Took my camper to the service dept to have regular maint. done. They damaged my trailer and tried to blame it on "all of a sudden". It is clearly human fault. No communication, horrible service. It's been over 3 weeks now with no resolve. After this is over, never going back again! read more

Unless you know the exact part you need, do not order from these people. They will not accept returns on what they call "special order parts" (hoses for our leveling system), but what they sent us arrived in 3 deliveries weeks apart and most did not fit our application. Christina went above and beyond to try to solve my problem. She knew what kind of electric toilet I had just by describing it to her (other RV places would not even try without the model number). She sold me the part I needed but I was unable to fix it by myself, so she called an outside source for us and he came out the next day. I bought a 33' pile of crap from them. A 2025 Jayco eagle that had problems the day it got delivered. Thermostat not working right. Blinds are breaking. The 2 outdoor locks are messed up. Pipes under trailer leaking. Awning completely broke within a couple weeks. Fridge not regulating good. Water in closets and along the entire floor wall. Shower leaking all over floor. Closet mirror door broke where they want you to snap it together when transporting. Bathroom door installed to close to wall and is rubbing wall terribly. Toilet seat broke. Gray tank handle won't stay on. Carbon monoxide detector broke . The one solar panel won't charge the battery, ever. I was told twice by 2 repair shops it's fixed, nope. World wide Rv is one of them. Seals in front of the trailer lifting apart. The plastic guards that cover above the tires breaking off. I'm sure there's more but I'd have to go look at my list. There's a lot of trailers to stay away from. Jayco is one of them. Don't buy a brand new one. It's a rip off !!! read more

Dropped off my RV Feb for 1, 2023 for a recall on the main slide. Also was having trouble with my black, gray and water tanks not accurately reading the individual fluid levels. They were showing full when the tanks were actually empty. Also on the touch screen that controls the entire coach the generator would not turn off from the pad. I had to manually go into the rear storage box and turn off the generator every time I used it which got old at night or early in the am when its cold out. On the slide work it appears they made the fix but did not clean up any of the mess (see pic). On my fixing my level sensors they did not get the work done at all because they claim they were waiting on the warranty company because this was a big labor job, however, this is a 2023 rig and I also have an aftermarket warranty. On the generator they claimed there wasn't an issue and it worked as it should. In addition, they opened up my valves on both the black and gray water tanks to completely dry them out but never closed the valves. Luckily I caught it before showering or using the restroom or that would have been a huge mess. This is after having my 2023 RV from Feb 1-Feb 20th. Basically nothing got fixed except the slide out recall and an oil change they discounted because they charged me way too much in labor. I want to say $400 labor just for an oil change I could do myself in 45 minutes but did not because its under warranty. Also wanted Starlink and they never even looked into it. My service manager Jacob also never provided one update. All communication was initiated by me. I also never complain or write bad reviews but these guys literally screwed up ever aspect of the experience. I will never go back! Scott read more

These guys are con artists both in the service and sales department. STAY AWAY Make sure to get anything and everything in written proof or they'll try to charge you $3k for random stuff you never approved or agreed to. They told us we owed them $3k for labor and parts they didn't even fix because we declined the work order and then they came back with a new number of $900 and we told them we were told we'd only be paying for the one part we agreed and our warranty deductible, coming to a grand total of $150 and they were fighting us on it. They did not apologize for accidentally trying to charge us the original $3k. They had no remorse and they are just looking for their next victim to scam. Be aware!! Found a new shop down the road called Genes RV repair shop , they are trustworthy , quick, and reliable unlike this trash place . They also took almost a month to look at our rv even though we had an appointment we scheduled a month in advance... read more

