on storage space, delivery driver spilled and left candy. Work order documentation received was inaccurate, completed after the fact, services added that were never performed, no hours recorded, no price of parts. No PDI or SFD information was given Sub standard repair of leveling hydraulic system, failed with first use, hydraulic actuators incorrectly installed. Delivered with 3/4 full sewage tank that was broken and clogged. Charged a $500 fee for delivery. Delivery driver for Cassone's is the father of the gentlemen who owns the dealership. He lives in the back of the lot, and provides "24 hour security" when not delivering RVs. He was a extremely nice, kind, and polite older man, but he was all over the road, constantly swerving out of his lane, eating candy while driving, and spilling it everywhere. When asked to fix the above issues, EJ made it clear he would not work with me because he had not made enough money from me. He actually said that to a customer. All in all, it was an absolutely horrific experience purchasing an RV at Cassone's. You couldn't pay me to work with them again on any level. This place feels like a shady used car lot, and the behavior is exactly that. I was made contract promises that they could not, or had no intention, of honoring. I was not told of known issues with the RV. Bargaining didn't cease until the RV was delivered. Cassone's uses an unlicensed, uninsured, unbonded, and unprofessional delivery agent. They will not handle damages made during delivery. They will not call you back. If you decide to make a purchase or bring in your RV for maintenance to Cassone's, you may not have to deal with all the issues, lies, and unprofessionalism that I did. On the other hand, it is very likely you will have to put up with at least one of these areas where Cassone's falls short. read more

We stopped here to see on the possibility of having our rig's dash AC looked at; Richard (I presume he is the owner?) was welcoming and reassured us that it would be no problem to have it looked at the next morning (which is when we requested as we were rolling out later that day). Richard personally examined our Coach's system, let us know the realities of what we were working with, and then was honest in stating that this type of repair wasn't really necessary unless we deemed it so (oh, hey honesty over making $$). He also checked out a few other items for us and imparted little tidbits of knowledge to us (this is our first Coach!). My husband and I made the decision to become full-time RV'rs about a year ago. We started out on our journey in a fifth wheel. But within eight months we decided we were ready to step up into a motorhome. One of the first places we stopped and checked was Cassones RV in Mesa Arizona. We were greeted by Richard the owner and Jason the lead salesman, both very comfortable to work with. Jason's answers to questions we asked zand answers to questions we didn't know we needed to ask was valuable. We both agreed that Jason is a wealth of information. Although we didn't find what we were looking for on our first visit, we left feeling like this was the place that could make it happen. The next four to five weeks was discouraging to say the least. We did not find another RV or another salesman that satisfied our needs like Jason and Richard. But then we got a call from Jason (who was the only salesman to follow up and call us back) who had something to show us. I like and dislike this place. I called to ask about Cassones Rv consignment policy and how it works. I spoke to a lady named rhiana one day and she was very well spoken and seemed to be confident she could sell my rv for me. So I called around and checked out other dealers on main street. I called back and rhiana wasn't available so I spoke to a lady named misty. She to was sweet but didn't know much about consignments or rvs for that matter. She asked me if my 100 thousand dollar class A motorhome had a V6 or what engine. I asked to have rhiana call me back but she insisted she could help me and bring it in. I think she was competing for comission. Not a good sign. At that point I decided to keep it for one more year. Consigning your investment can be a nightmare. read more

i couldn't be more disappointed with the recent service from this company. When we originally took our coach in for service, they told us over the phone on separate occasions they replaced two different components. When I picked it up, they said they couldn't figure out the problem and never replaced anything. During this process they would state they'd call back and never did. When they did call, they never called the number given to them. They also were unresponsive to emails. If you need service, you are better off going to a reputable company that you can count on to be there for the long term. read more

I have no idea how this business got good ratings. I called them to address a couple of problems with my motor home which is parked literally right next to them. The Service Mgr and a tech showed up the next day to inspect the issues which consisted primarily of fabricating a flat-screen TV mount, a torn slide out awning and a sticky slide out. They left promising an estimate. That was five weeks ago. I've called the Service Mgr twice to figure out what's going on and after a bunch of evasive BS have not even heard from them in almost a month. I should mention that I turned to Cassones only after an even worse example of customer service from Arizona RV Service. The only substantive difference between the two companies is that AZ RV has not followed through since December ( it's mid-February now). I should stress that this is not a case of price-haggling. I have never even gotten an estimate from either of these two allegedly "4-Star Rated" Companies. Stay far, far away. read more

Purchasing a vehicle is always a trial, but all of the people at Cassones RV made our buying experience one of the best we have ever had. Ken met us in the lot and showed us what they had in our price range. We found exactly what we were hoping to find, but needed a lower monthly payment. EJ then took over and worked out a longer term with a nearby credit union so that our payment was lower. Richard (the owner) came out and welcomed us and promised to help any way he could. He promised that our washer/dryer combo from our trade in would be installed into the motorhome we were purchasing and he got it done.
