Dishonest and incompetent in both sales and service. When I bought my trailer, I paid $377 for "lic-title-reg-doc-postage." When I picked up the trailer, I was told they would not register it because I lived in California. Instead they sent a notice of purchase to the DMV which cost $6. I later asked them to register the trailer at my parents' address in Arizona. I was told it was "too late." I then asked for a refund since they did not perform under the contract. I was told the $377 was a "document fee" that they would not reimburse. It is illegal and unethical to charge for a service you do not provide! I brought my trailer in for service in early August. In December, I notified them that I would be picking up the trailer. Leslie Fisher texted me on December 26th saying they did not have the part, which was untrue. I contacted the TAXA dealership and found out that the part was delivered November 30th. When I arrived at the dealership on the prearranged date, December 28th, the repair had STILL not been done! Bill Hannah made the repair as I waited. We then discovered that the fan had not been fixed as was stated on the work order. Also, someone at the dealership had broken the window latch! So, not only did they not make the repairs, they broke the trailer. These people are completely incompetent and untrustworthy. read more

Let me start by saying that from the get go everything went wrong. The sales guy was frantic and rude. During the purchase he just got up and left the property. After i went ahead and purchased the trailer there was nobody there to explain the "how to" aspect. We brought it home and did not use it until the past weekend. That is when I found a bunch of things that were hidden from me during the purchase. Canvas was ripped is several places, radio didn't work. Lights, fan and anything on the upper level did not work. In doing so we specifically asked before this company ran our credit is it going to be a hard-hit or softest they told us it was a hard-hit and only wants for them to look at what our credit score was come to find out they don't just do one hard-hit they do three and if you qualify within their standard they still do a multiple of hard-hit to other financial institutions which will drop your credit score even further!!! beware of this company!!! read more

Absolutely horrible. We visited several dealers in the area looking for a fifth wheel, and this place was the worst. The salesman was loud, aggressive, and condescending. By far the most uncaring, incompetent or unethical business I've ever dealt with. After contacting World Wide RV on Thursday morning about a unit they had in stock, I was asked if I'd be willing to buy if they could get the numbers right. I let them know we lived 3.5 hours away but if we could come to an agreement over the phone, we'd make the drive on Saturday to do the walk through and sign. My wife and I filled out their credit app on Thursday and were contacted again 30 minutes later to discuss terms. After coming to an agreement and paying the $2K down over the phone we set up an appointment on Saturday at 1:30pm. I texted our salesman on the way up to ensure we were coming. After spending an hour with him walking through the unit and others, we were told to wait on finance. 30 minutes later finance comes out and says "someone should have called you". Come to find out terms and down-payment had increased significantly, and NOBODY took the 30 seconds to call or text us to prevent the 7 hour round trip drive. Instead all we got was "we dropped the ball". Yes you did, 9 total hours wasted on a Saturday of my families time. Call me on the way so I could turn around? Nope. Come out of your office while we're inspecting the unit? Nope. Did you just expect to wear us down so we would take the new deal, or is your team so incompetent or uncaring that you'd waste a family's time and money? Absolutely the least reputable and dishonest dealership in the valley. My parents bought a brand new RV the other week and thus far we are clocking 60+ items being wrong/broken. Things like the flooring peeling back, bathroom mirror falling off the wall, inch+ gaps in the siding and roof, missing fuses, etc. These guys are absolutely fraudulent in their dealings. We had the absolute WORST experience at this dealership. If you're reading this review just stop and go back to your search now. Raul was the worst salesman I have ever experienced. 1. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO OUR UNIT AT PICK-UP. 2. RV WAS NOT CLEANED AT PICK-UP. Salesman did a half-ass cleaning attempt day of. 3. WE WERE TOLD WE NEEDED A BREAK CONTROLLER BUT LATER FOUND OUT THE TRAILER HAD AN AUTOMATIC ONE. So we had all of this work done at Uhaul for our hitch, which turned out to be unnecessary. It wasn't until connecting with the manufacturer that we were properly informed on how to use this feature. Waste of time and money. 4. THE DOORS ON OUR TRAILER OPENED UP ON THE ROAD MINUTES AFTER PULLING OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP-- yup... f-ing Raul didn't lock them or educate us properly on the dual locking system and our trailer's doors flew open while driving off. I could keep going. It's taken me a year to write this review because honestly the entire experience was INFURIATING. Super unfortunate for the amount of money we spent. There sales department is fantastic. But it stops there. Once you buy it, you'd better pray that nothing breaks or needs repair, because their service department SUCKS! We've have quite a few problems with our camper, and it is a fight EVERY SINGLE TIME to do anything about it. They don't want to fix it.....they do a piss poor job of fixing it......they keep it forever to do a simple repair......etc. You name it, they suck at it. We had an ongoing problem with our floor sagging in spots and when we took it in, we were told to "keep an eye on it". They wouldn't do anything to fix it. They kept this up until our warranty expired, and now they don't have to do anything. BEWARE THE TIRES!!!!! We had only used it a couple of times, had it less than a year, when we noticed that all the tires were starting to crack. I looked up the brand of tire they used, and it was HORRIBLE. They had nothing but negative reviews of their tires. They have a HIGH failure rate. Completely disreputable company. There is warning after warning after warning about the unreliable and shoddy manufacture of those particular tires. But they're CHEAP, which is why they used them. They don't seem to care that these tires are EXTREMELY UNSAFE. They're a ticking time bomb as to the inevitable blowout while you're on the interstate driving on a winding mountain road. I had to fight them, threaten them, and pester them unrelentingly, to actually replace the tires with some that would actually be safe to drive on. Don't fall for the friendly, "you're part of the family" sales pitch. Once they get you to buy, they want nothing else to do with you. read more