Don't leave your unit there because chances are it will get damaged and they won't tell you about it. Watch out for Bill the "service director " he will literally refuse to take a customers phone call when he knows it was him that messed up. They are complete and total snakes to their employees. I was fired for attendance for missing a couple days due to a loss in the family, they literally spread rumors that they are going to fire me not realizing that everyone that heard it came and told me, let me finish the work as if everything is cool and then cut me, MIND YOU STOLE MY SICK TIME THAT WAS APPROVED (bet you idiots didn't think I had that screenshotted) also Robert crist junior who is part owner and also plays the part of HR will literally scream and cuss you out for bringing anything to his attention. Dropped my motorhome off Oct 7 th and went in today Jan 22 mad as heck and picked it up. 3 1/2 months and they fixed an AC bracket and a piece of plastic coating on the running board. Several other items were not done and they blamed it all on Jayco. Funny thing is when I call Jayco it's all b------t 3 and a half months and not a call even returned by the service manager after I left message. If you go into the RV center for work get ready for the disappointment of your life. Lie. Lie. Lie and should not be called a service center as there is zero service L Young. So bought our seismic 4113 at another dealer spent a year in and out getting warranty work done. Could not get it completed. World wide took over the work they could not do and fixed things they messed up. We had to go get a new flooring in due to the poor workmanship from little dealer little service. World wide got Jayco to cover the work and they have done it in 2 weeks. I know times are tough getting work done in a timely manner but they have been great on communication and getting us in and out as needed. Can't say that about other places wish we would have been able to give them our money when we purchased. read more

World Wide did a $12k insurance job on roof of our trailer. When realized they cross wired the A/C unit and it kept kicking breakers and blowing fuses we called for them to come back and take care of. They climbed the ladder looked at the A/C and said it was fine that the RV yard did not have enough amps to keep the A/C running. We have now been told by another place that World Wide cross wired....SHAME ON THEM! Collected money and ran. read more

In June of this year I purchased a Jayco Jay Flight traveler trailer which has had consistent issues since purchase. We have now gone on three trips with our trailer and each time have had to bring the trailer in for serious repairs. I understand that a house on wheels will have some things shake loose, but dealing with the staff has been worse. They are not capable of returning phone calls. I had plans of having a full solar array installed on the roof of our trailer by WWRV, but getting very simple technical questions answered was an impossibility. I had at least three separate "I'll get back to you with an answer by the end of the day" excuses never returned by Service. I'm now getting solar installed elsewhere. I paid $40k for my trailer and was on the verge of making a deal for a $120k Class C which would have fit my large family's needs better, but I'm glad I haven't. It would have simply expanded the magnitude of my issues. Calls and emails to management went completely un-answered. The icing on the cake was an estimate of over $4,000 to repair a small six inch gash on the metal siding of my trailer I sustained one late night adjusting into a camp spot. Don't make the same mistake I've made. I'll never do business with WWRV again. read more

