I needed someone to fix my solar converter not charging my lithium-ion batteries properly in my new 2023 Crusader 5th wheel camper I had just purchased in Gulfport, MS; I was now in Apache Junction, AZ. Turns out the dealer I bought from did not set up either the shore power convertor nor the solar convertor when they installed the new lithium ion batteries I had ordered. They just installed the batteries and that was it! I was leaving in 8 days to go back to Minnesota and needed to do some dry camping on the way and the batteries were only lasting 5 hours during our testing with no shore power at night.
If you need any RV service on-site, give Brad a call. If he can help you on the phone first, he will. This is very unusual for any certified technician and highly appreciated. He told me how to set the switch for the shore power convertor from lead-acid to lithium-ion and I got that done. He had to research the solar convertor in the Crusader and the lithium-Ion batteries and make time to come from Phoenix to Apache Junction after his other calls were done. When he arrived he set the solar convertor, spent time teaching me about the solar convertor, told me that the batteries that were installed were too small for the load being put on them (another bad dealership item) because the refrigerator alone was drawing 19 amps. He gave me quite an education.
He will go out of his way and schedule you for same-day service if able and needed. He's worth every dollar charged (and more) for the great service he provides. read more