Purchased a trailer in the beginning of May. Normally I could have gotten a better price but with these things flying off the lot so I didn't have a lot of leverage and that was fine. I knew that going in. I was a referral to WWRV from a friend of mine and I referred someone the next week. There is a referral fee they pay as a reward when someone comes in and buys. My friend was supposed to get one for me and I for someone I sent in. After texting back and forth with the salesmen about it and getting the run around for a long time, I emailed through the WWRV website which is more of a web application than an email. I still didn't hear anything. I called and left a message for manager Brian. Nothing. I finally got him on the phone and he apologized saying they are very busy and it shouldn't have taken this long. This is now July 12th. Brian texts me on the 13th asking me what we were promised for referral. I asked my friend and we remembered $300. He still hadn't received his yet either. I replied $300 to Brian and he writes back normal is $200 so I said fine. I am so aggravated by now that I don't care, I just want to stop chasing this down. Received $100 on 7/28. $100 less than standard. Gees. I sent two other people in there during this whole thing and called them both to tell them what happened. Although I like the service department here, I can not give a good recommendation for their sales group. read more

STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE!! In today's world a lot of people like to do their shopping online. You go online, find what you like, see the price and then determine if you can afford it. Not this place. They still do it the old school way with deceptive advertising and having to sign the sheet of paper prior to even knowing the terms. The advertised price on their web site is not realistic. The small print says the sales price does not included the freight charge which ended up being $4000.00 and it also states that in order to get the sales price you have to finance through them so getting pre-approved through my Credit Union was uses. Further more since I was there alone and told them that I wanted to bring in my wife to look at it before I could commit to it they refused to even sit down with me to discuss terms. I ended up buying from Bobby Combs. They were able to do EVERYTHING via the web and/or text so when I showed up to actually look at the unit everything was locked in place. read more

Started Jayco shopping last June. First visit, Taylor was salesperson, we explained how we had been burned by another dealer and didn't want to repeat same. We inquired about all aspects of the dealer. He was very accomodating and even went as far as introducing us to the service manager, Rick, who gave us a nice bit of his time answering our questions. Long story short we heading to our east coast summer home and later in August called Taylor to place an order. We had things most worked out and the transaction went fine. Prior to delivery we met with Renee in parts to discuss add-on's we wanted on delivery. She took great care of us and had everything ordered and in house when the trailer was delivered. The walk-thru was great. Everything we wanted was done and working, other than a miscommunication over a fantastic fan. Several items still needed attention but nothing major so took delivery. First trip was boondocking in Quartzite for a week then to a RV resort on the Colorado. NO issues..ZERO that affected the trip. Even wonderful tech support from Anthony during the trip. Going out again for 2 weeks and will bring it in for just minor issues like doors hard to close, 2 lights not working and issue with leveling system. And a few "show me how to.." EVERYONE there was fantastic to work with and couldn't be happier with WWRV and Jayco. What a great product. We are 1000% please with everything. So glad we didn't listen to the posted horrible reviews. WWRV passed our test with flying colors. Hopefully will be back with more wonderful news. read more