Worst deal ship in Arizona!! Please buy your RV somewhere else. They made promises and told unit can hold 6 batteries to run unit. False promises. Batteries on top fell on batteries below and started electrical fire and burned the whole electrical system and now they refuse to help us. They are a bunch of idiots in service department. The worst dealer with the worst units available. Purchased 2022 Jayco Whitehawk 32BH. Bought unit on August 13th and picked up unit on September 2nd over 2 weeks to make sure unit is ready for traveling and is safe for families to go camping in. after 1 week of traveling everything from the electrical to the black water tanks and delamination of walls and cabinets along with missing screws and bolts and rusted bolts that snapped. Decided to call Jayco they took down my VIN numbers and said there are recalls on the trailer and that it should have never been delivered to a family for traveling until everything is fixed. Nichole our sales person was out for the money only. I have had nothing but problems with her she has horrible phone etiquette by hanging up the phone when trying to get issues resolved super snooty and seems to enjoy saying no or just hanging up the phone. Wrong salesperson to begin with she knew nothing about the trailer and had to ask every one else. Still waiting to here from Management. Well it's been 3 days and still no word I think it's because they were caught in a lie on phone conversation and are not wanting to admit they did wrong. Don't expect Brian Dacey the General manager to call back he leaves that job for the people in the office that have no idea on what to do. I have left numerous messages for Brian and Rick Cisneros to call me back with my phone number so we can discuss options to resolve this issue but they are to important to call back the customers that are putting World Wide RV in business. I have paperwork from Jayco stating they won't repair the issue that World Wide RV started to fix but failed to complete and since they started the work Jayco will not authorize anyone else to fix and both the manager Brian Dacey and Rick Cisneros have the conversation from Jayco saying that they are responsible for repairing but after hearing the conversation from Jayco either one of them will not call back or answer any phone calls trying to resolve this issue from myself or Jayco. The unit I purchased was a 2022 Jayco WhiteHawk 32BH I have only had the unit 1 1/2 months. Let's see if anyone from management calls me back to discuss this issue and try to resolve. The issue that is trying to be resolved is a recall bulletin on the black tanks flush valve that was started to be repaired by World Wide RV but not finished and I believe they did this because they were waiting for the unit to sell but forgot to fix and then when getting proof from Jayco and other source. World Wide RV stopped all communication with myself. Will keep this post updated on what happens next with resolution if any. We bought a Jayco motorhome here about a month ago. The sales and office people were outstanding and knowledgeable. They said they would have the complete 30 point inspection done and we could pick it up in a week. When we arrived at the 'service' department, they acted like they didn't know who we were and that we were interrupting their morning. They found a guy that seemed like he'd never done a walk thru before to go over the systems with us. We don't blame him at all, he was very nice and inexperienced , but he really didn't know very much. The MH wasn't plugged in, so the refrigerator was warm and the batteries dead. Many of the things he said, I knew weren't correct. Because my wife & I have years and years of experience and 5 years full time, we decided to figure stuff out when we got it home. The sales department as well as service, on that day, said if there were any problems in the first 30 days to bring it back. There were several major problems that they should've found, so I called our 'service' manager and she told me they wouldn't fix anything after we took it home. She said we'd have to wait 30 days until our extended warranty took effect and get it fixed then. I actually couldn't believe she said that and she finally said we could bring it in (250 mi away) and have someone look and if it was simple they could fix it while we waited. I knew it wasn't simple and we decided we didn't want anything more to do with them. Before posting this, I sent a copy of this review to the sales person who did the sale. He replied about being very sorry and had already forwarded my review to the appropriate sales, service, and management people. He thought I would hear something from them very soon. That was about six months ago and never heard a word. I think the front end part of this operation was good and the back end (service) was worse anything I'd ever seen. read more

