They did two minor repairs for us. The passenger seat in our class A MH. The seat stopped working. It was permanently in the forward position, which lead to an uncomfortable ride. These guys were great! I needed my axles serviced and brakes adjusted. They gave me a solid quote and we set a time. They called ahead and asked if it was ok if they were a little early and it absolutely was. They showed up, fully sufficient (I offered to let them use the outlet next to the trailer and he let me know they carried their own power). Checked in with me to show me what needed to be done and even let me know the trailer was still in great shape and wouldn't need further service for awhile. When it came time to pay, he let me know it would be less than quoted as the trailer didn't need some of the items quoted. We rolled into Gold Canyon, AZ in January with a slide problem on our Class A motor home. We are here until April so we weren't necessarily in a hurry to get it fixed. We worked with Cruz to schedule an appointment that worked for all of us. On the date of the appointment, Manny actually showed up early and promptly diagnosed a defective motor. After waiting 3 weeks for the motor to come in (back ordered), Manny came out and installed the unit. He also recommended replacing the house batteries and did that as well. I found the cost to be fair for the work performed and the slide now works correctly. I note that these guys are very busy during the high season and it can be difficult to get an appointment.