Buyers beware! On Monday April 6th my Fiancé and I went to look at RV's. I suffer from many Chronic conditions including immune system disorders. I tend to fall into depression from the Chronic pain that overwhelms me every single day so the decision to buy an RV was so I can get away into nature and find peace. He placed a $3000.00 deposit on an RV we liked. That very night his Boss had called but it was Tuesday April 7th when they actually spoke, he was informed that due to loss of sales due to the Coronavirus he was going to have to pay his own insurance premium, a $400 cost. It was being paid because of his job quality and not part of his job upon hiring. To hear that right after applying for a loan to purchase this RV was so distressing to me and us. So on Wednesday April 8th I phoned the finance department to tell them there was no way we could now afford a payment and still be able to pay our other bills. Keep in mind that He had not even agreed to the loan terms yet. He is our sole provider due to my illnesses. My Fiancé was going to talk to his boss again about this matter and was told that it could be up to a year before the company could recover from the impact of Coronavirus. All of this happened in a day and a half. We explained or situation and the finance lady said they had already began the detailing of the RV. I told her we would pay for the costa incurred in the day and a half that had went by. She said it would be up to the Main Guy there, Brian. Rather than World Wide RV understanding that Coronavirus can change your life unexpectedly in a day they chose to keep our $3000.00 stating they incurred cost in preparing the RV. They were informed in a day and a half if that of our situation. Also as I stated in the beginning my Fiancé had not even approved the terms of the loan they found for him which was more than we told them we had in our budget. Also a higher percentage rate. He would not have agreed to those loan terms even if we were moving forward. This Business is disgusting in how they have treated us. How can you keep monies that we can't afford to loose when you were told we could not move forward within a day and a half. To treat people like this when Coronavirus has impacted their life makes them thieves and disgusting. First I will give the sales people a good rating Chuck and Howard. I bought a 1999 Bounder 34v from World Wide when the promised pick up day came the RV was not cleaned. They offered for me to bring it back however, my schedule is very tight. The disgusting thing is they sold the unit with a Black Water tank that was not cleaned out. It was full of crap from the previous owners. It took me 5 times back flushing the tank to get it to run clear. They put new tires on the unit which I paid for half and now I think one of the tires is defective. I will need to take it back for them to look at it. I am concerned about taking it in as I do not have a lot of time and I do not want to tie my RV up for several weeks. read more

I have not visited the sales floor, the service center, or even shopped for anything at the actual location. I found this location based on a Google search for parts for a trailer I bought. They make sure the parts are compatible with your trailer, order any special parts needed, and call back when they say they will call back. Top notch place for online business. Friendly staff all around. I'd definitely do business with them in the future if I need trailer parts. Their prices for shipping are a bit steep though. read more

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We decided to purchase a Taxa Mantis from this company because we liked the trailer and this place was the only certified seller in the valley close to us. The sales person hardly knew anything about it. I asked for an upgraded Interstate battery during purchasing and they said they would take care of it. Didn't happen. We were told we could place a down payment with our CC by the sales rep. During financing Josh was rude about us doing this. Basically made us feel bad. They were supposed to submit our license and registration to the DMV on Oct 19th and they didn't. We called WWRV on Nov 30th and they claimed they submitted the paperwork a week earlier. Mind you that's 1 month after purchase. We called ADOT and they didn't have any info on our registration. We drove to WWRV and asked them about our plates. They were rude and took zero accountability. These guys are something else. I warn you... everything is great until you sign your name on the dotted line. You will experience issues and they are incompetent and won't want to help you. They don't know how to run a business. We do like the trailer however. We will look to take it elsewhere for any service or repairs required. read more

After buying our RV at this dealership (which was a good experience) we took it in for warranty work about 8 months later. After leaving it for a month I was told it was OK to pick up however after arriving to pick it up the service manager said Jayco shipped the wrong parts for some of the repair work . I was taking the rv across country so she said she would ship the parts to me. After numerous follow up emails the parts have never been shipped after 2 months and the service manager Leslie will not return emails. I am also disappointed with the warranty work they performed as it is not right. You would think someone would check the techs repair work but apparently they just fix as fast as they can and if it is done sub-par then that is what you get back. As good as the sales dept. is I will never buy another rv from this dealership ever as the service manager seems to not care. read more