Better deals can be had elsewhere. Dealership does not live up to their "Lowest pricing in the country" as their Sales Manager Brian Dacey often quotes in their YouTube advertising. I presented the dealership with a competing quote on an identical Jayco RV from another western Jayco dealer and the dealership refused to match the price. So we went in to look at RV's. They were helpful and we found one we were interested in. Of course we took our time and checked out other dealers as well. We found a better deal at another dealer and purchased from them. I received a text from Brian Dacey - the General Sales Manager about us our decision and I told him we purchased from another dealer. He wasn't happy and made that known in his text to me. I thought it was Horrible customer service. Additionally, when we were outside talking initially, he adjusted himself at least 3 times. I purchased my RV back in June. The paperwork was fubbed, but they didn't tell me, they just ignored the problem. Now I need help getting plates. The DMV says it's World Wide RV fault. World Wide RV conveniently says it's my fault. I had a horrible experience from start to finish with them. The salesman Guy was not honest about the unit. The office manager Jewlissa, was not helpful (25+ emails back and forth, without resolution, I should publish that email thread - talk about a hoot). The GM, Brian, didn't even try to understand the issue, before "siding" with Jewlissa completely. So no joke, I have owned this RV for almost 6 mo and I can get plates. They provided me with a second temporary plate but when it expires, what am I going to do then???? I honestly have no idea, there is no resolution coming. I took my RV to WorldWide RV (WWRV) in June 2022 for several repairs. The main repair was to replace the bedroom slide out exterior floor base. WWRV stated they replaced it and billed my warranty company for the replacement, however, they lied regarding the materials used, the work was done with poor craftsmanship and the technician caused damage to the facia boards and the slide out's electrical cables. The technician also left debris all over the RV, used the toilets and left grease smeared on the floor. We presented this information to the Service Manager who confirmed the work was done poorly and that WWRV did not use the materials my warranty company was billed for. He agreed to have the work re-done. The RV was at WWRV for almost 2 months. In that time, they also replaced the rear AC. We were under the impression the slide was replaced properly until May 2023 when the slide would not open. We took the RV to another repair shop who have confirmed that WWRV ruined the slide. The internal flooring is buckling due to the exterior floor base being replaced incorrectly. The exterior portion of the floor base is rippled and the new repair shop states it needs to be completely replaced. The warranty company will not pay for the same repair to be done twice. The rear AC was replaced with the wrong AC and now does not have a heat strip. We now have a broken slide and incorrect AC due to WWRV and are unable to have either replaced because the warranty company will not cover the costs again. WWRV has behaved unethically and possibly criminally by falsifying billing to my warranty company and creating thousands of dollars of damage to my RV. We upgraded our travel trailer earlier this year, in June to be exact. Did a bunch of research (that's what I do) and we decided on buying the #jayco Eagle travel trailer from #worldwiderv in Mesa, AZ. The new unit gave us the features, and more importantly the space we desired. Love the trailer, but most importantly we love the ability to take off and enjoy time away from home, but be home at the same time and still stay away from people during the pandemic. Therein lies the rub. After our first trip in the Unit we had to take the trailer back for what turned out to be a few warranty repairs. Took them 5 weeks to perform the repairs and return the unit to us. Turns out that all the repairs couldn't be completed because of parts we were told. Took the Unit back to them October 5th for the remaining work that needed to be completed. Expected the work to be completed and returned by the end of the month. Near the end of the month I started calling for a status and kept getting phone mail and no return calls. Called the main office and finally got a return call indicating my unit would be ready Nov 2nd. It wasn't and once again phone calls went unanswered so I made the drive from Peoria to Mesa. Turned out the work had been completed and the Unit was just sitting there. Don't know when the work was completed but both my wife and I let them know we were not happy with them. They had the Unit for 6 weeks and when I looked at the work order, their total work time was 3 3/4 hours! Why in the world would they keep my unit for 6 weeks to do 3 3/4 hours of work!? Here's the thing, the trailer never should have been delivered to me with the defects it had. AND, THEY KNEW! When we took the Unit in to point out the issues we encountered, they already had them listed to be addressed! #Jayco has a reputation for quality workmanship, couldn't prove by me. I'm not going to get into the list of things that needed to be addressed, lets just say that Eagle wasn't ready to fly! #Jayco knew or should have known that the product was faulty, #worldwiderv definitely knew of the defects and should have addressed them before delivering the Unit to us. We made the purchase in June and in the roughly 5 months we've owned it, 2+ months of that time it sat in service!! I'm hopeful we've nailed it finally. Oh, #worldwiderv told me that warranty repairs are a priority in their shop, can you imagine! read more

Taken our 5th wheel in two different times. The first was an emergency landing jack replacement and they got us in and the work done so we were back on the road the same day. Salesman was "new" said he didn't know what they had... long story to long to go into detail but 2 hrs later they tried to get me to buy a trailer that was 17 000. Over my stated budget. Brain was so condescending, told me when I was ready to rethink my budget come back. I left there, found the exact trailer for 15000 less then my budget! Only 2 yrs old and spotless. What a disaster! 1 star is generous.... The Jayco camper line they sell is so poorly manufactured that our 2021 travel trailer has spent more time being repaired for all sorts of issues than we been able to use it. Many of the problems are repeated issues that weren't fixed properly the first, second or third time back. Of course, the manufacture's warranty had expired while the camper sat awaiting repairs and the "Platinum Extended Warranty" doesn't cover what we need! This is a 3 year old camper that is falling apart and has been used 6 times. I've called WWRV to get a refund on the extended warranty and they won't call you back. I've gone in person to talk with anyone that can help and am assured they will look into it and get back to me.... no, still waiting.... Oh and contacting Jayco directly is no help as they "declined to participate". Just do yourself a favor and buy a different brand from a different dealer.... read more

