My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the workmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV. read more

I've had issues with the brand new Salem I bought from Rowley White Rv Llc in Phx Az in June of 2020. My front room has flooded several times from date of purchase. Flooded again, twice within 10 days. Finally got someone to come see if they could find where water was coming from; the hole around where the fridge part on top of roof of trailer was cut too big!!! Can you believe it? Instead of fixing, they "rigged" it. Can you imagine how much water must have gone down inside walls! I was told the reason my floor is not worse, is because I caught it before the water had time to absorb in floors, was all absorbed in the walls! I'm sure Mr Warren Murphy, in Forest River Corporate, will have another excuse to blame this on my choices and not admit this particular trailer is not worth the set of tires Forest River put on because of a blowout while in their possession. Do not trust Forest River products. I've been fighting almost 3 years on this lemon!! Just to be honest Forest River has said they will return my funds I've put in trailer but the funds I've lost because of this trailer are my own fault, per Warren Murphy. I believe my only bad choice was choosing #Forest River Rv products and #Rowley White Rv Llc. I'm now almost out of my funds and have nothing but a very expensive lemon! I'll be sending out my 5th Attorney General letter this week along with updating all other complaints I've listed. We had a very positive experience with Rowley White (Mesa). Robbie Eggers was AWESOME, so attentive to our questions before, during and after our purchase. We originally went to look at a used toy hauler but weren't totally sold on it. Robbie showed us a new Vortex by Genesis and were sold on it immediately. There was no high pressure sales, totally up front about everything. They gave us a fair price for the new 5th wheel and a fair trade in value for our class A diesel pusher. We probably spent 2 1/2 hours doing the walk through and all of the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and were very patient as we were new to having a 5th wheel. I was waiting on a quote from another repair place (I'd work with before finding them) on a new fresh water tank, and I fainted when I got the bid. Rowley did it for $600 less! YES! I bought the tank, but I included that in the equation. So I can say the pricing is very fair. And they helped me understand things as a total newbie- very patient as well. I bought my Genesis Supreme 30iks from these guys. Took the 5th wheel home, it was several months until I could use the trailer due to an injury. Prior to taking the trailer out I plugged it in to shore power. The 100amp breaker popped several times before it started charging. When we took the trailer out the batteries read 13.3 volts so we thought we were good. Well every time we turned on the generator and turned it off the 100amp breaker would pop, not fun. Also ever time I would raise and lower the leveling jacks it would again pop the breaker. It was a horrible trip when you spend 80k on a trailer. When we returned home I contacted Genesis, they told me to take it to one of their dealers to have it looked at. Well that's over two hours away, they told me I could take it to my local place but they may not cover the warranty. I took it to the place close to my house, they stated the batteries were wired wrong and there were to many going to each battery. They ended up rewiring the batteries and installing power and ground junction blocks, since this I have had zero issues with the power. I contacted Genesis and they pointed the finger at Rowley. I contacted them and said it wasn't their responsibility and the batteries were wired correctly. They stated what the shop did was considered an upgrade and they won't cover it. So now I'm out $800, Rowley was great at taking my money when I bought the trailer, but now they don't want to cover their mistake. Make sure you triple check everything before you drive it off the lot. I understand trailers are gonna have issues, but come on. Buyer beware. read more

I Stopped in to see if they could help me with a wheel for my toyhauler. I believe her name was Anna at the front helped me. She was so helpful she asked parts guy to see if they still made wheel I need he said they did not have one. She started searching all over there yard to see if they had one that would match she brought in 2 different options neither would work I wanted a exact match she then looked up the wheel and told me I can order on a website. Gave me link. most place would not have cared. But she took the time to help me that is customer service this girl needs a rise and be praised by her bosses. We purchased a new Genesis Supreme Toy Hauler from Rowley White 2 1/2 years ago ($65K). We've had to have several items repaired. They're either understaffed or very slow, it takes sometimes 2 months before they can even take it in. Then another 3-4 weeks for repairs to be done. One repair took 3 times before it was done right. We have not been able to use the RV for about 30% of the time we've owned it, had to cancel several planned trips. Recommend doing maintenance elsewhere. RW will quickly sell you a RV but then you're pretty much left with poor support. There are plenty of competition out there. Recommend checking out hungrier businesses first. read more

Bought my coach about 8 months ago and travelled from California to make the purchase. The buying experience was very easy and no B.S. in regards to getting a deal and negotiating price. I've had several RVs and boats over the years and repairs, especially warranty repairs have always been a concern since these things break quite often when new. Always seems like there are lots of bugs to get worked out of these coaches when they are new. Since I live in California the distance was always in the back of my mind in the event a major repair was needed. Amazing customer service, they have gone above and beyond. We blew a tire on our way out of town and they sent an employee over after hours on Friday to fix. Another time, we were having issues with the generator,(air fuel mixture wasn't adjusted correctly from factory), we brought the trailer in and were back out headed on our trip in 15mins. My husband and I are in the market for a new toy hauler. We stopped in at Rowley White RV last Saturday and were excited when we saw the inventory they had. The ease of looking at different models was nice, as they were unlocked so we could look with no pressure. However, we were there at least an hour, and not one person said hi to us, asked if we needed help or even acknowledged us as we walked by. We saw several employees who walked past us but felt they were "too busy" to provide any customer service. This all happened at the Mesa location, after looking at their inventory online, and the fact that they carry some of the makes we are looking for, we want to go see a different location but are reluctant as we really felt like no one cared about new customers. Sales are ok, we already knew what we wanted. Bring your own financing or you could get in big trouble. They will try to give you subprime garbage that benefits them only. I got my own financing for 20 years at 4percent on a signature loan versus thier 8 percent garbage. It's difficult to get accurate information from thier back office folks. But the service department is awesome and very attentive. If they were to pick up the customer service on the financial side and quit trying to get financing that only benefits themselves they would top notch. But overall happy with our RV purchase. read more