Friendly sales people. Ample selection on lot. Parts people are courteous, helpful, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Service is another story. We had 7 work orders. Six were completed with good workmanship. The other one was not completed although assurances were given that it would be completed. By far the most irresponsible thing done was incomplete PDI service. This is routine on every delivery and was NOT completed. The two grey tanks and the black tank were completely full and the drain pipe was leaking. Another leak found was due to loose drain pipe fitting under the bathroom shower. I fixed it myself. If service was doing its job, there would be no leak. This is laziness and poor performance is disrespectful to the customer. While doing the walkthrough right in front of us, we saw our new trailer being towed with all four stabilizers down. I stopped them from towing after about a half inch of moving forward. The right rear stabilizer now fails to operate properly. I'm having an authorized Jayco technician inspect the other stabs and also the entire RV. Everything will be documented within the next week. Service Manager Leslie Fisher said that she had received a service bulletin to replace the front cap lights and said she completed this replacement. I called Jayco and Jayco said that WWRV did not submit the necessary paperwork indicating that the service bulletin work order had been completed on the RV's VIN. On delivery, these lights do not turn on. Bill Hannah has a very strange approach to communicating with customers. He comes across with an intimidating in your face attitude. This attitude pervades between Bill Hannah, Leslie Fisher, and Paul. Rick Cisneros comes across like he has no idea about anything related to work orders much less anything to do with RVs. Note that the turnover at this dealership is very frequent. Gone are six people we originally interacted with in sales and service at the beginning of our search for an RV. Our sales order was started by one salesperson and completed by another salesperson. Also, your best bet to getting any communication is not by phone call. Prepare to spend hours at the place waiting to talk to people "in the know" about the status of your financing, progress on the prep work, any additional service orders, and final delivery. Pass the buck is a given when dealing with phone calls and interactions. Typically, you get "that person is not here today" or "that person doesn't work here anymore" which leads to delays. With the inconveniences and false statements, I will never have the RV serviced at World Wide ever again. I called Jayco about these matters and have found another authorized service facility to correctly and honestly perform service on our RV from now on. read more

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV, it was not the unit we went to look at but after seeing it my wife loved it. Mistake 1 we didn't drive it, mistake 2 I didnt follow my instincts. Eric our salesman at the Mesa location was nice and knew his Jaco product bug when we got inside to finalize our contract they tried to talk us into all the warranties which most were good to have but the paint protector was not what I wanted. She kept pushing but I told her the RV had some oxidation on it and it wouldn't makes sence to seal it. Long story short she offered to buff the rig and give us a tire warranty so we did it. She then went on to tell us how she told the credit Union that they were giving us $70k for our trade which they weren't they just added another $20k to the RV, I'm sure that6not leg8or at least not ethical. She got us approved with a great interest rate but terrible term. So herd is where the fun begins we go to pick up our RV which was clean so I never checked to see if it was buffed, it was not, they sealed over the oxidation so I'm out $4000 because I now have to buff it. As I'm leaving the lot I noticed the rig pulled hard to the right. I drove it home and all the way home it pulled. I text my salesman about this as soon as I got home and explained this to him, my nic ed salesman said he drove it the other day and it drove fine and that I should check the air in the tires, so I did and to my surprise they were 10lbs difference and they were 2 different brand and style of tire, when I looked at the back tires they were different from the front. So I figured it must be the tires so I went and put new tires on the front, nice to spend more money after spending $100k on an RV, needless to say it still pulls to the right. After asking my salesman if I had to pay to get the front end checked all of a sudden he was gone. Soon after the service manager te t me to introduce himself, he wasn't smart enough to give his name, I told him I was not happy that my rig was not buffed as promised and that it pulled to the right. A week went by and he finally responded telling me there are some dealers in the Valley that are large enough to fit a 32' class C RV to align the front end but didnt give me any names or offer to look at the front end. Ws should have walked away, my gut told me to walk away but my wife loved the RV so now I'm spending thousands on an RV I overpaid for. Eric did his job and upsold us, the finance lady blatantly lied to us and never buffed off the oxidation, I'm pretty sure they put the sealer on (wax) because some of it was not wiped off. Please do yourself a favor and dont go to Worldwide they will cheat you. As far as the parts department it is way overpriced and if you mention you will get something on line they w as lk away and stop talking to you. We know this because we got a whole $100 to spend there for spending $109k on a motorhome. We walked ot with 4 packs of toilet paper and a bottle of black tank treatment. I should give zero stars for this place. They kept our trailer for 5 weeks for work that could have been done in one day. The work that they did do was sub par. They just straight didn't do some work we asked for that would have made them an extra $300( they did not even tell us they were not going to do it we found out when we showed up. This was also the work we were really concerned with). Their customer service is horrible in that they never communicate with you or each other. Please pray you never have to get repairs or warranty work done here ever. The only time they are pleasent or attentive is when they are selling to you an RV which is why I left the one star. read more