This is such a disappointing review to have to write. On the one hand, our experience was awesome (with our salesman and we are so happy with the RV we purchased. But on the other hand, things have been just plain awful.) We worked with Taylor who was very friendly and helpful. Even after the sale, he did all that he could to take care of us. When the service department was impossible and refused to communicate with us and help us out, he tried to get them to. In our experience, the communication in this office is terrible. SO terrible. When calling, the person you need is never ever available. And getting them to return your calls is like pulling teeth. Truly next to impossible. I'm sure they're very busy, but that's no excuse. Hire more help if things are that crazy. When we finally came to the day of our walk through and pick-up, it quickly became very apparent that they did a horrible job at their vehicle inspection, and we would be very surprised if they even did one at all by what was going wrong. Both toilets leaked, the fridge was acting up not wanting to cool down properly (more in that in a minute), the kitchen faucet leaked... And this one is a shame on us - we forgot to operate the awnings while there and came home to find that our second one does not work at all. No solution for this yet. They should have found this malfunction in their inspection. They were busy and strapped for time to get it ready for us to pick up, so I understand they were in a hurry. But we gave them a list of other things we were fine with them skipping over so that the most important items could get done. Such as deep cleaning. We planned to do that ourselves anyways. The things that we found to be not working while we were still there and moving into the new RV, they promptly fixed. But now post sale, things are not going so well. Our fridge and freezer warmed up enough a couple nights ago for us to wake up to everything ruined. Being that all the grocery stores are practically empty due to covid-19, we will not be able to stock back up on all the food items that we've lost. Not to mention the expense of it. We eat organic and had hundreds of dollars worth of food. We had been prepared and now our family will be lacking in enough food during this time of self quarantine!! We're very far from home right now being down here in Arizona for work, I forgot to mention that. Complicated things even further. The guys in service (when they actually accept a phone call, which is rarely) tell us we have to take the RV in and it takes 24 hours to diagnose and then who knows how long to fix. We are living in this thing while here temporarily for work! We can't afford to live in a hotel! This is purely unexceptionable, especially when we raised concerns over the fridge when picking up the RV last week and they just said "give it time" and shrugged it off. Less serious but frustrating nonetheless - we also have a fireplace that sometimes turns on and sometimes does not. As well as a broken tv in the living room (turns on but there is a bright light along one edge where the screen is separated or broken). Stuck between a rock and a hard place with and the negative implications are likely only beginning. I guess the dealer's 90 day warranty was just a fake selling point as they clearly have no intentions of upholding it?? Being people that care a lot about others and always helping out, it's very hard to understand people who could not care less even about their own responsibilities. We did purchase an extended warranty, but they have told us it's too soon to use it and file a claim. What?! So the broken refrigerator and $1400 repair is on us and the service department at World Wide could not care less. They are completely unwilling to work with us. You would think at the very least the fact that the world is in very hard times and basics such as food and shelter are being challenge, that they would make some exceptions. But, nope! They're standing firm on being careless and leaving customers (a family with young children, no less) high and dry. I am simply stating our experience, all facts, nothing exaggerated whatsoever. We're in a terrible situation and it's very unfortunate how we have been treated. They don't allow reviews on Facebook... what does that tell you?? read more

I really wanted to be a raving fan but these guys only know one thing.... Pressure! And if ya don't buy immediately (they have you sign this paper that says if all things line up I will buy today, how archaic is that?) they literally shun , shame then ignore you . I'm in the market for a new RV, this place sits in front of where I'm staying temp. So I walked over to check out what they had. I found a model I really liked and spoke to a young man who seemed nice but didn't have much experience-he was also their marketing guy- I explained that I had my RV listed and needed to sell fist but was curious about a trade in. Even though I knew it may not work out we both agreed to just see and maybe even get creative in making it so. That meant he had to bring in a more exp. Agent to help. This guy was one of those high pressure types but I also think it's their culture there. His belief is to sell at any cost , a one shot deal. He never learned that if you create a Raving fan you'll have a customer for life that will refer others. I can only add , buyer beware . If you like high pressure , condescending comments, and downright anger at the end bc I wouldn't take their ridiculous deal then by all means this is the place. NOT! With so many RV dealers in town , you can do better. Way better. read more

