We found a used Diesel pusher, called and spok to Tom he said still available. They have had it on…read moretheir website for over 3 months. We spoke with finance he asked if we could make it in before end of month, in July. We told him we would make that happen. The finance guy stated he would let the front end know we were coming in on Wednesday, this communication all happen a week before. We are coming 4 hours from Chandler so we headed out on Tuesday, July 28. Half way through our travel we get a phone call from asking us to wait and come out on Saturday. We let hiim we were helf way in our travels so we were not turning around. We told him we would be there wednesday moring. We get there Wednesday morning 9:00am, the coach was in the back and they were cleaning it, we were rushed through and into finance. We agreed on terms and monthly price and signed documents. They had done no repairs on the coach they waited until Saturday to fix the windshield, smog and panel repair. We had told them we need to leave by 12:00 because of traffic and the 4+ hour drive. At 3:00pm the coach goes to the staging area and the service tech comes in and can not figure out what connection he needs for the airhose to staple the paneling down. At that point we said stop we will fix it that was at 4:00pm. We get home at 9:30pm and go to bed. We get up the next morning and want to take a look at the coach. The steps would not come down so we had to fix that. We put the awnings out and they need repairs. The microwave is not installed correctly so the door opens up and the glass plate flys out. THe refridgerator was dirty so I thought, no it was rusted and black mold. The leveling jacks have a wiring issues it beeps telling you it has a wiring issue. The gas doors have no key so the dealership forced it open yesterday to fuel it and did not tell anyone. The driveside mirror is broken and shakes. The paneling is falling in 2 locations. Then the finance guy calls and says "The interest rate is better but your payment is higher because the terms are shorter" WHAT! The finance guy did not read the document correctly so the contract is null and void. We told him you need to figure this out. The Sales manager Lynn calls and we let him know we will take the coach with a $10,303 reduction because of all the issues. He said he would get back to us, they then agreed to that. Next day we went to pull the coach out of storage and the from dash air conditioner does not work. That was it we called them and told them to come get the piece of shit and refund our deposit. They came and got and refunded the deposit that was given to them on credit card over the phone, but the cash we gave them in person we still have not received. We were told by Tom that when they come to pick up the coach the driver will have the check, he did not. When I call they say the check is in the mail, it is not. I called their Controller, Colleen she said the check needs to be signed and the owners will not been back in Chandler until Monday the 17th. Still no check and I have USPS informed delivery and it does not show a check on the way. I have left messages for Colleen and no return call. All we want is the balance of our deposit.

I had warranty issues that they couldn't get me into fix within 6 months of buying the trailer. This dealer also argued with me that it wasn't their responsibility. I had to call corporate in Ohio, which was helpful. They assured me they would take care of warranty issues and allowed me to bring my trailer to a different dealer. Luckily, lazy days in Tucson was able to get me in and fix a couple things for me. Now that shops service was efficient, communicable, and did a great job. I recently brought it back here, because I wanted to punish myself. The service department was extremely difficult to get ahold of. They lacked professional communication skills. It is my fault for thinking my experience would be different this time. Employee said that the Tyron bands in my tire do not have a specific torque spec. However, on Tyron bands website, they do have a specific set torque spec. 209 dollars an hour shop rate, and their knowledge of their trade comes short of proficient. Salesmen told me they have a high turnover rate of employees in service. This explains the poor quality of service. I do not regret buying my airstream. I do wish I purchased it from a more reputable dealer. They're are airstream dealers with A+ rating from BBB. So, don't just take my word for this company being less than trustworthy. I hope I can save someone else some time and money. Believe the other poor reviews!!! Also: they said they do curtesy wash after doing work. They did not was my trailer. One more thing airstream promised and could follow through on!

In every conversation, I explained exactly what I was looking for and asked salespeople to be upfront about any flaws. I also requested photos and videos because I wanted to use my time wisely before making the long, hot trip to AZ. When I connected with Alex and Alfonso at Specialty RV about two of their rigs, they stood out immediately. They were very detailed about both the good and the bad, took the time to do a video call, and sent plenty of photos. Once I made the trip, the difference was clear. Other dealers had not represented their inventory accurately, but Alex and Alfonso at Specialty RV were spot on with every detail. They were professional, friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure. I haven't completed a purchase yet, but based on my experience so far, I have to say working with them has been exceptional.

Boho's systems and procedures were tighter and the end result is gorgeous! There were some challenges along the way, as there always are, but David and Brett and the whole team came together to solve things. They are definitely upper echelon van builders in every way. And they work very hard for their reviews, ensuring that every customer leaves happy. They are really great humans! If you are considering a van build, you won't be disappointed in Boho. Highly recommend. :)

Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.