If there was an option for no stars, that would be my choice. So many things have gone wrong with my pop-up since I've purchased it brand new in 2018. First I was told I cant leave until I have a brake box installed, they said they'd cover it, but when they could do it I was told I don't need one. Then after I purchased the unit I fount out the red on the a/c unit is not for the heater as previously told by the sales agent. The first week I had it the frame broke , leading to the bed being off track which caused a tear in the canvas. The frame was fixed and so was the bed but the canvas still has not been fixed. It's been in the service dept 4/18-8/18 and 12/18-2/19 for things such as canvas , fridge door, the extend retract power lift was wired backwards, shorting wires underneath the trailer, fuses popping, three batteries, and the canvas is still torn. They replaced all the canvas except the torn part and now that doesn't even fit, it looks saggy and hanging. I did need a new crank which was my fault but wasn't given a new tire to fit it and that was out of pocket. The claim of being the home of the two year warranty is using my extended warranty benefits. When I complained the first time for them having it so long , it was apparently my fault for dropping it off without an appt but when my carbon monoxide detector is going off and the fire dept came that's not something that can wait a month in my opinion. The second time it was in service, it was Jayco a fault for not sending the canvas. When I complain "I'm berating the staff" When I picked up In August of last year the service agent Leslie was talking about so many complaints and phone calls she just turned off the phones. This time when I notified them they didn't replace the torn canvas and that was the reason it was in service from December to February her response was "we just can't do anything right can we." We live in California, but we bought our Jayco trailer from World Wide RV in Mesa, Arizona because they were able to give us the best price. Brian Dacey could not have been more accommodating, conducting the entire transaction by phone and email. After a shake down trip we had several warranty related problems that needed to be addressed and Leslie in the service department stepped up to make sure everything taken care of for us. We came from California for this work and it was worth the time and expense. We brought Leslie a list of problems that exceeded the time they had allocated to us, but they made time and completed the list. The service department also let our bird Willow stay in the air conditioning while we reviewed the work done with Leslie. read more