So the plot thickens. We were prepping for a trip today and noticed the RV did not have power. I figured a breaker tripped or we blew a fuse. After checking the easy stuff I pulled the cover under the bed. This is where the power transfer switch is at. When I removed the cover I found the issue. The terminal strip was melted on the contacts leading to the panel. After doing some research and talking to a trusted technician I found out the leading cause for this is starting the generator while it is plugged in to shore power. It is not the only cause but all signs point to it. I have never done this to my RV. The only time it has been out of my possession and could have been exposed to this is at World Wide RV. We also found a broken grate cover below the fridge. It's a real bummer taking something somewhere and getting it back in worse shape then when you dropped it off. This just validates the type of service you get at World Wide RV. From the top to the bottom all the staff at this establishment receive a F plus from me. Please do yourself a favor. why does worldwide rv and Robert Crist and company offer me a warranty when I already had a two-year warranty with Jayco for free. Jayco warranty was for two years, and it was never used as far as I know. so, I bought the warranty worldwide was offering for $7053 and the gap insurance was $1500.00 now when I cancelled after four years, they charged me a cancellation fee of 33% (warranty) and 29% (gap insurance) respectfully. so, they could charge me to cancel? all I lost was $6125.69. that's why they say never purchase to dealer's warranty. I learned an expensive lesson. why won't they return my phone calls. my contract didn't have cancellation fees in it. Help me get my money back. read more

I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews before falling for their scam. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT fall for the false claims, not sure how the State of Arizona does not intervene with these jokers. They advertise an amazing price that is lower than anyone, claiming that there is a $20,000 (depends on RV, some are lower) discount if you finance with their bank. Then, after you turn in a credit application, they tell you oh, no it's really about a $900 discount from the cash price. OK, strike 1. Then they tell me I cannot title it in my corporation name unless my address on my drivers license matches the same address!!! What a BS excuse to get out of a deal. NO ONE has such a restriction, if the CEO of UPS or Jeff Bezos of Amazon want to buy an RV for the corporation, they can title it in any state they choose, where it will be registered and used. My corporation is in a different state than I live, which is common nowadays. Strike 2. I asked the finance person "TIM" to not run my credit as I wanted to discuss everything with the deal and get a sales order on the actual unit before they caused an inquiry on my credit. We verbally discussed everything and was told I could not title it where my corporation was, so I told him never mind, I will go elsewhere and he turned around and ran my credit anyway!!!!! Strike 3, you are way out. Then, I asked him to respond to why he ran my credit and that his company was wrong with the false issue they have with title in different state than drivers license. Many people that have multiple residences or live in several places throughout the year have a drivers license in a state that they do not necessarily always stay. I bet Trump would not have a problem getting an RV titled in Florida, or New York, or California or ...... So, I digress. NO RESPONSE to my email requests after I said NO to them. I bought my trailer at a different location which was my first mistake, no other dealer would help me as i didn't buy it from them. I have never understand that rule! After talking to Camping World and Little Dealer Little Prices, I came down and spoke with Leslie who had no issues with me not purchasing the trailer somewhere else. She was more than willing to help me, she looked at my trailer issues via pictures, explained the process of appointments, drop off and approx the time the unit would be down. It's frustrating the timeline but she laid it out so I understood why and even gave me her email so I could go home walk through my trailer and make a list so we could make the most of the time while the trailer was there. I also found out they have a body shop and a fabricator right one site! One stop shop, so I can also get my blow out issue fixed as well since I am running it through insurance. I've read through these reviews, most are very good and I am happy to say I agree. I look forward to working with Leslie and her crew. Completely worth the 65 minute drive knowing I am going to be taken care. read more

We decided to trade our 5th wheel and truck for a used class A motorhome. We visited World Wide RV in Mesa because we'd seen some smaller models on the internet that looked like they would work for us. We ended up choosing a different one that, upon inspection, had broken electric entry steps. They agreed to replace them, along with everything else we noted wasn't working properly or was broken. We took delivery of the motorhome and only quite a bit later realized that the distance from the top step to the doorframe of the coach was much too large (and too hard for my husband's bad back to handle easily). We phoned World Wide and explained the problem; our research showed the coach needed 3 steps--not 2. When we put the coach into our local service dealer for a subsequent problem, we had them replace the steps with the correct model. Today, we drove back to World Wide and discussed this with the general manager, Brian. He was extremely helpful, offering to split the cost with us -- something he didn't have to do, as we had signed the contract "as is." We were pleased with all of the people with whom we dealt, from sales through finance and more. I recommend this dealership highly. read more