If I could give less than a ZERO star review I would. I am acting advocate for my parents, seniors in their 70's & snowbirds. They purchased their 2018 Jayco Eagle in Dec 2017 in Quartzsite & the sales person was amazing, however, when it came time to address punch list items for warranty, my parents, who snowbird in a 55+ RV Community in San Tan Valley, took it to the recommended dealership, Worldwide RV, in Mesa for service. What a GIANT MISTAKE! Bill Hanna & Leslie Fisher were verbally abusive & it was the nightmare customer service & warranty experience you fear of when making any sizeable purchase. Bill actually told my father to F-off & hung up on him on the phone. We were told he was fired, but it was a lie. The next time my dad went to the service dept he was surprised to see Bill & asked, "I thought you were fired?" His snarky response was laughter followed by, "Yeah, I hired myself back." Bill was forced to apologize as his punishment. The warranty work that was completed on my parents' trailer was pathetic & they actually caused additional damage on the interior, caused body damage on the exterior & workmanship was exceptionally poor & needs to be redone. When my parents picked up the trailer, Bill just parked it in front & said it was ready to go, never offering a walk through. My mother insisted & was disgusted to find not all the punch list items were completed, found the additional damage & saw the poor workmanship. Bill's response was basically a shoulder shrug & laughter. My parents contacted the Jayco manufacturer direct & they insisted the dealership make it right & my parents give them the opportunity to do so. Parts were supposed to have been ordered, but Bill came back in July (months after they had the trailer in their possession & the written punch list) & stated he needed pictures of all the issues to present to Jayco for warranty (which they should have taken while they had the trailer for 4 days initially), instead, I had to go out to my parents trailer in 110+ degree weather & crawl around to get all the photos they had to have in order to order parts. Bill said it would take 2-3 days to put the order together. My parents chose to wait until Fall 2018 when they returned so they could enjoy the remainder of the month they had before heading back to WA for Summer. My mom called Bill for follow ups & after the receptionist asked who was calling, was always conveniently in meetings & NEVER returned phone calls. Fast forward to my parents return to AZ 11/2/18, where my mother called Bill & left yet another message with the receptionist, informing them they were back in town (again he was in a meeting!) & ready to schedule the repairs. No call back again. I went with my mom to the dealership on Mon 11/5/18, we asked Bill if the parts he was supposed to order were in, he skirted the question & put the owness back on my parents as if it was their fault, acted like he had no idea who my mother was, said their 1st availability would be late November. I informed him that was not acceptable & he said take it or leave it, started walking away & told me to F-OFF! We went in today, 11/7/18 & met with the Owner/General Manager, David Skogebo. When I attempted to tell him Bill not only told my father to F-Off this Spring, he began talking over me & told us this issue isn't necessary to continue to bring up because Bill apologized. I literally had to tell him to stop talking & listen to me because Bill clearly didn't learn his lesson because he told me to F-Off too. I requested Bill be fired for gross misconduct, in which, he snickered, asked for my name finally & said "you won't consider this resolved unless I fire Bill?" in which I replied No, that's not all I'm asking for, I want to come to a resolution so my parents can live in their trailer again. His response was, "well, this is a first, I've never had a customer request I fire an employee." Based on other reviews I have a hard time believing this. We know we aren't the only ones who have had similar experiences. When David called this afternoon to update us on his research of our issues he said "you are one person & there are 50 others that think Bill hung the moon." I cannot fathom, in my Sales, HR & Customer Service experience over the span of my career, anyone would support or condone telling their customers to F-Off. This is grounds for immediate termination. Leslie is also extremely unprofessional, she got nasty too, telling my dad, "You're always whining about something!" This really comes down to CUSTOMER SERVICE & we are in fear now the workmanship will suffer & add'l damage will be caused. How can we trust the workmanship if the customer service severely lacks? We purchased a brand-new 2015 motorcoach. The purchase process was pretty easy considering we were paying cash. Our trouble started immediately once we picked up and did our inspection. We still, after two years, have problems with the same items. One item in particular they have replaced seven times and still haven't figured out how to do it properly. This company is so incompetent with service that even the corporate office at Jayco recommended we go somewhere else because of so many complaints they have had. We just recently had more service done and they have done more damage to the vehicle then fixing. They installed an entire window and it was crooked, damaged, and you could see the internal parts of the RV wall . The text said that he did not have the proper tools to do it properly. Seriously? Why would you even do something like this if you don't have the right tools. The service technician who I found working on my vehicle admitted he wasn't even a service technician but rather someone that worked in cleaning new units for buyers. He also did not know anything about safety features that we asked to be repaired, to which he bent the safety bar making it completely useless and potential he hazardous on the stove. I have given the owner many chances at my business and it has been nothing but talk. Their craftsmanship is worse than my kids school work projects and I have photos to prove that I can post later. They installed event on my roof with my purchase. It kept rattling and I had them inspected and they told me they use the wrong screws. It eventually fell off and now they will not warranty their work. Stay very far away from this place. I don't think I've ever seen such incompetence in a business anywhere. It's a wonder that they're still in business. Even their service manager quit! You know that's a bad sign. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! We are going to purchase a new unit somewhere else...too bad because their sales folks were decent people. read more

Looking for parts for your Jayco/Starcraft camper? Look elsewhere. From customer service reps and managers that do not return phone calls or communicate, to suppliers that are incapable of measuring correct quantities, this place has it all. Took over 3 months, 5 separate shipments (since Jayco apparently cannot measure 41 feet if their lives depended on it), over two dozen phone calls and multiple wasted hours. Missed out on several family camping trips due to the incompetence of World Wide RV and Jayco. Avoid. read more

I am not one to normally post on these sites however this was unthinkable. My recommendation is to stay away from the service department. The sales department was great. I will never take our RV here again! The lady in service was rude, mean and unprofessional. They had it for 2 weeks and according to her, could not figure out the problem. She never returned our calls and on the last phone call when we finally got a hold of her she yelled and told us to come pick up our piece of shit RV and she would leave it on the street. Seriously!!! Needless to say we picked it up and took it to another RV Service Department and in one hour had it diagnosed. This review is of the Lakeside Az site.We were a first time buyer and we bought a used diesel motor home,at the time we bought they were in the process of moving for the winter.the unit we bought we had nothing but trouble with it and when we took it to the valley to the parent company we just spent more money to fix things that was wrong that we should not have cost us.In the end we are very unsatised with this company and all the problems and all the money we spent on the unit.In the end let the buyer beware of shady salesman ,the problems in this coach are too numerous to list.We will never buy a RV again!! read more

That may be true but I was dealing with YOU not the manufacturer. Your company should know or at least investigate the shipping costs and allow the customer to decide at that point if they still want the item. I wasn't given that choice. You charged me for it and sent a copy of the invoice including shipping in the package when it arrived. You certainly had many weeks to find out what it would have cost to ship it. If I contact your company to purchase an item you should be responsible for the entire transaction, not place the blame on a third party. That's bad business practice. Went in there today at 4:50pm. Online it says they are open until 6:00pm. First my husband and I go into the sales office and it looked like all the workers were just sitting in the corner talking. Not one person came up to greet us. We finally walked back to see if we could look at some travel trailers. One guy got up (think his name was Tim) and he finally greeted us. He was nice but as we told him the features we were wanting in a new trailer he said they were going to closing soon and everything was locked up because they were getting ready for the three day holiday weekend but that he could show us some options on paper.... they weren't going to be closing for over an hour! Not professional at all! It's not like we had gone in there 5 minutes before closing time. Not to mention my husband had driven 45 minutes from San Tan Valley to try and look at new trailers. Just the fact that not one person actually got up initially to help us in hopes for a sale which my husband and I were ready to make was shocking. We left and went down the road to camping world and they closed at 6:00pm as well. They were so nice and helpful and don't care that they were closing in an hour. So now in the process of making a purchase through them. Save yourself some time and don't bother going to World Wide RV. They obviously don't care for your business. Buying our new Jayco was a hassle free, plesant experience. Brandon did a fine job for us. Service department is very poor on customer service, We live in Oregon and as with any new RV had some issues, most were able to remedy using Oregon Rv dealer No mirrors on bathroom medicine cabinets, passenger side slide would not retract, and a few other small issues. One item I tried to remedy through World Wide RV was that it was to come with a remote for slides, lighting, leveling, Etc. contacted them and was told they would take care of it. well 3 months later and numerous unaswered emails they have not even bothered to contact me, so BEWARE if you want a dealership that will stand behind and/or follow up on your service needs shop elseware. if you look on the web this is not an isolated case. many many complaints about the service department. read more

Wish I could give a negative star rating.....I almost broke a blood vessel in my forehead getting mad. We had a very painful/goofy sales experience with them a few months ago. My wife still cannot stop talking about it. When we bought a Jayco trailer (someplace else) I lost my memory and brought it here for service. They are a major Jayco service provider in the area......one goofy sales guy probably didn't represent the whole business....that was my thinking anyway. So now maybe one goofy service manager probably doesn't define the total business either, but crappy service is still crappy service. Went to this and it's sister location, neither wanted to help us. First location said they didn't have tent trailers while we were standing right next to one (awkward). Ho-hummed and when I asked if they were open he said, "for 8 more minutes" so he just didn't want to help us. He sent us to worldwide rv down the road (their sister store) and when we pulled up (5min before closing) they ran and locked the office door. When you're looking to spend $30k on a trailer, you expect some service right?! Go to little dealer little prices-they treated us so well-I know where we'll be buying from! read more

BEWARE ~ Poor or no service. Warranty work. We were originally told it would take 2 days and we finally pulled it out at almost 2 months. They broke and bent things put holes in panels then blamed it on us...unbelievable!!! Miss Tiffany, Customer Service, bent over to pick up the $20 it would cost to fix the paneling meanwhile letting us know on not let less than 5 occasions her techs didn't do it. Well it wasn't that way when we rolled in so we plan on letting all our friends in multiple parks throughout the east valley know as well as Facebook RV groups, Jayco forums, Escapees and various other publications along the way. Now this was not the only problem. There are other items left on done. To be fair there were a few items that they fixed. We'll see if they hold. It doesn't matter we will never go back there. read more
